Things I liked:

Basically the same rifle as a QB78. Easy to work on and easy to shoot. This rifle is already set to be cock on open. The 15mm barrel takes the same aftermarket accessories as a QB78D.

Things I would have changed:

Im not a huge fan of the synthetic stock, but it is definitely lighter. Need to offer spare magazines. Offer this receiver on a QB79 base.

What others should know:

Marauder and Gauntlet magazines fit the rifle if you pull the guide pin from the receiver. The Marauder mags are a little tight, but they function perfectly. The breech leaves enough room to add a full length 1 inch shroud.

    Things I liked:

Steel breech was nice and overall for the low price point this was a good co2 rifle.

    Things I would have changed:

The gun leaked from the breech into the barrel right away. I paid for the 10 for 10 test and the tester noted that the gun held pressure.

    What others should know:

Fast and relatively easy return process. Also I didn't have to pay shipping for this return.

    Things I liked:

Exelent gun all round. I could not find any other gun on the market that could check off boxes like this one. First off were talking 500fps. Fellow canadiens this is as good as it gets! Sure you cand find breakbarrel that will do but then your talking singel shot and over 200$. This is co2 and 10 shot repeater bolt action! In a 22! Thats a lot of stopping power. It doent end there though! The shot gun looks of this is very intimidating. Long Dove tale rail on top for a scope allows alot of mounting options it also cool with just iron shights that are adjustab.

    Things I would have changed:

Barrel is heavy would be nice as SBR or sawd off. And if there was some stock options loke removable. You could then fit it in a back pack. Any weight reduction would be helpfull. Co2 change is a chore gotta have a lot of thumb strength or risk putting tool marks and then youn risk over tightening. Your judgment call

    What others should know:

The handle fornthe bolt action popped off inhad to put back in and tighten a set screw in back of bolt. Very tight and sharp edges when changing single shot trey to multi. Be firm and cautious

    Things I liked:

It is a cheap CO2 with good accuracy when it is behaving.

    Things I would have changed:

quite a few. Here they are. But thanks to PyramydAir for doing a smooth exchange for me. The first shipment I got, it has a pretty bad spreading issue. I can get a few good shots, then the pellet will land on different spots on the targets. After two dozens shots, I had three grouping spots. The one I intended, and two other groups. And also a few shots that landed nowhere near these three groups. (I don't have any issue with my other air rifles. BTW, I did do a clean up as someone else suggested in the comments). The target is at a range of 12 yards. So I have asked PyramydAir do an exchange. The replacement arrived a few days ago, and the grouping is better, but the issue is not completely gone. I get a few good shots, and one pellet will land about 1.5 inch high, 0.5 inch left to the target. A few good shots, then the a runaway landed at the same location as the previous runaway one (1.5 inch high, 0.5 inch left to the target). I can live with that.

    What others should know:

The magazine and the single shot adapter came with the gun, in the second shipment, are completely trash. When using the magazine, I can only push the bolt halfway, it won't reach the endpoint. The pellet hole in the magazine is just not constructed correct (the first shipment's magazine is also tight, but it works). And the single shot adapter, also very hard to push it into place, and I have to use sandpaper to enlarge it so the bolt can be pushed through and completely engaged (I destroyed one of the o-rings on the bolt after a few more dozen shots, due to the sanded place is not smooth enough). So now I'm using the gun without the magazine and without the adapter, LOL. Seriously, Beeman needs to talk with the factory( they are manufactured in Shanghai, China) to improve the quality. I actually call Shanghai (LOL, it's my hometown) factory and let them know that the gun and the accessories has some issues.

very accurate, and good power,I shot this rifle right out of the box at a trap the full length of my basement and all 10 shots were in the bullseye, reloaded magazine and shot again ,right on the money

    Things I would have changed:

    the magazine

    What others should know:

the magazine takes a bit to get use to loading it ,and the 2 spare magazines i bought at $20 a piece kept jamming and one of them broke

The rifle is great! accuracy is good, good weight also feels good when put to shoulder, terrible magazine!!!!!!!!!! i don't know if it's broken but i just gave up on it and use the rifle as a single shot, otherwise the rifle is a good value, only issue is the magazine.

    Things I would have changed:

work on magazine and include two of them.

    What others should know:

Buy it for a single shot works great.

    Things I would have changed:

    What others should know:

This is a super Airguns, especially for the money. I have owned all the QB rifles and love every one of them. They do need to be thoroughly cleaned before shooting. PA is there when you need them.

    Things I liked:

Typical Beeman, best quality for the price. Very good trigger right out of the box, and easily adjustable with a bit of effort. Super accurate using a scope. Single-shot tray included. The rifle has good balance, nice feel, the stock is comfortable to use. 80-85 shots on two cartridges. Sights are very good too. Another great QB. Of the 25 or so rifles I've had over the past 6 years, this one is in the top 5.

    Things I would have changed:

The gun needed a lot of cleaning before shooting. A lot. Also, I think 2-3 clips should be included even if the price was $20 higher.

    What others should know:

This is a nice rifle. I'd suggest reading the clearly written manual before loading the magazine and using the bolt action which is unique because it locks back to load the magazine as well as locking forward to fire. Even though the rifle only comes with one magazine, the short break between loading gives the rifle a chance to let the CO2 collet itself again. I was surprised to get 80-85 good shots, and still had to drain some more CO2 before being able to remove the empty cartridges. The 'O' ring on the cap did not even swell at all. Overall, money well spent, a nice rifle to add to any collection. And don't forget Pyramyd is tthere when you need them.

    Things I liked:

This rifle fires nice, has smooth action on the bolt and overall has the power to stop the varmints. I have run through some ammo and found the co2 runs a good distance without a huge amount of pressure drop.

    Things I would have changed:

This is my first rifle with optic sites and they work nice, but are bit more challenging with it's dark out. I would like to see a bigger co2 chamber or adapter for more fire capacity.

    What others should know:

If your looking to get a good varmint or plinker rifle, this will work. I bough this to stop a rodent problem and it will even take down a raccoon. This rifle replaced my Umarex Fusion 2, that broke after about 60 rounds. I would buy this Beeman again hand down!

    Things I liked:

Pretty well made. Very accurate. Good 60 or more shots per fill. Mine will not function as a repeater b/c of magazine issue. Has Improved fire sights over the single shot version.

    Things I would have changed:

Manual says a single shot tray can be used but its not included with the rifle; nor does Beeman or Pyramid stock the single shot tray for some reason. Nor are spare magazines available. If you have a problem with repeater function you're SOL. Its ashame because its a pretty nice rifle.

    What others should know:

No spare mags or single shot tray available. Pyramid needs to produce a detailed bulletin on solving repeater function problems on what would be a nice CO2 pell rifle. There are reports a Gauntlet mag will work in this QB, but wish Pyramid would comment on that.

    Things I liked:

I own a QB78 and bought the 1085 hoping for the same accuracy with the magazine as the adder. It took some cleaning but it now is a very accurate rifle for the price point.

    Things I would have changed:

Extra magazine for starters. A pressure relief valve would also be nice but overall a great rifle for the price point.

    What others should know:

My QB78 is a tack driver under 50 feet but I wanted the magazine feature to eliminate the need to hand load a pellet after every shot. Initially the accuracy of the 1085 was not bad but not up to the 78 so I cleaned the heck out of the gun, the barrel really needed it. It also needed to be disassembled to cycle correctly on every shot. During the initial firing, the rifle would shoot 10-11 pellets well and then either misfire or supply enough gas to be way off in accuracy. I disassembled the gun, cleaned the entire trigger and firing mechanism except I didn't dissemble gas valve the spring loaded cylinder strikes. It has now cycled through four gas changes with no firing issues except one. I have used several brands/weights but like my 78 it really likes the H&N terminators. The one firing issue I had was shooting an H&N match pellet that weight about 5 grams. The bolt would stick in them and pull the pellet backwards dropping it into the firing mechanism. Not a problem with heavier

    Things I liked:

I bought the 1085 because it has the one upgrade that I would want from its basic QB78 heritage - a mag. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it gets over 100 rds from two CO2 cartridges - my other rife only gets about 65 max. I LOVE efficiency! My wife likes it because the weight is much more like the 30-06 that she grew up with. Happy wife, happy life!

    Things I would have changed:

#1 - You really need to convince Beeman to make mags available! I had to modify Marauder mags (it's simple work with a Dremel) to be able to have more than 10 rounds available without stopping to reload. #2 - It would be great if there were an option for a wood stock as an ordering option instead of having only the polymer available. I'd have bought a second one for my wife if they were available with with stocks from the factory.

    What others should know:

I'm not a fan of tactical-style stocks, so I was very happy that I was able to make some simple mods to a QB78 Deluxe stock to accept the 1085. The wood stock also had a slightly different cheek riser that fit my face better.

    Things I liked:

Was easily able to get the 0.2" group at 10M that is advertised. The sights it comes with are actually good, with great contrast.

    Things I would have changed:

A relief valve for the CO2 would be a great improvement over the dry fire until you can get the cap off method called for in the instructions. An automatic safety would be something I would add for younger shooters.

    What others should know:

Was able to get 90 "good" shots from 12gr CO2 cartridges, and then another 10 with a noticeable reduction in power but it was still accurate. Also able to throw on a cheap red dot sight with adapters, without having to remove the stock iron ones. I suspect that most people will want to add a cheak riser of some type if they add any type of optic.
