this is the best airsoft gun ive ever owned ive had it for 3 years now and it works like its brandnew

battry life

Metal gear box, nice weight and feel, power, mag capacity.

metal stock, tactical rails on the top and side, metal mag, compatible with grenade launcher =P

this gun is cool. if you want a scope, drill a single cheap rail on the top like i did. i also painted nice woodland camo on the front and rear grip, stock, and mag. btw mine broke randomly.

Great feel and power. First day with the Aftermath Kraken in a skirmish, a close range shot under 10 feet lodged a Shot under the skin on the head of an unlucky competitor. Amazing accuracy. Consistently outshot a sniper rifle in our group!

Plastic clip could be metal and clip doesn't want to empty completely when under 50 rounds left. needs rails for a scope because this gun is a straight long shooter. wood or full metal stocks?

This is truly an above average gun for a below average price. This gun can turn the tide in any game and will bring fear to those who have felt it's sting! But be ready to buy ammo, this gun can lay alot of rounds down range very quickly and you better have the ammo to feed this beast.

Accuracy; long range ability, low noise; price (only caliber of gun I have found at this price); replaceable parts (compatible with Mauri). I pick apart my competition easily with this gun and my friends have come to highly respect it.

Make the mag it comes with metal instead of plastic; plastic stock (make it a folding stock as well); kind of difficult to get battery in the stock of the gun; make it able it compatible with a scope. This gun is too accurate not to have a scope.

I have shot many guns and shopped around a lot....the gun might be one of the best overall AEG's out there for this price range.

very smooth and easy to work with. power and accuracy are great for an AK. very satisfied with it.

as with all aftermath guns, its not what is on the outside, its whats on the inside that counts. cheap plastic on the outside, but powerful, accurate, and inexpensive. great deal on a great gun.

the fact that it can shoot 375 Fps when you can buy it for 120$ is amazing in its self. the fact that you can upgrade it with any tokyo Mauria is also nice. I got a siliencer and a scope+rail on it. this gun is great for anybody just starting out or is in the market for a new gun. Although they aer new I think Aftermath has a great line of guns.

it should come with a rail, sights were a little off. the magazine with it sucked though, thats why value is a 4.I had to buy a new one.

once you get this gun, everyone will be scared of you. my friend has the same gun to and is still afraid of me. use that to your advantage and puch forward.

This gun has great accuracy concidering it's an AK. I can hit a one inch thick pole from over one hundred feet away.

I would make the front sight easier to adjust.

I've been airsofting for a long time and this is by far the best gun I've had!

Overall, it is pretty sturdy. Accuracy is great though if playing long range you will need to correct yourself as you shoot. But the power it still has at a distance is well worth the price for a full auto/semi, hi-cap rifle.

High preference toward a metal instead of plastic.

The price on this site is amazing. On Aftermath's site, this rifle costs $150 and at big5, I believe I saw it for $180.

My first airsoft gun - what a hoot!! The overall feel is very nice. Very accurate on semi and auto settings. While not as powerful as some I've seen online, it will give you a very nasty "wound" if you're too close. Ask my son - oops!

The 600 round mag seems to not feed very well when you're about 2/3s empty. It might be my inexperience, however.

It's really fun to play with!

This gun is a very solid rifle, the gun has no wobble in the frame, stock, forgrip, and/or barrel. The gun does shoot a little higher that 370fps tested it on a chronograph. The AK series is ment to be a good weapon for anyone and this one is no exception.

The gun comes with a PLASTIC 600 round high cap mag, many people ( including me ) would prefer a METAL mag put this one works pretty well

The charge time seems a lot longer than it should be. I charged mine for 3 hours and it ran well. I think that the battery would be over charged at 11 hours!! Charging the gun for 6 - 8 hours would be fine.

Overall, the Kraken is an extremely well-performing gun. It does not lose accuracy or power over time, except when the batteries get really low. I like the olive green color, it goes well with the color of the Military-style P99 and Olive Green Glock 17/18C (Which I own both of.) The grips are stable, an essential feature not included in most airsoft AK's, and it feels moderately realistic.

The only thing I would change is the front sight. It could be a bit thicker, because mine started wobbling after a few months of use. I tightened it with LocTite, and it's now stable again.

I would not reccommend this to young children, because of its relatively large size. The Lyacon or an AK-74 would be more appropriate for beginners and children.

you can change how much back spin and how much the back sight goes up or down so you can make this assault riffle into a sniper or how ever you want to make it.

Good accruacy on full auto. Long battery life. I've had this gun for 3 or so years and it hasn't broken at all! Fast rate of fire.

i needs rails despartly, i play fairly often in a variety of environments and it needs to be able to be scoped. also being able to add a flashlight or bipod would be helpful in some situations

this gun is a great beginner but if your gunna put the money in spend the extra to get the aftermath Kirenex, its more powerful, scopable, and has rails
