    Things I liked:

The weight of the gun feels like handling a real one. Has good accuracy. Great deal for the money pretty loud and overall fun.

    Things I would have changed:

The grips are alright they look rubberized but they are really plastic. Real rubberized grips would give it a more comfortable and realistic feel though.

    What others should know:

In my opinion the woodcutter flat head pellets are the best ammo to use for this gun.

    Things I liked:

Nice weight, feel, and balance, very accurate at 20-25 feet, double-action, plenty of power for about 40-45 shots, scopeable top rail, looks intimidating, price is nice

    Things I would have changed:

The grips of course..the plastic is alright but rubberized grips would look and feel better.

    What others should know:

Buy more rotary clips! I spend more time loading the 1 clip that came with it than I do shooting it..lol!

    Things I liked:

It's a rather intimidating gun to see. It looks and behaves very much like a real .357.

    Things I would have changed:

I got it with only one clip. I'd sell them with 2 more so you can speed load.

    What others should know:

I like the fact this gun will hold some of my more devistating pellets such as my predator pellets, which are a bit longer than a domed or pointed pellets. I keep this on my hip in a holster when I am hunting. It's an excellent gun for finishing the job up close and personal if needed. I used it to finish a rather large ground hog last year.

    Things I liked:

I got one as a christmas present. I've owned a couple of others over the years. One was the 8" barrel model. The gun shoots fine and for what it is, it's ok. At 50 bucks how can you go wrong? Be prepared for lots of plastic. There isn't much metal on this gun. I purchased a S&W 586 sometime back and this Crosman isn't a "patch" to the Smith. But, the Crosman is 50 dollars and the S&W is over 200. If you like to shoot and $50 is all that you can afford this gun will probably serve your purpose.

    Things I would have changed:

I suspect the barrel latching system. The last one of these I owned shot about 2500-3000 rounds before the latch spring wore out. (actually fatigued out) The spring isn't really a spring at all. It's a rubber wedge. Extremes of heat and cold after a time will eventually deteriorate the "spring" to the point that it won't have the elasticity to lock the barrel closed anymore. It can be replaced and it is not expensive.

    What others should know:

My girlfriend bought this gun for me. She bought it from Pyramyd Air. I also bought my S&W from Pyramyd Air. In both instances the shipping was simply fantastic. They have outstanding service.

    Things I liked:

This is a great value, bought it for my son and we both enjoy shooting it, bought several clips to go with it. The gun is accurate and the great thing is it will shoot BBs or Pellets.

    Things I would have changed:

Note this is the second one of these guns the first had to be sent back for a defect. This company was terrific about its returns, the emailed me a prepaid postage and shipped out a replacement as soon as they recieved the old one.

    Things I liked:

The 357W has a good feel when you pick it up. In about two months of use the grips are still tight, no signs of loosening up, The magazine clips work great, the trigger is predictable and has a good release. This is a excellent buy for a gun of this quality with the added bonus of being USA made and the availability of parts.

    Things I would have changed:

The barrel latch on mine was real tight but with continual use is getting better. A speed loader would be a real good , you tend to shoot a lot more clips with this pistol because its so darn much fun. A steel mounting rail would be a great improvement even as a aftermarket accessory.

    What others should know:

Have tried Crosman premiers, Gamo match and just yesterday RWS hobbys, the hobbys seem to shoot more accurately. My old eyes aren't as good as they used to be so I mounted a Crosman red dot, and what a difference, groups tightened up. As you can tell, I shoot from the bench mostly. Have been getting 5-7 clips per cartridge. PA's new packing system is great, my last two orders arrived in perfect condition. Good job PA.

    Things I liked:

Powerful and accurate. Very fun to use, can take out small rodents like squirrels [even rabbits] easily. I love the looks too. Being both double and single action by cocking it makes it wonderful practice.

    Things I would have changed:

I'd only change the back sight to make it tighter, everyone complains about the grip but I found a way around it. [See below]

    What others should know:

About everyone complains that the grips are a little lose. The trick is get some electric tape, but put it on the inside. Put a strip on each side of the metal frame that the grip snaps to, and a small strip on each side where the pin is. [Don't cover the part where you need to put the can in.] Trust me, this tightens it up perfectly, still makes it easy to get on and off but makes it tight enough not to ever feel it shake again.

    Things I liked:

The Power is realllly good. And i am very picky about alot. But this is a true bang for the buck. The CO2 last for about 7-8 rounds. It looks and feels real. Pretty heavy. The revolver is nice. It is really accurate. The very first 5 shots with a fresh CO2 is the craziest!

    Things I would have changed:

would make the inside barrell bigger, so you cant see the pellet thing. the worst thing is the handle, because its plastic and hard to open. And the lock isnt all that great, where the hammer is, because if you keep shooting with it on, then eventually it will actually shoot..(so make sure you hold the gun down..please!) I woulld change the revolver so it will flip out...but its a great gun.

    What others should know:

Be very careful, this really could hurt sombody permanently! Also put the lock on and pellets out when not in use, because one mistake is costly. Please. This is way more powerful than a simple BB gun..

    Things I liked:

As a training aid, the realism is great. Works as single or double action, though the trigger pull is the same. Sights are great, with rear adjustable for windage and elevation. Though the cylinder doesn't swing out, it operates so much like a real one as to be an asset in training beginners the fundamentals.

    Things I would have changed:

The only weak area I notice is the grips. I plan to use 2 fat rubber bands to secure the grip halves during use.

    What others should know:

This is a great gun to use to instruct beginners in the fundamentals of safety, grip, sight alignment and operation. A great way to work up sensitive shooters into the .22LR and beyond.

it's very accurate it has no kick, makes good use of c02 and how the barrel breaks a good gun for $50.00.

    Things I would have changed:

make it a little bit smaller and have a kit that comes with bbs and stuff.

    What others should know:

stock up on pellets and c02 its a guzzler

The feel of the gun and its accuracy are simply amazing. I got this gun 3 years ago nearly and it has about 5000 pellets through it. It has destroyed more cans than a recycling center. Its really easy to shoot and the power is great.

    Things I would have changed:

The grips....they are this guns only flaw they are loose and wobbly, i also don't really like the safety feature on this gun. true revolvers dont have a safety

    What others should know:

    buy it!

    Things I liked:

This gun is AWESOME! It is a great plinker, has a nice weight, accurate to about 25-ish yards. I have large hands and this gun fits great, the safety is easy to work also, and it makes you feel like a cowboy. I would have paid 80$ for this gun, and not had a single complaint.

    Things I would have changed:

Pyramid Air has some packaging issues, if your going to staple a box shut that's full of airbags to keep the items secure, DON'T STAPLE THE AIRBAGS! With the gun itself, I would rather have the 8'' barrel but they don't sell it anymore. Also, my trigger's bluing wasn't done very well, it has discoloration everywhere.

    What others should know:

Do not use BBs, it has a rifled barrel and a bb will damage the rifilng making pellets inaccurate.

    Things I liked:

I like the "Safety" feature. I like the balance and weight of this Crosman 357W. The CO2 Seals are great. I have fired more than 60 pellets thru this revolver and I still have plenty of power left.

    Things I would have changed:

It would be nice to have a Holster for this model offered by Pyramyd Air Gun Mall. Overall I am very happy with this Crosman Model 357W, and enjoy doing business with Pyramyd Air Gun Mall.

    What others should know:

Definitely! ... Would and Will recommend this Crossman Model 357W and Pyramyd Air Gun Mall to my friends.

    Things I liked:

(this is my second review after testing this gun more extensively) Accuracy! Before I wrote that I didn't know what the accuracy was, well know I do. Its AMAZING! from 15-18ft I was only a hair or two away from the center bullseye (about the same size as a dot from a sharpy)! I can get groupings around a half inch from 15-25ft. When I'm finished emptying a Co2, the 1inch zone on my target is practically blown out! (excluding the rapid fire flyers ;). From what I can tell, everything on this gun is made to last a while: the break-open hinge's locking device is metal, the exterior is metal (except for the barrel covering and the snap-on grips, they are plastic and they snap on to metal... how long will that last?)

    Things I would have changed:

As I said before, the grips are weak, and inner steel barrel can slide inward and out (when you open the gun from the hinge), but not outwards, this hasn't caused any problems and may be nice for cleaning)

    What others should know:

BUY THIS GUN, you will not be disappointed. Looks almost exactly like a real 357 magnum. Also, the weight and heft will make anyone want to shoot it.

    Things I liked:

This is a big pistol with a solid metal exterior, barrel, trigger, and hammer. (although the outer grips are plastic as well as the barrel covering). I haven't had much time to test the accuracy, although it seems pretty good. I also liked that this gun came along with a trigger guard. When I first fired it, I was impressed with the sound, (it sounds like a firearm just toned down) and the flash of smoke.

    Things I would have changed:

New grips, the snap on ones that the gun comes with scare me, even though they mold nicely with my fingers. I'm afraid that they will either snap off when I'm shooting, or eventually break. So far, though, they seem to work fine as well as snap on tight. Also, I would have had smaller (and better quality) sights. The ones that are on the gun seem to be bulking, which decrease my accuracy. Also, the sights that my gun came with were very wobbly until I tightened elevation, which made my sights extremely low. I fixed this by pushing some flash card paper under the sight, and tightening the elevation screw all the way.

    What others should know:

This is the fastest revolver pistol for the money on this site. It seems sturdy and I was very impressed with all the metal. This gun is only a pound lighter than my 880 rifle! Don't fire to fast though, or your speed will slow down.

I love the Crosman 357w. I got it on this website for only $50.00! It is very accurate, and is pretty powerful for a CO2 pistol. It is very easy to operate, and is good for plinking or other uses. The 6 inch rifled barrel raises the accuracy level, and I love the sights. GREAT GUN AND GOOD BUY!

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing!! I could shoot this all day long! Remember, stock up on CO2!!!!

    What others should know:

Be safe and have fun with this awesome CO2 pistol.

It looks very real and shoots like a real one too. Its somewhat accurate at 20 feet or mayb i just cant aim lol BTW its powerful for the first 30 shots of the c02

    Things I would have changed:

I would of changed the bullets it can hold. The 10 shots will be gone in less than 5 secs. Then you have to reload all the time.. : /

    What others should know:

Don't put 2 bbs in one hole. It will work but you would be shooting 2 bullets every 1 trigger and it wont work as good : /

I purchased my 1st 357w several years ago & I like it so much I just bought a 2nd one. They are very accurate & dependable.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to see a slimmer grip design. I like the Hogue style grips but a grip frame more like a Model 19 S&W would be more comfortable for smaller hands.

    What others should know:

It is a very nice pistol for a reasonable price!

    Things I liked:

This is the best pellet pistol for its cost.My friend suggested that I get a pellet/bb pistol but I decided not to for a couple of reasons; first off bb/pellet combos only have an 8 round magazine, second if the gun also fire bbs it means that the barrel is probably not rifled which means you lose accuracy and possibly velocity. Also when it says max velocity for bb/pellet combos they mean bbs travel at 475-485, but pellets travel at 415-425, while this drives pellets at 435!!

    Things I would have changed:

There is not much I would change except for the easier availabilty of the 4in but preferably the 8 inch barrel.

    What others should know:

Steer clear of more expensive pellet pistols,, this is definetly more for your money.Stock up on CO2 as well as more magazines and don't forget to buy Crosman Pellgunoil. For taget shoting I would reccomend pointed, domed or flathead pellets, hollow point pellets for animals, and for just shooting cans and other random objest get ballistic tipped pellets that have a steel tip for heavy penetration without using bbs which will damage the bore.

    Things I liked:

nice and accurate for only $50, i like the adjustable back sight, and the ten shot capacity. does not eat up co2 but is nice and powerful. single action is nice and crisp, double action is a little jerky at the beginning of the action but is otherwise quite smooth. works well this gamo magnums and crosmen premier pointed, i have used this gun for squirrel hunting and ive bagged quite a few, its accurate powerful and reliable, what else could u want?

    Things I would have changed:

I, along with many others do not like the grip on this pistol. it is a cheap plastic and a bit wobbily. i would pay up to $50 for some nice custom grips. Also barrel sometimes seem to poke out the end of of the revolver, which is no problem, jsut a little annoying.

    What others should know:

BUY EXTRA CLIPS! you will want them. also i bought a lazer that i put on top and is perfect for quick target acquistion. also a holster is nice to have.
