    Things I liked:

The semi auto nature of this coupled with the fact that is PCP is amazing at this price! It is a ridiculously fun plinker!

    Things I would have changed:

A better trigger would be nice, but honestly for the money I can upgrade that myself.

    What others should know:

You will end up throwing a TON of lead downrange with this thing, you just can't help it. Do not expect the same level of accuracy from this gun as you would many other PCP guns, it is a $150.00 gun that is a hoot to shoot.

    Things I liked:

This entry-level PCP is lightweight and easy to handle. 2000 psi max pressure makes it easier to refill.

    Things I would have changed:

Advertising 60 shots between refills is optimistic and should be amended. Unless my Wildfire is defective, the number of shots between refills is closer to 30 - with the 2000 psi charge dropping to 1000 psi and approaching the yellow zone on the pressure gauge using Crossman wad cutter pellets.

    Things I liked:

Actually...I liked nothing about this rifle! Initially I thought it might be fun for the price point but I was wrong. You will hear that a lot, "for the price point it is not a bad entry level PCP" Wrong!

    Things I would have changed:

Develop a decent trigger. My trigger gage registers to a max of 12 lbs and this exceeded it. Horrible trigger!

    What others should know:

I was so disappointed! I was one of the first to pre-order this gun and was initially excited about the concept of the low price PCP. However, the accuracy of this gun is horrific. I tried about 10 different pellets and the best it would do is about 1 1/2" group at 15 yards. Also they claim 80 shots per fill. Wrong! The best is 4 magazines (48 shots) and the last 8 are really weak. The FPS is not even close to the advertised 800 FPS. It averaged in the high 500's and mid 600's depending on the pellet weight. I could have put up with that but it is the horrific accuracy and the heavy trigger that caused me to return the gun. I truly believe my gun was defective so I returned it to PA (Always outstanding Customer Service). Maybe your experience is better but I would save that $150 and put it towards something better. If you are looking for an entry level PCP you might do some research on the Umarex Gauntlet (Out in May 2017). For $300 this could be the one!

    Things I liked:

at my age, open sights do not work well for me, so ordered a scope with this purchase. Easily mounted and sighted in to quarter size groups @ 40 '. the repeating feature of this gun works perfectly. I have been shopping for and trying out pellet guns for two years, and never satisfied with the others on the market. This is THE one for sure.

    Things I would have changed:

I am a tall person, so the stock would fit better if it was a little longer.

    Things I liked:

The fiber optic front sight just stood out like a sore thumb, making it easy to line up with your rear

    Things I would have changed:

The scope rail is plastic and it would be nice to have one that you wouldn't have to be afraid of tightening a ring down on it.

    What others should know:

Snow has melted so I got out with the new Wildfire.I fired the rifle with open sights and was pleasantly surprised with its accuracy using Diablo Match King pellets. I bought extra pellet clips and loaded them all up. I filled the reservoir to 2000 psi and started shooting. I was able to fire 72 rounds before the pressure dropped down to 1000 psi according to the rifles gauge. At 15 yards the rifle was very accurate. This is one fun gun for plinking. I would love to find a muzzle brake like the TKO so the neighbors would only hearing me laughing at the fun it is.Now to design a moving shooting gallery!!

    Things I liked:

A fun little plinker. This is quickly becoming a love/hate relationship. I'm filling with Hill pump 50 strokes to go from 1000 to 2000 psi (first 5 to fill hose to 1000). 3 to 4 minutes to load 4 clips, then shooting 48 shots can easily be done in less than 2 minutes, and we're back down to 1000 psi. So yes I'm spending more time preparing to shoot than shooting (normal for multishot pcp but how quickly you can shoot seems to compound the difference).

    Things I would have changed:

A wood stock would be nice, with the plastic stock it feels a little nose heavy. The back side of the clip has a hollow section that pellets get stuck in if your lazy like me (take the clip put it in the pellet tin lid and pour pellets on top of the clip (I do that with my IZH 61 and my Hatsan clips)). The only other complaint is due to the original 1077 design. If the clip were positively indexed when loaded into the magazine the first action of the trigger could have been releasing the shot then pulling through the second action to index the next shot. Instead we have the first action indexing the clip to line up with the barrel and the second action releasing the air to blow the pellet from the clip into the barrel (why you feel a puff of air at the magazine when the shot is released).

    What others should know:

Decent accuracy but I don't think I'll be neutering any mosquitos with it. I take an aluminium can and put it in one of those foam squares that Pyramid ships pellets in and place it in front of my backstop. I then cut it in half with pellets. The face is easy but this gun has trouble catching the very edges (the sides) due to the trigger pull. My finger actually gets tired holding it at the second action lining up the edge shot. This is at 10 yds indoors. Got the 10 for 10$ from Pyramid. The certificate says that the fill pressure for the test was 2000 lbs. When the gun arrived it had 1000 lbs. Do they bleed the gun down before shipping? I pumped it to 2000 lbs and let it sit for 5 days and it didn't leak down at all. Is someone pulling my leg? If you want an enjoyable plinker this will do that well. It's almost as addictive as my Baikals.

    Things I liked:

I think this should have been named "Lead Slinger" rather than Wildfire. There is nothing quite like ripping off twelve shots in less than ten seconds. This gun will make you grin from ear to ear every time you set up ten or twelve pop cans and see just how fast you can knock them all down.

    Things I would have changed:

Obviously this gun has its drawbacks, no gun at this price point is going to be perfect. For instance the trigger is just shy of horrendous, yet after a couple hundred shots it does seem to "wear in" and smooth out considerably, still not what anybody would consider as a nice trigger. This little girl absolutely swallows buckets of air, I am getting around 40 good shots or so, no where near the 60 Crosman claims. It seems to spit a lot of air out of the bottom of the gun, not sure if that is something that can be addressed in future models but it ought too. That leads us to the noise factor; this thing is LOUD most definitely not neighbor friendly. Finally accuracy; which I put at 1 second of pop can at 20 yards. It will certainly shoot farther than that but your accuracy seems to be inversely proportional to distance.

    What others should know:

Make sure you load up your cart with about 2000 pellets (about a months supply) when you order this gun. BTW mine seems to prefer the Gamo Hunters. Save all your empty refreshment containers for target practice and I double dog dare you not to bust out laughing while mowing down those heathen containers.

    Things I liked:

We have arrived at a point in the 1077 evolution that will ensure its popularity and utility for quite some time. Being Able to top off the pressure after three mags offers an easy way to manage better accuracy out of a base platform. Having the option to drop the wildfire action into an existing wood stock allowed me to reuse the cqb scope and laser that I had on the co2 version. The weight is more solid, heft and hold is enhanced.

    Things I would have changed:

    Offer in wood stock.

    What others should know:

Extract magazine and ensure clear barrel prior to removing foster end cap for refill or degassing. Refilling with a scuba tank is the way to go. No more empty co2 cartridges.

    Things I liked:

I love that this is a cheap pcp air rifle that is semi auto. its a very fun gun to shoot and you get a good amount of shots per fill before you have to get more air.

    Things I would have changed:

I would have liked to see a .22 cal version of this but I understand that its basically just a pcp upgrade of a co2 gun. I also wish it had a lighter trigger pull.

    What others should know:

I got this gun as a fun plinker and I use a nice red dot for it. its not a great long range gun but could easily go out to around 40 yards and still have accuracy.

    Things I liked:

Light weight, good price, and overall function of the rifle. Made in the USA.

    Things I would have changed:

Improve reliability. The air chamber failed to hold pressure on two occasions during my first week of usage. The rifle completly discharged all air pressure for no reason (very rapidly first time, slowly second time). The rifle was never filled above recommended pressure (this is my third PCP rifle) or abused in any way.

    What others should know:

Nice rifle with proven design but the PCP aspect still isn't quite ready for mass marketing. I reterned the PCP version for a refund and used that money to purchase the tried and true Crosman 1077 Repeater CO2 rifle. I have had no problems with the CO2 version of this rifle.

    Things I liked:

I have some high end PCP guns and am not new to the PCP world so when I saw this gun come on the market I was a bit skeptical due to its low price. However I immediately placed my order and waited for it to arrive. My main motivation was the repeater capabilities which are lacking in all of the PCP guns on the market so far. Quick second shot without losing target acquisition was my main motivation. I must say that I am very impressed with this gun. Follow-up shots are easy and trigger pull surprisingly light since it is double action. Accuracy is good and comes with open sights. I will be adding a scope like all of my other rifles so will better be able to judge accuracy after mounting but so far with only open sights but I am impressed with the accuracy. Lastly it is a joy to pump with my Hill pump since it is a 2000 psi unlike my others witch are 4000. Fills are very fast and not very hard to pump. Crosman has a real winner here.

    Things I would have changed:

    Offer wood stock options.

    What others should know:

Get one and you won't be sorry.

Easy to operate and handle, accurate, 12 shot mag, very light weight, a grab and shoot for close range nescience pest with quick follow up ability, inexpensive spare mags, scopeable, 2000psi easy quick hand pump fill.

    Things I would have changed:

    Slightly lighter trigger pull.

    What others should know:

Buy extra mags. . . .about 60 shots on a 2000psi fill. Hits a bit harder than the 1077 co2 version using same mags. No nonsense very straight forward simple pcp using hand pump to 2000psi. . . .simple.

The rifle is light and easy for young shooters to shoulder up. The fiber optic sight is bright and easy to see in the oversize rear sight. Over all a greeat plinker and training rifle foreign shooters.

    Things I would have changed:

THE TRIGGER PULL... The rifle has the roughest and strongest trigger full of any gun I have ever fired. Staying on target while pulling the trigger is very difficult and takes serious concentration.

    What others should know:

Over all the rifle is a nice gun that is fun to shoot and young shooters will keep you busy filling magazines and the air tank. I would purchase this rifle again.

    Things I liked:

Light weight, really visible open sights, good balance, easy fill with a tank or shoebox, easy to handle. Not super accurate, but it will put round after round, in or close to a 1" circle with pretty good consistency. Once you find where that circle is, you're good to go. Trigger is a little heavy but I think it will improve as it wears in. Great value for the money!

    Things I would have changed:

Not much you really can change at the price point, but maybe get a "wood look" stock for a choice. You can't do real wood at the price point but it would look nicer in wood I think.

    What others should know:

My first impression....First filling....(No prep, straight out of the box) 12 shots using Crosman 7.9gr Hollow Points, High was 650fps, Low was 627fps. Avg 635fps. Nowhere neat the 800fps claimed. 2nd 12 shots were Gamo Hunter pellets heapo's not sure of weight, High 627fps, Low 562fps Avg, 610fps. I'm down to 1250psi in the tube. I thinking there is no way you'll ever get 60 shots out of this thing unless you push them through with a stick. Refilled back up to 2000psi, this time I shot 36 of the Crosman pellets to get back down to the 1250 psi. Now I'm thinking this thing needs to be broke-in. It is improving pretty fast, I'm really liking this gun. Maybe the fps will get there also. Even if it don't it's a really GREAT gun for the money. I might even buy another one for the wife. Oh, yeah, the trigger is improving also, but it does have a lot to do and everything is mechanical. It should wear in nicely I think. I'm a happy camper!

Light weight, 12 shot mag, easy to fill

    Things I would have changed:

    12 to 15lb trigger pull.

    What others should know:

I couldn't leave a real true honest review of this rifle only because i was only able to shoot this gun maybe 100shots and i went to fill it up with my 88ci tank, this gun literally exploded in my hands. And yes i know to fill it slowly and not to over fill it. It was only at 1700psi when it went "POW" AND ALL THE AIR WENT OUT. scared the crap out of me and my kids. I had just received the gun Saturday 3/11/17 at 11.34am it was broken by 12.30pm barely an hour afterwards. I can say this about the gun though the jsb rs shot good and rws hobbys did ok.... but at 18yards i shot a 1hole group using the GTO WADCUTTER PELLETS. Those pellets are awesome but kinda expensive. Im not trying stop anyone from getting this gun bc its accurate with the right pellets, its just my gun exploded in my hands. Im returning it and i will use my refund towards the gauntlet. I just bought 2 kral puncher breakers 22 and 25 thought I could use a cheap plinker in this but it didn't go as planned I love my krals

    Things I liked:

12 shot rotary magazine, light weight, easy to fill 2000 psi reservoir. Easy Foster connection. Very accurate even with open sights. Well balanced and very easy to carry.

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger indexes the magazine and moves the pellet into the breech. It works well but, certainly isn't a smooth or "crisp" trigger.

    What others should know:

Overall I'm extremely happy with the new Wildfire. It's a great plinker and my 7 year old can't stop raving about it. I'm a highly experienced airgunner and shooter of power burning guns and the trigger on this tripped me up a bit at first. It feels very mechanical and it's on the heavy side. But, once you get used to everything going on during the trigger pull, this is a fine rifle and well worth the money.
