    Things I liked:

Its cool looking! Feels like a powerful handgun. The pellet/bullets give it an authentic look!

    Things I would have changed:

I got this pistol because I live in a suburban area, and cannot shoot a rifle to take care of critters and nasty birds. This appeared to have all of the power I needed at 400+ FPS with hunting grade pellets. Its a wimp! With hunting grade pellets 8g hollow points and lighter, it will barely kill a bird. It took 4 shots to drop a dove. It was less than 15 feet from it.... Really?? I can't site it to save my life. Any distance above 10 yards and I can't hit the broad side of a barn, let alone do any damage to speak of. Tonight, I was less than 10 feet from a rabbit. Put 3 into it, never dropped it, no blood nothing.I know I hit it, it jumped and squealed. $200 paper weight.

    What others should know:

Research more, don't buy it because its pretty. Now I need to spend more money to get what I'm looking for. Look elsewhere.

    Things I liked:

Just about everything. The pistol fits my hands perfectly. It's got the weight of a real 357. At first, it shot better than I did. I only have it for about a week, and I hate putting it away. I've got more than 1200 pellets through it. It's just a great shooter, and a must have.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing...

    What others should know:

If you're looking for a good shooter at a great price, the Dan Wesson 715 6" is great choice.

Probably recess the inner barrel a little deeper for looks.

    Things I liked:

I found the 357 replica is one of the smoothest and most accurate pellet air guns I have shot. The pistol grip gives you great control and you will need it as the gun is very hefty. Once cocked the trigger pull is nearly effortless. Over all very pleased.

    What others should know:

A very well constructed pistol which is also a pleasure to shoot. Easy to reload. If each shot is savoured and your not just about throwing a bunch of pellets down range then this is the pistol you have been looking for.

    Things I liked:

I own over a dozen air pistols and the Dan Wesson 715 pellet pistol is the best looking, best made of any. Nice trigger and sights. Decent accuracy. It is not as powerful as my spring or pump pistols but good enough for plinking. I had the exact Dan Wesson in .357 magnum and this is a very realistic copy.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing. It is not a hunting or target pistol but for plinking it is great.

    What others should know:

Get extra shells. Get lots of CO2. You are going to want to shoot it a lot. And get a case. It is very pretty and you will want to take care of it. A collectors gun, not a toy. For a kid I would buy the Crosman Vigilante first.(I have 3). More shots and a little more power. The 715 is too nice for "playing" with.

heft, feel, looks, etc., definitely a winner. after i picked it up at the p.o. i had an appt at the local tire shop. i decided to open the box, to check it out - some very impressed folks: they held it, checked it out as if it was a real dw cf revolver. i had to show them that it was air! now they 'were' impressed.

    Things I would have changed:

would be nice if it had swappable barrel/griafter i picked it up at the p.o. i had an appt at the local tire shop. note: i decided to open the box, to check it out - some very impressed folks: they held it, checked it out as if it was a real dw cf revolver. i had to show them that it was air! now they 'were' impressed.ps. so one could change to shorter/longer barrels.

    What others should know:

's hefty, like the cf gun. it is not a 'pocket' gun.

    Things I liked:

The finish on this gun is awesome and probably the best I've ever seen. There are a few minor flaws under the finish but not bad. I love the rubber (Hogue?) finger grips, they give a secure, comfortable hold. The gun seems pretty quiet from my perspective. Easy to load and shoot. A good fun gun.

    Things I would have changed:

There are design flaws in this pistol. The pellets load at the rear of the case making it a very long jump to the forcing cone. The rifled portion of the barrel is only about 1.5" long with the rest being freebore. I believe this combination keeps this pistol from being as accurate as it could be. Some of the holes in the front of the cartridges and not perfectly round, adding to the accuracy issue. I would also blacken the front as it tends to disappear in certain conditions. I went over mine with a Sharpie permanent marker which makes a big difference.

    What others should know:

There are some real sharp edges on the cylinder at the flutes. The speedloader is garbage. I loaded 6 rounds and could not get them out. I had to destroy the loader to remove the stuck cases. No loss, I would not have used it anyway. If you like to shoot a lot of ammo this gun probably isn't for you. Since you have to load the shells first and then load the gun you are loading this gun twice for every cylinder you shoot. I knew this going in but it may be an issue for others. I had to raise the rear sight up to the end of it's travel to get on target. Accuracy was fair but maybe it will improve once broken in and I am more familiar. It was a cloudy, rainy day in Pa. today so I couldn't get any chrono results. What I do know is that it will not penetrate a Right Guard can at 15 feet. All it did was leave small dents. With all that being said, I do like the gun. It's fun to shoot, looks great, and will hit targets within reasonable range. I'm hoping accuracy improves with break in .

    Things I liked:

Good solid feel, very realistic, well made, good sights and reliable.

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger pull is heavy even using single action. This can and does effect accuracy. I only shoot about 20 feet from the target and with practice can hit a 2.5 in target every time (single action). I believe I could hit a 1 inch target if the trigger pull were reduced by a third.

Wow!!!! This gun is great. Fit and finish are wonderful. Shoots great my gun seems to like the Crosman 7.9 grain wadcutters. I have been shooting at 10 and 15 yards. This is not a kids airgun. It made for the big boys

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

It is a little loud , I make sure my neighbors are not in their yards when I use it . If you buy it stock up on CO2 because you will not be able to but it down

    Things I would have changed:

Would love to have a chrome version of this thing.

    What others should know:

Mine wasn't all that accurate at 10-15 yard not sure if it's the loose fit with the cartridges in the chamber or mine was just flaw but either way a great airgun.

Very Realistic! This revolver is an excellent replica of a .357. Anyone who invests in this pistol will be glad they did. Beautiful finish, looks good, shoots well and accurate. An excellent addition to anyone's collection.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

You can expect about 90 shots from a CO2 cartridge. Red Dot Target evaluation with the use of a Caldwell Pistolero rest at 8 yards shooting at 48 targets, 288 rounds, exhibit a 0.93 inch spread average using RWS R 10 Match, 7 gr. flatheads. Be sure to get the 715 picatinny rail extension accessory that is offered for this 715 pistol.

    Things I liked:

This is one impressive revolver, a real pleasure to handle and shoot. Love the Steel Grey finish. Love the rear loading cartridges, a huge improvement over the front load screw caps. I also have the Dan Wesson 2.5 inch (not model 715) and the 715 models are a better quality gun in my opinion. The grip is solid, cartridges don't rattle, hammer pull is strong and feels better than the other model. Just bought the 4" 715 and love the lighter balance. Think I'm going to have to buy the 2.5" in 715 and have the complete set!

    Things I would have changed:

I have the Umarex colt and like that the cylinder locks in place. The ASG guns the cylinder rotates either direction when closed. Would prefer the cylinders lock in place but not a big deal! For the price you're going to love this gun.

    What others should know:

Takes a bit of time reloading, but personally, part of the glamour of this gun is the unloading and reloading of the cartridges. This is my favorite gun even though I'm a huge Umarex fan.

    Things I liked:

Overall extremely satisfied with this product. The weight of the Revolver is true and gives you the feel of its power while its on your side. Easy hammer pull for easy firing. The bullets and speed loader are great additions for endless plinking and small game.

    Things I would have changed:

Though heavy and realistic the .177 caliber is a little weak and the accuracy is great up to 25 yards.

    What others should know:

But extra bullets and a speed loader or two. You can never have enough bullets.

    Things I liked:

Weight, build, load pellets at the back of cartridge, authentic mechanisms, this is a quality air pistol.

    Things I would have changed:

It would be nice if this gun came in equal quality packaging. Styrofoam and plastic does not do the presentation justice when you open the box.

    What others should know:

If you like revolvers of the hand cannon variety, this is a no brainer purchase.
