Things I liked:

Employs every kind of adjustability one could ask for. View is bright and clear under all lighting circumstances. Reticle illumination ranges from subtle to intense, but never distracting.

Things I would have changed:

It's my fault I didn't notice that it only came with Weaver rings, and I needed 11mm mounts. It would be perfect for purchasers if it shipped with both, but that's nitpicking.

What others should know:

I bought this scope for my Gamo Silent Cat .177 since pretty much everyone who owns my particular rifle replaces the vague 4x32 stock scope for plenty of reasons. Pyramyd shipped it and delivered it ahead of schedule and I couldn't wait to mount and sight it in. But I did have to wait because the Weaver rings it ships with won't fit my Gamo's rails. I picked up some high rise rings at a local sporting goods store and slapped it on. It took very little time to sight it in, and although I haven't taken it varmint hunting yet, I've plinked over a hundred rounds with it. Nice tight groups out to 35 yards. I'm not certain how much distance I can expect from my gun accuracy-wise, but I rarely shoot to kill outside this yardage anyway. My scope rings walk, so I've already ordered the Leapers one piece mount just because of the quality of this scope. I have way too much scope for my gun, and that's the way I like it. Thanks Pyramyd and Leapers. I'd gotten away from plinking for quite awhile, but with equipment of this quality? I seriously doubt I'll be leaving again.

    Things I liked:

The scope adjustments are easy to use, nice big turrets , settings can be locked down by an allen wrench once sighted in. I bought this scope 5 years ago as a replacement for the O.E.M. scope on my gamo hunter extreme .177 could not be happier. I payed 82 dollars at that time well worth the money even at 120 dollars now days. Transformed my rifle into a rock chuck killing beast along with a charlie du tuna trigger! Still holds zero and holds up to the recoil of this beast. Nice bright optics ,good flip ups , nice sunshade, highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality scope replacement.

    Things I would have changed:

Maybe offer a smaller size sunshade like a 2 inch or so,the 3 inch interferes with break barrel function so a smaller sunshade would be perfect. Otherwise this scope is a keeper. Highly recommend buying this scope.

    What others should know:

I reused the one piece mount that came with my rifle and mounted it directly to the receiver , some newer gamos come with a scope rail that will cause nothing but problems. My set-up is solid and doesn't move and hasn't moved since I've had it. I like pcp rifles, i have 3, but springers are becoming my new go to rifle, they are a challenge to shoot and you build some muscles in the process.

    Things I liked:

Awesome scope for the price! i used it on both my gamo big cat, and my beeman dual caliber air rifle. i am going to use it on my Mosin nagant center-fire rifle on tuesday at the range. we will see how it holds up..

    Things I would have changed:

Rubberized coating would be great. maybe some mroe wide range adjustment on the elevation? I found that on 4 of my air rifles, using 2 different leapers scopes, I had to shim the scope mounts due to 'barrel droop' common air rifle issue.

    What others should know:

I would recommend it for ANY air rifle. some users may need to purchase an adjustable scope mount/rings if you run out of elevation adjustment like i have.

Clear, sharp and easy to use. I like the ability to lock in your "Zero". Son thinks the colored reticles are cool. I wear glasses so all the adjustments are welcomed! My accuracy went up!

    Things I would have changed:

    LARGER PRINT on the directions..please.

    What others should know:

FYI : you can't mount the sun shade on a short BSA break barrel. I found out the hard way haha. No damage, just can't use it. Too bad it looked cool.. Very nice scope for the money. I'll never get a scope again with AO. Even a spare battery..

    Things I liked:

Very, very nice scope. I have it mounted on my RWS 54 in .22 cal, using a UTG droop mount (DNT06) and low UTG weaver scope rings ( low rings were ordered separately, high rings come with this scope). I’m using this scope solely for hunting between ten and forty yards, so the mil dot feature has become a real targeting asset for me. Sight picture is clear, even under shady trees and early evening hours. I doubt I will use the illuminated reticle very often, but it’s there. Comes with the sun shade, dust covers, allen wrenches, et.al. Leapers knows not only how to make good scopes, but thinks about the customer needs during/after the installation as well. Add a Lifetime Warranty and you have both customer satisfaction and peace of mind.

    Things I would have changed:

I wouldn’t change anything. Do your homework before buying any scope. Tom Gaylord has several articles on scopes and scope tips in the Pyramyd archives. You should check them out. If you first consider your needs rather than your wants, you’ll find a Leapers scope here to fit those needs. Don’t over buy a scope, but buy one just a little bit better than what you think you’ll need. Then there won’t be anything to change. That’s how I figured out this scope was a better fit for me than the Hawke costing over twice as much.

    What others should know:

Comes with high mount weaver rings (20 mm saddle height); make sure that’s what you need. I had the inclination to contact Leepers via e-mail with some questions about this and two other scopes I was considering to purchase. The response was immediate and informed as to choosing the best scope for an air rifle. These folks at Leepers are really on their game. I don’t anticipate any issues with this or any other Leepers product.

    Things I liked:

Excellent scope for the money, crystal clear glass with NO distortion. The PA adjustment on my scope will focus clearly down to 7yrds. The scope is VERY durable, it's seen well over 2K shots on a hard kicking magnum springer (Daina 350)

    Things I would have changed:

The Mil-Dot reticle is nice but is much thicker than my older Leapers is, it's much harder to shoot very small objects or tight groups with this scope

    What others should know:

All-n-all this is an excellent scope, especially for hard kicking magnum springers

    Things I liked:

It is clear, it is bright, it is accurate, it is well built. I just love it. You will too, if you buy one!

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

I bought this scope to be able to see what the heck I am shooting at 50 yards and beyond. I hate open sights, they call them iron sights. If those are your favorite, you just keep them! Give me this scope. I have a .22 cal Rumarex Octane. I had to tune it and fit it with a quality alloy steel spring which jacked up the power to 30 ft.lbs. The gas spring in it was not as powerful as they advertised to be! It slowly lost power over time, and the temperature change between indoors and outside was giving me over 35 feet per second velocity difference, which I had to adjust my sighting all the time! Of course, with the 30 ft.lbs power came the harsh recoil. Over the years I spent all kinds of money on scopes, because spring piston guns will sooner or later destroy your scope! I mounted this one on my hyper Octane and after 1,500 shots I thought the scope gave out !! I was having some real bad flyers, nothing was hitting the target! So I thought the scope went bad just like the ones before this one. I was very upset. I took it off and threw it across the room against the wall! Then I picked it up and striked it on the floor a few times, and then I threw it aside! It was still intact. Recently I was trying something with this gun and I needed a dummy scope mounted on it. So I mounted this scope on it. I shot a few rounds and made some adjustments and I was hitting the same hole on the target in my basement. I was surprised, I could not believe it! This loser scope was hitting the same hole again !!! Since that time I shot over 4,000 rounds, and the scope is as accurate as it was on the first day! Later on I realized that the inaccuracy was due to the fact that one of my front stock screws were missing and the rest were loose like a goose from recoil! It was not the scope as I originally thought it was. This is a tough scope that I got a hold of after all these years. After 4000+ 1500= 5500 very harsh recoil and all the throwing at the wall and on the floor could not destroy this scope, I am convinced it will outlast my gun for sure. If you're in the market looking for a strong and a durable scope that can take some crazy abuse, you ought to buy this one. Believe me folks, you're going to love this on your springer. Shoot safe.

    Things I liked:

The magnification is just right, the yardage is accurate, glass is bright and clear and the mil dots are nice.

    Things I would have changed:

I guess the only things would be to offer a choice of ring heights, the option of bikini or flip up scope covers, lighter weight and 50% off senior citizen returning customer pricing--haha.

    What others should know:

I purchased an RWS 34 Striker combo from PA that included a UTG weaver style droop compensator mount, low Hawke rings and a Tech Force 3-9x32 scope. While this setup has worked great I wanted more magnification and light gathering glass for my old eyes so I got this scope at about 4oz. and change heavier than the TF. I gave it 4 stars only because it is still new with only around 50 shots thru it, but I am really liking it. The scope comes with high rings but I also ordered UTG medium hoping to lower the center of gravity. I removed the rear sight and found that I could actually use the low Hawke rings. The reason one may need medium or high with a droop comp. mount is so the flip covers would clear the rear sight when opening, not for barrel clearance. Had I known I would have ordered low rings and kept the others on the TF scope. I may not use the illumination much but it really works and works well. The glass is bright & clear and yardage is dead on. Setup was a breeze and time will tell how it holds up but so far it's a keeper for sure. You should really take a close look at this scope.

    Things I liked:

I love Leapers scopes. There inexpensive and built right. Nice thing about buying anything from Pyramyd Air is if you don't like it, return it with no hastle. I returned an Airforce scope that came with my Condor for this Leapers. The sales rep at PA didn't hastle me one bit and got me a Leapers at the same price as the Airfore.

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing

The construction is very good. All the adjustments are tight and not sloppy. View is very clear and sun shade does its job. You will need high mounts with this, it comes with very nice ones but I needed 11mm.

    Things I would have changed:

Include two different mounts for more options, or add an option when ordering.

    Things I liked:

This scope is everything I hoped it would be from the product description and you can't beat the price. The clarity even in low light conditions is awesome!

    Things I would have changed:

A little more range on elevation adjustment would be nice. It's not the scopes fault but the break barrel rifle I installed it on has a little bit of barrel droop which was outside the elevation adjustment, but it wasn't anything a shim couldn't fix.

    Things I liked:

Adjustable objective. It really lets you focus on the close shots where most of your shooting is with an air gun. I am right handed and I have poor vision in my right eye and the extra power (16X) helps me to see good enough to shoot.

    Things I would have changed:

I am not sure I will ever use the illuminated redicle.

    What others should know:

It may take a shot or two for adjustments to settle in but then it hold them very well. I can shoot 1 inch 5 shot groups at 50 yards with my Recluse with good bullets but that is another review.

Very good scope, much better than de 6-24x50. I put it on a HW97K and once I zero it it works perfect. Do not miss a dime at 30 yards. Very clear and very nice looking.

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing at all.

    What others should know:

This is the third scope of this type I have purchased. Have two mounted on Ruger Airhawks and the third mounted on Ruger Air Magnum. I use UTG law enforcement quick release with 6 screws per mount and have never had any scope shift issues. Use loc-tite blue once you get the scope mounted with proper eye relief.

    Things I liked:

Wow! How about 50mm objective? 4-16x? Nice. I love how the UTG models have more mil dots than you care to think could exist!! When I have to hold over, I need more MDs than Hawke similar class does. It matters alot. Plus, the nicest scope mounts/rings. My scopes never move in a UTG mount. PyramidAir is amazing, understanding, flexible....Just great.

    Things I would have changed:

Smaller, light, rubberized. But then it would cost a lot more than it does, right?

    What others should know:

I don't need the red/green illuminated reticle, with sixty variets of lighting levels. I'm sure there are some that love the lumios-R, but not me.
