    Things I liked:

    Trigger, Stock, noise level

    Things I would have changed:

    the scope

    What others should know:

If you've had spring air rifles and wanted to try a piston, this is the gun for you - accurate, quiet (after a few rounds) great price point.

    Things I liked:

The gas spring powerplant. I like being able to leave the rifle cocked for awhile without having to worry about damaging the spring. The Weaver rails make the scope mount very solid. It's a hard hitting air rifle. The price -especially the sale price! My overall rating is 5 stars because of the perceived (by me) value:price ratio. Free shipping. Dealing with Pyramid Air. The Pyramid Air knowledge base, i.e. “Airgun Academy”.

    Things I would have changed:

I would change the trigger—Oh, I did! I put in a GRT-III trigger and the difference was amazing. I recommend that trigger upgrade and it’s not hard to do. I down rated the accuracy rating to 4 stars because of the trigger, but with the GRT-III this rifle's accuracy is only limited by pellet choice and my ability. And maybe Crosman could sell an unscoped version with a better trigger for the same price?

    What others should know:

This is my first springer/gas spring air rifle so I had a lot to learn. It is the .22 version. First few times shooting, the shots were wild and I worried about my purchase. The trigger was pretty rough with a long draw so I replaced the trigger with the GRT-III. My groups were still large and little wild so I did some research….. I set up an area that I could shoot 60’ with a seated rest position and I got a Do-All Outdoors .22/.17 Bullet Box. -Practice, practice, practice. I tightened up the stock screws and that helped. I guess I left them a little loose after the trigger change…. I cleaned the barrel with J-B bore cleaning compound -as seen on Airgun Academy. I practiced my artillery hold and I started methodically trying different pellets. I mounted a new scope; I got the Leapers 3-12x44AO SWAT Accushot scope. Over the past 3 months I have improved the accuracy of the Nitro Venom and my skills that I can now get nickel sized groups of 5 (and an occasional dime sized group, too) -with a few flyers here and there. The pellets that group the best for me are the RWS Superdomes and the Predator Polymags. The RWS MK target don’t do well. The Crosman Premiere Domed pellets fit very tight in the breech and are not very accurate in my gun. The Crosman Premiere HP’s fit better and group OK, but not as good as the Superdomes and Polymags. I think that it's a great rifle, esp for the price. I liked adding a few parts and putting my touch on the Nitro Venom. Recommended!

    Things I liked:

The Weaver rail Stop, the scope from Creeping back and loseing Accurancy (Zeroing), The rifle itself shoulder well, and fell good in the hands

    Things I would have changed:

the big thing i would change is the scope, following the power (the FPS) ied up if i could, in too the 900+ fps range instead of the 695-700fps with the Crosman Premier .22 Cal, 14.3 Grains

    What others should know:

I feel it will be a better rifle, After i get more arounds down range. ive only got 100+ round throw it so far.. and the temp. have been in the lower 30's around here, and practice with it be alittle slow. I have been hitting a one inch target at 30 yards with no proplem. not much lead left after hitting Pellet Trap, I try a Dragon Claw Bipod for some strang reason it wouldn't zero in. But it like the Artillary hold, I've taken rabbit out @ about 25 yard cleanly. for all you hunters out there. all around to me a great rifle

    Things I liked:

A powerful rifle able to punch through 3/4 pine @ 50 ft. with good accuracy. Nitrogen piston is really a nice step up from spring powered...smooth cocking and firing.

    Things I would have changed:

Trigger has a long hard pull and doesn't adjust as well as expected. Scope is marginally acceptable.

    What others should know:

Its a good rifle for the price, solid built, with steel trigger. A little on the heavy side. Definitely worth considering, especially in the .22 caliber.

accurate rifle from crosman has the powerplant of the titan gp witch they shoot a 14.3 gr pellet avg 660 fps equals 13.4 fpe good killing power for small animals holding this gun tight is the key to good accuracy. you dont need to mod this gun its good

Nice stock, overall appearence is very good, very quiet compared to my Legacy and does not kick like the lagacy. For $150 a great deal, varments beware!

    Things I would have changed:

A better scope but that would raise the price. a metal trigger guard and some iron sights would be nice also.

    What others should know:

Had the scope zeroed after only about a dozen shots. Make sure to 1st run patches through the barrel with Break-Free Lube and Cleaner til thay come out clean.

    Things I liked:

    Dealing with Pyramyd Air!

    What others should know:

There is enough oil in the barrel when it first arrives that the first shots are louder than a .22. After about 50 to 100 shots, it is now quieter than my Whisper. I get better grouping with pellets that weigh 8.64gr or less. I had to exchange the first rifle due to a manufacturing defect and it was a pleasure dealing with Pyramyd Air. The tech support folks are great!

    Things I liked:

Great pellet rifle. The scope is only ok. Nice tight groups right out of the box! Great value for the price.

    Things I would have changed:

Would rather they sold the gun and scope separately allowing buyers to chose a better optics system.

    Things I liked:

Gun feels solid, functions as it should. So far after about 100 pellets its shooting fairly accurate. Its very smooth to cock and

    Things I would have changed:

Scope is not a very good fit for a gun like this. The objective is set far to close to get a good sight picture over 5x magnification at 50 yards. A AO scope does wonder for this gun.

    What others should know:

Barrel was extramly dirty out of the box. Took about 15 cleaning pellets to get the bore clean. Also had a hard time with FedEx. At the time they where attempting delivery no one was home mon-friday. Called to see if they would deliver it later in the day, attempt later in the week, or deliver to my work address and they would not work with me. They wanted me to drive 150 miles round trip to get it! Be sure some is home all day on the scheduled delivery date.

    Things I liked:

Very quiet. Very smooth cocking. Wood stock has a nice feel.

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger is very bad, rough and a hard pull,

    What others should know:

This rifle is VERY hold sensitive. It took about 500 pellets of practice with the artillery hold to get acceptable groups. The groups tightened up considerably when I held the rifle very lightly with almost no pressure from my trigger hand and my cheek just touching the cheek rest. It is a rifle that requires practice.

    Things I liked:

got this gun for my step son and we LOVE IT. He is 13 and small for his age and he is able to cock it and is doing very well shooting it. We are putting pellets in the same holes at 10 yds and the gun isn't even close to being broken in. Very quiet and powerful. We have the 22 cal. and it's shooting through 3/4" pine at 10 yds. Couldn't b happer with it so far

    Things I would have changed:

    automatic safety would be nice

    What others should know:

the gun is a little heavy, and the finish on the stock isn't the best I've ever seen, but hey it's only 150.00. still a great bargan

    Things I liked:

Accurate, powerful, and quiet, this gun is awaome. The nitro piston is amazing. It shoots so smooth and barely any recoil. I was always getting mad at my ruger airhawk because the gun kept throwing off my scope but this thing shoots so smooth with little vibration it doesn't throw off the scope at all. Definintly worth the money, I don't think there's a better gun for the money

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger and the scope. The trigger has a really long pull and is unpredictable, not learnable though, iv noticed that the more I shoot it the better I get at shooting it with the trigger. If I had the money I would drop in a grt3 trigger for sure though. The scope isn't a bad scope, but it isn't good, at 9 power the sight picture seems to be a bit blurry

    What others should know:

Use the artillery hold, if you don't know what that it find out on YouTube or something, it will increase accuracy like crazy!

Shoots hard and every accurate. I even like the scope . Killed two squirrels first thing, they won't eat any more tomatoes this summer.

    Things I would have changed:

A little heavy but I think it helps your shooting I don't even mind the long trigger pull.

    What others should know:

It did quiet down like you said it would. I think this gun is a real bargain for the money.I have only put about 150 pellets through it and it seems to get more accurate. Buy ths gun you won't be sorry.

    Things I liked:

Weaver scope rail, metal and wood contruction, heavy feel, accurate, good price. Like the nitro piston.

    Things I would have changed:

Scope is nice but is out of focus at 50 yards. This is a capable gun at 50yards, probably needs an adjustable objective. Also, would be nice if this gun came with shoulder strap swivels.

    What others should know:

This is a fun gun. A lot of folks complain about the trigger. This gun has little recoil, just squeeze the trigger and learn where it breaks. Trigger is steal and not plastic.

    Things I liked:

Bought this gun for my step son a week ago. Shot it today for the first time. Had it sighted in with 12 shots and are putting pellets in the same hole at 10 yards. Very quiet, and hits hard. Shooting through 3/4" boards at 10 yds. My step son is on the small size and is still able to cock it.

    Things I would have changed:

On the heavy side. Would like to see the safty reset itself after each shot.

    What others should know:

The finish on this gun isn't the best I've ever see but hey it's a 150.00 gun. I am very happy with it so far and would recomend it to anyone looking for a good gun at a good price. Pyramid Air was GREAT. The gun was sent out quickly and arrived in two days. I will be dealing with them again soon.

    Things I liked:

extremely accurate at 20 yards, i get about 3/4 inch groups.some real power at the .177. great for small game hunting, plinking, and target practice. its also easy to cock. it barely kicks at all compared to regular spring rifles. also all the crosman pellets shoot great out of this gun, i found the premiere hp's and the destroyers shoot the best though. the new weaver mount is an awsome improvement crosmans made to this rifle, it make the scope impossible to slide. the scope ring are nice. the scope is a decent scope for this rifle, the picture quality goes to heck at 9 power at far range from what i can tell, but all in all a great rifle for the money

    Things I would have changed:

a better scope and trigger. the crosman trigger has a pretty hard trigger pull, but its not to bad once you get used to it. but still if u dont like the trigger you can always drop in a GRT III trigger for about like 30 bucks or so.

    What others should know:

Artillary hold, you need the artillary hold to shoot extremely accurate with this rifle

    Things I liked:

Great looking gun with the checkering. Shoulders nice and feels nice to shoot. I like the Center Point scope that comes with the gun. Shoots amazing groups after a good bore cleaning.

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger has a lot of creep and really takes away this guns potential. After I installed a GRT-3 trigger my groups were much tighter.

    What others should know:

Like many air rifles, this gun is hold sensitive. This gun is designed to shoot well with the artillary hold. I shoot great groups with it laying over my arm while my hand is open on a rest.

    Things I liked:

Nice gun for the money. The wood on the gun is very nice for a gun of this price. The gun is very quiet and it breaks very smooth. The gun has very good power for hunting.

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger is very rough and if you try to squeeze off slow you will loose pressure and the pellet will lose velocity.

    What others should know:

I would put a after market trigger in the gun! This gun will produce 1/2" groups at 30 yards but I have not been able to get better. I have only put 100 rounds through it with most air rifle it should improve after break-in
