Things I would have changed:Have it so that you could power stroke but that's not a big deal cause I don't use that technique anyways.. It'd just be a neat feature.
What others should know:This is a great gun! When I got mine the front ramp site fell off after a couple mags, but it was a super easy fix and no reason not to buy the gun! It's an amazing gun and if you are looking for a side arm for CQB then this is a very good choice as the blowback takes the FPS down to around 350. Make sure you use some Pelgun Oil in the mag so the O-rings hold up longer. I'd recommend this gun to beginner and experienced airsofters alike! - Things I liked:I like everything. The greatest 1911. It is so realistic, and the price for a blowback is great. Also shoots like the real gun. Blowback is great.
Things I would have changed:Nothing - Things I liked:This airsoft pistol is the closest thing I have seen to the actual Colt 1911. It's full metal construction feels extremely nice in your hands. This pistol has the most blowback I've seen, but it makes the gun feel that much more realistic. The C02 compartment is very subtle and sleek.
Things I would have changed:I wish it had adjustable sights, because the accuracy isn't as great as I would like it to be. The C02 runs out rather quickly. You can probably get about 3-4 clips on 1 C02 cartridge.
What others should know:If you're looking for an exact replica of a Colt 1911 in airsoft form, then this is the best choice. You can also check out the Tanfoglio Witness if you're looking for a great replica, but in metal BB form. - Things I liked:Blowback, speed, weight, everything. This gun is the same size as a real steal 1911, and a tiny bit lighter

What others should know:The first airsoft I purchased was this gun, it's great! I had one issue with a defective piercing pin, but Pyramyd replaced it, and now I can't stop shooting it. Countless hours of backyard fun for me, my husband and daughter. - Things I liked:A great looking gun!!

What others should know:Have plenty of CO2 & BB's on hand. - Things I liked:over all this gun is very nice looking 1911,feels like the real thing.i am very imprested with the quilty of this gun.
Things I would have changed:only thing i would change is not to have a tool to tighten the co2 in place.but for the gun,i can live with it. - Things I liked:This gun is amazingly accurate. My dad was able to consistently hit me in the butt (which is what he was aiming at) from 35+ yards. The FPS is fantastic - definitely wear eye protection when using this gun. Another amazing thing about this gun is the weight which makes the gun feel super realistic. The last thing is the blowback on it. Every time you fire the slide goes back just like it would on a real gun, and when you empty the clip is gets stuck back, just like it would on a real gun.

What others should know:Definitely buy this gun when it comes back in stock. Well worth the money. - Things I liked:this gun is amazing, it’s the most realistic air gun I ever bought. everything works and functions just like the real 1911
Things I would have changed:the box it came in had no seal or tamper evident tape, this makes it very difficult to tell if the item had ever been used, or previously bought and returned.

What others should know:it is super powerful - i was really surprised - wear glasses - Things I liked:This is one of the best replicas of the venerable 1911 I've seen yet - and at a reasonable price. Has an authentic feel to it, easy to point and shoot, and very accurate at short distances. Unlike its lead pellet-shooting cousin, this gun has the more realistic drop-free mag which is loaded with both ammo and gas, so when the seals go bad in the mag, you can just get a new mag instead of throwing the gun in the trash. This pistol has good, solid blowback and can be field-stripped for cleaning just like the firearm. So far the gun has functioned flawlessly for me (tho one of the mags didn't) and I'm happy with it.
Things I would have changed:Only 2 complaints, both with the magazines. Bought 2 spare mags and one of them blew the seal right out of the box. Needless to say, Pyramid came thru with a refund. Also, they should put a lockdown on the mag follower. Woud make loading BBs a lot easier.
What others should know:All in all, this is a fine gun and a pleasure to shoot. If you like the 1911 get yourself one of these. - Things I liked:Weight and handling and strong blowback like the Colt 1911's I shot on the base pistol team when in the service. Fixed sights dead on at 20ft. - was shooting 2-3" groups (a little rusty after so many years) soon as gassed and loaded it up, right out of the box. Got 4 good strong clips of 17 rounds from the first co2 cyclinder, started to die on the fifth. All in all an amazing value for the price.
Things I would have changed:Clip follower catch to make loading BB's a little easier.
What others should know:The BB feeder spring is very strong and there is no catch for keeping it compressed while loading BB. There is a tab that barely protrudes enough for a thumbnail to push it down and hold it there until all the BB's are loaded. So if you've read or heard it can be difficult to load, this is probably why. Still how well this thing works will probably make it all seem worthwhile. - Things I liked:Good gun.Feels and works just like the real one. Like the CO2 because it's easier to find.
