Things I liked:

I have 3 Hatsan PCP's-AT44 PA--BT65 Elite but I talk about the new Quiet Energy long barrel--this is one quiet-hard hitting-accurate rifle-the cocking lever action is outstanding smooth and easy-you wont get a double feed-mags are easy change-I only have about 500 rds through it with Benjaman 14.8's accuracy at 50yrds from a 10rd mag is 1" groups and quite often I can stick my little finger through the whole--I use a 10X40X50 scope with low 30mm rings--I get 50rds per fill with the last 4 dropping off about 1/4" --my fill is from a 80cu 3000psi scuba tank with the Hatsan fill station I probably have some 60 fills and still have more air in the scuba tank--with tax herein Utah it cost $13.00 to fill the tank-there are places that are further from me that charge $8.00 plus tax but my local dive shop is just 5 min away--this is one outstand PCP you can not go wrong-Hatsan's quality is outstanding--performance is second to none-quality price hard hitting great trigger fast accurate quiet

Things I would have changed:

would like to see an adjustable comb--they can keep the scope and rings they can't live up to the rifles potential other than that NOT A THING

What others should know:

my AT44 QR LB is in .22cal ---I just took it out the box mounted my scope and rings zeroed it 2" high at 20 went back to 50yrds re-zeroed and watched the groups get smaller- I'm an old 75th Ranger sniper from Vietnam and love that "MA BELL STUFF" (reach out and touch someone)with long distance calling-this is a spot on .22 rifle-get good optics and rings and explore what this rifle is capable of--RUCK IT UP-SUCK IT UP AND RANGER ON--- ICEMAN 2/B 75TH RANGERS TEAM 2-2 medically retired 100% combat disabled wheelchair vet--AIRBORN ALL THE WAY A RANGER EVERY DAY-

Things I liked:

Not much....bought a cheap Hatsan that was way better than this one....

Things I would have changed:

Overpriced, have to look down barrel to see air pressure, a violation of basic gun safety! No 'open sights' as was shown by 'instructions'. Won't fill with standard 'Ben' pump. poor system.

What others should know:

Very loud "ping", not very quiet. Tried a dozen times to contact Pyramyd air to return with no success. Needs special adapters (I had to customize) to 'air fill', not a well designed system in my opinion. Better to buy single stroke air pump in .25 cal than this thing.

Had my AT44 for about a year now and love it. 30 to 40 yard 3/4 inch groups filling to 175 bar and shooting to 140 bar at 20 shots. Love it!!!

    Things I would have changed:

    None

    What others should know:

Little heavy but not bad, I loaned it to a friend and he didn't want to give it back , he wanted to buy me a new one so he could keep mine, be careful who you loan it to.

    Things I liked:

It's a great looking gun after you oil down the metal and armor all the stock. I like the guns over all looks, accuracy, the metal pellet clip and the side cocking lever that I'm used to from my AT44 short. I think there almost fail safe not one problem with my AT 44 short after 3 and a half years.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing really except offer it in the walnut stock.

    What others should know:

So I ordered the AT 44 long 9-24-2019 in walnut stock but it came in synthetic? There's 3 types of this gun and they seem to be getting harder to get especially in 177 only ship to IL. when I called PY the salesman person looked my order up and said he's not sure how got this AT 44 long in 177 because it's not even showing it offered in this model type and the other 2 that do offer it in 177 are at least 4 weeks back order? He offered to except return and order the walnut stock that I mite get in 4 weeks, MABE so I decided not to return it risk loosing this rifle in synthetic and not getting the walnut stock gun. The gun works great is accurate, quite, great looking and very reliable it's a keeper. And with the HATSAN 20% off sale, my bullseye bucks I saved about 170.00 how can a guy go wrong happy sooten . Also my hats off to the staff at PY thanks.

The accuracy is amazing. This is my first PCP and this rifle will hit a dime consistently at 35 yards. Put a nice scope on it and you are set.

    Things I would have changed:

A little heavy but I shoot with a bipod.

    What others should know:

At 35 yards this gun has more power than I need. I like that. It does great with JSB Diabolo Exact Jumbo .22 Cal, 15.89 Grains, Domed.

    Not a thing

Thank you Pyramyd air for great professional service ..Im really amazed how accurate this gun is I started shooting at 20 to 50 yds it's a tack driver for sure the critters are in trouble out to 80 yds am getting 2 inch groups I'm sure I will get better with a little tinkering ...This gun has a potential in the right hands of someone that likes to shoot long distance .. I'm going to see how well it does at 100 yds ounce I get my scope dialed in better ..Till the next chapter hold over

    Things I would have changed:

Should bought 2 but 1 is heavy enough to carry me over for now

    What others should know:

Buy it if you want a great gun my gun like the crossman dome pellets 14.5 great accuracy and jsb 18.1 / 15.89 they all shot well out of my gun ..That's a folks

This rifle packs a punch when hitting the target. Enjoy shooting at 100 yards and more. This is a must buy for those that like long range shooting.

    Things I would have changed:

allowing it to have regulator already installed

    What others should know:

Did have a issue with the first rifle as that happens at times, but between Toni, and Dave that works there it was done very quick and understanding. I thank them all for the help they gave me. If you don't have one of these rifles, you owe it to yourself to get one. Great rifle for the price. Thanks again PyramydAir .

This rifle is really nice. I enjoy the .25 cal for the hitting power it has. This shoulders very well and the weight isn't that bad. I hunt quite a bit . It's hits the targets hard to where you'll hear the pellet hit, because this rifle is not loud at all.

    Things I would have changed:

nothing I enjoy this rifle as is.

    What others should know:

Recommend this rifle to anyone who wants to hit what they are shooting at. It's got the distance you need. I use this more than any pcp rifle I have. If you get one enjoy.

    Things I liked:

Laser accurate. I struggled to get 2in groupings with my Umarex Octane, but with this rifle im getting <1/2in groups at 35yd (from a gun rest) Im going to need a better backstop because after 10 bullseyes the rounds started passing through both 2x4s! The gun is most accurate with 18.3gr 'JSB Match Diabolo Exact Jumbo Heavy' ammo. Skenco UltraShock 16.67 Gr gave 3/4 groupings at 35yd. The 25gr 'JSB Jumbo Monster' was less accurate, 1in groups at 35yd. SUPER QUIET. Does not even compare to a break barrel. I was not sure the gun was even firing it was so quiet! The gun itself makes a 'ping' but the bullet impact on the wood downrange is louder then the shot. So quiet I can hear the bullet flying through the air if I shoot it over the trees.

    Things I would have changed:

I don't like the filling mechanism. The rubber o-rings on the fill probe are super soft and are constantly getting nicked and sheared off when I insert it into the gun, no matter now careful I am. Buy spares. Maybe it's just my gun? I was thinking about reaming the fill port so there is not a 90 degree angle to nick the o-ring, but Im worried about messing something up.

    What others should know:

Getting around 25 shots before the pellets start to drop. Getting 1/4in drop for each shot after 25 shots. If you fill a balloon with helium and place it on the air intake for your pump you can get better velocity/power OR more shots. I was pushing 16gr pellets supersonic, so I adjusted the hammer spring to bring it back down to 1000fps and now i'm getting 35 shots per fill. Hatsan specifically says AIR ONLY! So you are taking a personal risk and may likely void your warranty if you try this.

very accurate. quieter than my break-barrel. easily drop squirrels from 40 - 50 yards.

it does take a while to fill the tank with a hand pump.

    Things I liked:

So far, So good. .22 cal. Less than 100 shots. Still adjusting power. Gun is very powerful (Too powerful the way it was shipped - 1070 fps with CPHP). Well finished, well blued and designed. I really like the side lever cocking - smooth and easy. I like the AT44 much better than the .22 Marauder that I sent back after only a week. I only gave the gun 4 stars for accuracy because I haven't yet tested for that but expect to update the review with the same good accuracy that others are getting. I expect best accuracy will be with JSB's or H&N's in heavier weights.

    Things I would have changed:

Weight. Barrel shroud and air cylinder are steel and the gun is very front heavy which causes me two problems. At 240 pounds I cannot shoot this gun offhand and it is so front heavy that I can't carry it with the standard type sling. The weight of the muzzle end makes it quickly ride down to a horizontal position. I'll probably find a solution for the sling issue and acquire shooting sticks.) Ship the gun with a 6 inch 4mm allen (hex) wrench. You cannot adjust power without one.

    What others should know:

My AT44-10 QE Long .22 was shipped with a muzzle velocity of 1070 fps with Crosman Premieres. At that level it is an air hog (12 shots on a 2700 psi fill). I was able to tune it down to 950 fps and will do pellet testing from there. Actually, it will tune down to 420 fps which may be good for 10 meter target practice. Mine arrived at 1070 fps with CPHP, but you can probably get more - I wanted less and will not be testing for max velocity. If you order a Hatsan AT44, also order a six inch 4 mm allen wrench - you probably don't have one and your local sources probably wont have them. Mine cost me $3.15 but I drove 45 miles to get it from Fastenal. I couldn't find one on PA's website but Amazon carries them. You also need something like a small allen wrench to insert into the bottom of the hammer to keep it from turning while the tension spring screw is adjusted. My AT44 came with a hole in the bottom of stock so you don't have to remove the stock to make this adjustment. Nice.

    Things I liked:

Absolute beast out of the box. I got trigger happy and just picked a stump to shoot appx 10yds out with the air left in the cylinder from the 20 for $20 the day it was delivered. Stacked about 6 piranha hollowpoint pellets off hand before i had a visible POI shift. Will "poof" a small bird at 50 yds no problem. I decided to go for the package deal: rifle, scope, mounts, extra mag, pump and case since this is my first PCP air rifle. Such a change from a $100-something .22 Springer to a $500-something .22 PCP. Trigger is awesome. Feels nice and comfortable but a bit heavy for a bush gun. And Soooooo quiet! I'm used to the POP of a springer. Please understand that i am comparing this to my BSA Meteor.

    Things I would have changed:

I've yet to see what its full potential is. Maybe a spot to store an extra mag since they are quite small and its got the air for more than one. Open sights would be nice if it wasnt so dang heavy. A gas gauge on the side or bottom of the rifle would be nice also, instead of the end of the air cylinder....but these are almost all cosmetic preferences and have absolutely nothng to do with its actual performance. Performance-wise its pretty on-point.

    What others should know:

Heavy for off hand shooting. Consistent and quiet for back-yarding. Will defintely do some damage. Popped thru a 2x4 off a fresh fill, so be very mindful of what is behind your target! Approximately 5-7 pumps with the Air Venturi pump per shot...adds up over a 25-30 shot string. Definitely find your sweet spot and pump up every 10 shots to avoid that. Overall, definitely a great bang for your buck in the lower price range seeing as how PCPs can get absurdly pricey!

    Things I liked:

This is my first PCP. Purchased it with UTG 4-16x44 AO scope and nice bipod. Had the scope mounted and zeroed by PA, the 20 for $20 deal. The gun fired straight (but a little high) right out of the box --shooting high was probably due to PA centering with one pellet and me shooting with another. Got very nice hole on hole bullseye grouping at the zeroed range one I made adjustments for the different pellet weight. I should be able to reach out further and with more accuracy now than with my break-barrel.

    Things I would have changed:

The gun, plus, a scope, and a bipod is heavy. So, shooting from the bipod works great but shooting off hand is going to be tough.

    What others should know:

The gun doesn't come with much in the way of a manual and being a first timer I had to turn to you-tube to make sure I was doing everything right. Also, be very carful when filling the gun.. the O-rings on the fill probe can be damaged very easily if you aren't being careful and making sure the slide is out of the way for the probe to enter without rubbing on it. Fortunately some extra rings were supplied with the gun.

    Things I liked:

Everything!!! Price, while maybe a little plasticey it's the same as my 125 th still feels good and very durable. The quattro speaks for itself. People that don't like it either don't understand its design or haven't adjusted it right. The ergonomics, weight and balance of this gun are amazing! All those things combined allow it to shoulder very well. The accuracy is insane and it hits with authority!!!

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing except maybe a bigger magazine! Also not a complaint to poor manufacturing but to me not know the gun yet. U can double load while changing magazines. It didnt seem to affect the barrel or anything. Actually at 50 yrds 1 pellet hit the group while the other fell about an inch low and an inch left.

    What others should know:

Idk what took me so long to switch to pcp. I live in an area where unfortunately I can't get a bottle filled. I read reviews about how hard it was to pump and all the negative comments. It's really not that hard. Inot just a few weeks I've went through atleast 3 tins of jsb exacts it's favorite. My g6 pump so far so good. Also if have a love for magnum springerspringer like I do. U get the same weight with more power and less learning curve. Only finding it's favorite food. My first groups at 50 yrds 3 clips holding on bull were smaller than a baseball! That's amazing to me that's not even trying to adjust for drop and I hadn't even cleaned the barrel yet! Make sure u have a good back stop also if hunting small game with jsbs be aware of ur surroundings because the pellet will pass through! I have the .25 by the way. If ur setting on the fence....jump it's worth it. I have already sold a few of my springers. Not all but I need room for more pcps!lol I couldn't be happier with my at44!!

    Things I liked:

This review is for the .25 version. I waited 3 years to buy this gun and I was not disappointed! STOCK: No blemishes and looks sleek. Feels good to hold and love the weaver rail underneath. NOISE: Med-low quiet. ACCURACY: I was getting 2" groups at 100 yards after a good cleaning. 1/2 inch at 50 yards. OPERATION: Action smoothed out after 100 or so rounds. Cycles really nice. TRIGGER: Have it down to about a pound. Super easy to adjust and is very precise. SUMMARY: I made the right choice for the things I was looking for; power, long range accuracy, operation, and most importantly, a bad ass look ;)

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to know how to "decock" the rifle other than removing the cylinder. Would also like a way to know how many shots I took, and/or how many shots remaining, or at least notification when empty. Add a raised cheekpeice.

    What others should know:

I shot breakbarrels for years and thought of myself as an average to good shooter. It wasn't until I got a PCP that I realized I'm a much better shot than I thought! I still enjoy my breakbartels and have a new appreciation for them, but the PCP world is another level all together. I get about 3 mags worth of good shots, about 27. Can get another mag worth if shooting sub 50 yards. You will not be disappointed! I'm a much more confident shooter now. Oh, get a 4500 lb cylinder. Much more fills. Also fun at the range. Other shooters want to know what it is and try it out. Be ready to make friends and conversation!

    Things I liked:

This is my first air rifle so I really can't compare this to other rifles but so far this thing has been very accurate. Not too pellet picky either. All 4 initial pellets (recommended by PA) shot sub dime size groups at 20 yds, first time I shot it. Last night, I was pellet on pellet at 50yds with JSB Heavys. I was impressed but like I said, no experience with other air rifles, so that may be common. Pretty quiet too- shooting right outside the living room window and the family didn't even know I was out shooting.

    Things I would have changed:

This thing is heavy when trying to shoot offhand. I knew that going in so not a huge drawback to me.
