    Things I liked:

Very accurate. I was surprised that my first shot was on the edge of the bullseye. Still breaking in; took me about 10-20 shots to dial in. I did clean and tighten everything down with blue Loctite prior to firing.

    Things I would have changed:

Scope rings. I probably buy Weavers to replace the ones that came with the gun.

    What others should know:

A bit heavy, not for kids.

    Things I liked:

Good hard shooting but heavy for me to handle.

    Things I would have changed:

make it lighter if possible. i was going to use it to hunt with but it"s to heavy.

    What others should know:

I could not get it to shoot straight. it would shoot all over the target. could not get it sighted in.

    Things I liked:

Accurate, easy to use, positive safety. I got the rifle for my birthday seven years ago, and finally got a chance to play with it now. I'm a cartridge guy, and can keep a 1/4-1/2 MOA group at 100 yards with cartridge. I'll elaborate more below, but I absolutely hated this rifle when I started with it a month ago. I was so disappointed with the accuracy that I was looking to replace it with a Hatsan, or a Diana, which have more solid accuracy reviews. Couldn't get better than a 2" group at 100 feet on a bench! I upgraded the scope, the rings, the trigger, bought $200 of different pellets to try. Got it down from 4" to 2", but nowhere good enough to hunt small game. I spent more than the rifle costs on accessories, and the improvements were marginal at best. Well, it's a good thing the other rifles were out of stock. I did more research and learned about the artillery hold, and the game completely changed. 3/4" group at 100' after just one day of practicing. It wasn't the gun!

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger is mushy as hell, and it's pretty heavy, which is good for benched, sucks if you're holding it. Tough to get an artillery hold on something that wants to dig into you.

    What others should know:

I can't stress enough that this is not a cartridge rifle. You can read my saga above. The trigger is garbage, but replacements are cheap enough. Get adjustable rings to compensate for barrel droop or you will kill your scope running it at the edge of its adjustment (I killed two). Get a good scope, the "recoil" is heavy, and will smash anything that's not rated for high power air rifle. The break barrel is a heavy cock, grip the barrel as far out as you can reach to give yourself maximum leverage. I'm 5' 10", 200 lbs, and until it broke in (about 1,000 rounds), I had to put it on the ground, brace it with my foot, and use my weight to cock it. My best results came from JSB Exact 14.35 gr, a GTX III trigger, and a Hawke Airmax EV scope with rings that let me offset for barrel droop. Tough to argue with the results.

    Things I liked:

Excellent value for the money in .25. Easily shoots MOA all day long out to 100m with 31gr H&N Barracuda, and 1.5MOA with 36gr Eunjin Dome pellets (New Seneca pellets don't seem to have the same batch consistency). After 2500 pellets, I'm still getting nearly 600fps with the 36gr Eunjin which is tremendous energy for a gas piston rifle. As a primarily left hand shooter, the stock is excellent for shooting left hand or switching between right and left in the field. Very quiet, can shoot in my backyard in the middle of town without bothering the neighbors if need be. For hunting, animals don't scatter after every shot, and return quickly if spooked

    Things I would have changed:

Scope rail could be a little higher quality, and be a little longer. Also, it would be helpful if it was 30MOA. 2 stage trigger takes some getting used to, and could use some updating. Original scope failed and needed to be rebuilt and replaced. Due to the rifles impact on scopes with lighter pellets, a basic set of barrel sights would be a prudent design upgrade. Nothing worse than scope failing half mile from the truck and having no backup for hunting.

    What others should know:

Really does not like lighter pellets. On chrono, 19-25gr pellets only showed a marginal speed gain over 26gr+. Scope also takes hard hits when shooting lighter pellets. Hold sensitive, so if you are making a mistake you will see it on paper in as little as 15m. After adjusting the trigger first stage is sloppy and creeps at 3.5lb, and second stage breaks clean at 4lb. That means there is a definite wall, but if not careful pulling through the first stage, you can easily go right past and through the second stage. I tend to get on target, take up the creep and hold for a few seconds before squeezing. Would love to see a 1.5/3lb 2 stage trigger upgrade to this rifle.

    Things I would have changed:

Im on my 3rd warranted rifle...THEY FALL APART, made in China and it it shows. Piston blew out on the first one, along with the T stud in the cocking arm came out of the track every 5 to 10 shots and the rifle had to be taken apart and t nut reinstalled. 2nd rifle the picanny rail fell off after the 13th shot.WOULD NOT BUY THIS RIFLE TO MANY ISSUES!!!

    What others should know:

    Chinese Junk dont buy it

    Things I liked:

Good rifle for the money. Good improvement on the trigger mechanism, powerful enough out to 25 meters.

    Things I would have changed:

Weight of stock and scope mount. Improve the quality of the retaining hardware. Works well with red dot given range and accuracy.

    What others should know:

Must be cleaned, broke in, and must troubleshoot to find the perfect pellet and caliber and weight of pellet - 5.5 versus 5.52 for example. It will not chamber any slug type pellets. Some .22 pellets fell out, others would not chamber. Start with Purchase of Pyramid Air JSB match Diablo Exact pellets - for exceptional packaging. Usually, initial shots fly wild. Keep the barrel cleaned and lubed improved accuracy. Did not like the non-lead pellets.

    Things I liked:

I bought the Benjamin Trail NP XL in .25 cal. This is a hard hitting and accurate gun. I can get a great group (3/4") at about 50 yards. I have not yet been able to shoot at longer ranges, but I expect it to be able to keep those groups farther out.

    Things I would have changed:

The .25 seems to use the same piston as the .22, I think a np that is a little more powerful would do wonders to this series of guns.

    What others should know:

NOT A TOY, even my wife has trouble cocking the gun. Be prepared to get a work out in. I found no issues with the scope, there was a break in period for the screws that took some time. keep your allen wrench on hand and ensure tightness after each sight in groups. Pellets have a lot of variability, what others said was great or awful depends on each gun, I had great success with JSB King Heavy's, regular JSB's where also great, but did not hit as hard. Gun is heavy, people say this all over, but the length adds to the heavyness, pick up a 10 lbs rock and hold it out with one hand, it is difficult to sustain this, same goes for holding the gun for prolonged periods. Consider buying a shoulder strap, the gun does not come with one but has a great design for attaching one, with the weight it comes in handy on hikes. Safety does not auto engage after a shot, be sure to set the safety after every shot. 100 shot break in minimum, my groups got tight around 200 rounds.

Bought my trail .22 synthetic stock at walmart 10+ years ago, I've put 35 tins of crosman HP " that's 17,500 pellets" thru the gun and havent had I single issue !! I recently replaced the piston seal with a new 1!! Its been a damn good air rifle, I am very pleased with the quality of the rifle!

    Things I would have changed:

It's a bit heavy! But I think that helps as far as accuracy goes!

    What others should know:

I noticed that after the first 2 tins of pellets the accuracy jumped up to excellent.

    Things I liked:

I've owned my rifle for over 13 years years now. I originally added a different trigger with an adjustable poundage. I love this rifle. After I shot the first 100 rounds it sounded different and started shooting with very consistent accuracy. Also very quit compared to almost anything else I've used. Shoots best in my opinion the Diabolo Exact jumbo domed 14.3-15.9 grain. I still put a 1 inch group at 100 yards. It's enough to break through the pelt of woodchucks and the like.

    Things I would have changed:

original trigger is a bit heavy.

    What others should know:

shoots 14 to 16 grain for the best accuracy

    Things I liked:

Nothing now. Whole scope and rail just fell off my rifle because the welds holding the rail on are pitiful. Only have around 500 pellets through this rifle and its only 6-7 months old. Now its junk. It had horrible accuracy out of the box but after about 200 rds it started to shine. Right before the scope and mount fell off it was doing fantastic at 30 yrds with jsb's.

    Things I would have changed:

An entirely different optics mounting design or hire somebody that knows how these rails should be properly welded on

    What others should know:

Stay away from this cheap garbage. Spend the extra money on something of quality

The overall Gun is very well-made there isn’t many things not to like on this gun the velocity the accuracy and although it’s a touch hard to break the barrel after about 100 shots it’s pretty smooth

    Things I would have changed:

The only thing I would change on this gun if I had two would be the trigger pull be I would make it a little lighter

    What others should know:

But all in all this is very well-made and very accurate air rifle and the only thing I could say is that anybody that reads this should add this to their collection

Powerful, I like the thumb hole, and welded weaver scope base.

    Things I would have changed:

Get better welders to weld on the scope base plate. Mine fell off after 150 rounds

    What others should know:

I found this rifle to be loud with pellets under 18-19 gr. So far disappointed with the quality control as my welded base plate fell off.
