    Things I liked:

great weight distribution, accuracy, easy cocking effort ....fpe

    Things I would have changed:

butt plate shims are a little awkward

    What others should know:

seems to be I got luck with this one. Mine doesn't like HWS pellets, but loves Beeman silver bears currently shooting 1/2 in groups at 40yds 725fps 26grains and over 30fpe now that is just awesome out of a springer!!!! Hopefully after a good break in it stays this way. Do yourself a favor and get the gas spring, it makes a world of difference!!!

    Things I liked:

The accuracy is good. Scope is good. I'm glad I had the Air Venturi put in, it works great.

    Things I would have changed:

The stock is junk do to it has to much flex when trying to sight in the rifle. The gun w/scope mounted is a little heavy. The plastic trigger is OK but metal would be better. Need a little lighter trigger, maybe 2 or 3 lbs.

    What others should know:

This rifle is not for the weak. It is a hard strong cocking rifle. If your arms are not strong you need to look at a different rifle.

    Things I liked:

    very powerful and accurate

    Things I would have changed:

scope rings, stock seems to be weak but works fine.

    What others should know:

The air venturi gas spring is a must. The cocking is much easier than I thought. Mounting system will not stay in place. I bought high weaver mounts. I've shot over 800 rounds and it hasn't moved yet. If you want a hunting rifle buy this one. GOOD HUNTING!

    Things I liked:

This gun is incredibly accurate . very hard hitting in .25 cal . much quieter in sub sonic range .

    Things I would have changed:

Gun is a bit heavy , and i wish there was a lighter trigger . still very smooth , easy shooting .

    What others should know:

Gas ram really helps with accuracy . scope and laser hold position without spring drift .

    Things I liked:

Great gun. Extremely accurate. It was easy to sight the scope. (20 minutes). Feels sturdy, well made. Air Venturi gas spring upgrade is a must have.

    Things I would have changed:

I'm a big guy so it doesn't bother me too much, but other people have had a hard time aiming because it is a heavy gun. I don't know that it's possible to make it lighter.

    Things I liked:

For: 25 caliber gas spring 1 )knock downpower 2) accuracy 3) nice scope

    Things I would have changed:

a scope mount that will offset closer to the shooter.

    What others should know:

This gun hits hard; I shot a rabbit @ 35 yards with a kodiak and the kill was instant . I thought I missed because it didnt move at all; then it rolled slowly on its back ... a complete torso pass-thru. kodiaks chrono @ 670 and have beast down range performance from the beeman pellets(crowmagnums) and as compared to eun-jins 43 and 35 grains. As a comparison :I have 22 condor and I shot two chipmunks with predator pellets and I took 2 chipmunks with this walther 25_ 43 grain eunjins and this walther flipped & tumbled them and were dead before they hit the ground . The 22 on power 10 wasn't humane as they flopped around for several seconds. Heavier and wider pellets are the way to go!

    Things I liked:

Very powerful and accurate to 30 yds. Air Venturi gas spring is great and well worth the money. Sighted in very quickly.

    Things I would have changed:

Sight mounting system is flimsy and difficult to get sight to stay in place due to tremendous recoil of rifle. Plastic trigger and trigger guard are cheap, but not a real issue.

    What others should know:

Well worth the money. A great varmit hunting air gun. Not for children.

    Things I liked:

25 CAL AFFORDABLE Very close to advertised FPS and power

    Things I would have changed:

    STRONGER STOCK

    What others should know:

The 22 cal might start off with a little more ME. But you will not believe the sound the 25 cal makes when it hits the target. More energy down range, more knock down power. I know PCPs in 25 cal have more fps and me. But if you hunt, carrying the bottle or pump is a real drag. Buy the gas spring conversion, you can leave it cocked for hours also smoother shooting cycle. This rifle is not hold sensitive and accuracy is very good, ragged one holers at tem meters. It will build your arms up. LOL

    Things I liked:

This is a fantastic rifle! it cocks much easier than I thought it would based on some of the reviews I had read prior to buying it so I like that and I upgraded to a leapers 3-9x50 scope and it's all I could ask for in a scope so I can't comment on the stock scope. It's an attractive rifle so another plus it also has a nice rifle feel and any real shooter will know what I'm talking about it just feels good in your hands. I saved the most important thing that I liked about the rifle and that's the accuracy, it took me about 20 rounds to sight it in to where I was hitting a dime sized circle from 30 yards consistently which I found pretty impressive out of an air rifle.

    Things I would have changed:

I would put a metal trigger and shorten the trigger pull just a little bit.

    What others should know:

Quick background on me I competed in several regional and 1 national marksmanship competitions and qualified expert with .22 .45 and .223 and placed 5th or better in several regional competitions and one national. I purchased this rifle in .25 since they were out of the .22 and am I ever thankful that they were out of the .22 since I have a ton of raccoons where I live and they have killed my birds, tore my roof apart, attacked my wife from out of a garbage can, I eliminated 3 raccoons the first night with one shot one kill so the heavier round really is the humane way to go. If anyone reads this they might want to buy the universal bipod for the rifle since it does have a little weight to it so the bipod will make long shooting sessions and precision shots easier especially for beginners. Just one more note to buyers, each ammunition hits the target in a different spot so find one that you like and stick with that or you will have to sight it in to that specific type and I picked the Beeman silver pointed ammo which does it all.

    Things I liked:

gas spring, quiet, camo, accuracy and power!

    Things I would have changed:

Its a little heavy for long hunts--provide some sort of mounts for a strap for those long hikes.

    What others should know:

I got the .22 version. I droped a 30 pound pest from 25 yds with a neck shot and jsb predator pellets. One quick follow up shot to the head ended it quickly. So did my brother in-law with a .177 gamo and gamo gold raptor pellets. His shot was even further than mine!--All on private ranches, with permission, and for pest eradication purposes. The pork adobo was ono too! Oink, Oink....

    Things I liked:

This gun is a beast. by far the best and most accurate gun i own... seriously, where you put the crosshairs you put the pellet. It is almost like cheating when it comes to hunting small and medium game. It is really quiet more than my 177's and it packs the puch of God.

    Things I would have changed:

The plastic stock. it feels weak. When you brake the barrel it feels like you going to snap it in half. Less force to brake it, this is not for kids or the weak, it takes a lot of energy to brake this baby but is worth it.

    What others should know:

The factory scope is a burden...The gun kicks relly good and the scope cant handle it, so youll spend a lot of time re-zeroing again and again. I bought a leapers 4-12 x 50 with a leapers one piece mount and its an awesome combination. Im hitting cans at 100yds constantly. Best pellets for this rifle... diabolo exact, silver bears and crow magnums. im talking about 1/4 inch groups at 40yrds... this gun is for serious hunting and not for the weak. 1 shot 1 kill mentality and the gun responds to your demands.

    Rating 5.05.0 5.0

    Things I liked:

These are made in Turkey, and the quality is quite good. This gun is one of the most powerful spring guns in .22 or .25 cal. Even with the recoil of a powerful spring gun, it delivers your pellet right where you aim and leaves you satisfied. It's an ideal varmint gun. Raccoons will forget where you live and where your dumpster is. I also like the gas ram for this gun. Once you experience shooting it with a gas ram, you'll never switch to a rifle with a metal spring. It's like the difference between a gasoline engine and a diesel. The gas ram would be like the gas engine. The rifle shoots way smoother with a gas ram unit than with the metal spring. Twang-free. Also, there's no lubrication or maintenance required for a gas spring.

    Things I would have changed:

Plastic parts (trigger, safety, sights) made of metal, scope mounts.

    What others should know:

It's better to get a 1-piece mount or combination of LEMNT-DNTOWL with 2-piece low-profile Weaver scope rings, which is a solid mounting system.

    Things I liked:

In .22 caliber this rifle sports excellent power. Also, it seems to be very accurate at reasonable ranges (10-40 yards). With a good rest, correct ammo, and steady hands this rifle is able to adequately take small game out to the 50-60 yard range. The metal on this rifle is of a high quality in fit and finish.

    Things I would have changed:

In many other reviews people have complained about the stock and I do have to agree with them. I have not experienced any problems with the stock's structural integrity (appx. 1,000 shots), but it does feel somewhat cheap and hollow. The mechanics of the trigger should be reconfigured to provide a lighter pull.

    What others should know:

If you were like me and on the "fence" about buying this rifle, I would say go for it. Although the stock does feel cheap it seems to work fine as well as the heavy trigger. In the price range I don't think there is another air rifle better suited for small game hunting and pest control ( as well as plinking if you are able to deal with the cocking effort). On a side note be careful about pellet selection: I have had good luck with crosman field tips and jbs predators, but my gun absolutely hates RWS super domes (2.5 inch groups @ 25 yards at best)

i got the .25 cal. it shoots nice (grouping crow mags. at 60 yards). the scope is the only one i have sean that lights up blue. the only problem withe the gun is the scope mounts. its a 1in. toub and 11mm. dove tail and the mounts it comes with wont hold it to the gun. buy the one pice mounts when you order the gun. pyramyd air sells them under accessories/ scope mounts. it needs the high mount

    Things I would have changed:

sell it with one pice scope mounts

    Things I liked:

Power, scope, Iron sights, additional scope raiser mount, hard stock.

    Things I would have changed:

Gas-ram and spring in this gun are both too heavy to cock for anyone under 170 pounds, they should add a light multi-pump airfill system to replace a single-pump that requires 50 pounds downward force, it's dangerous if someone can't go all the way and barrel bounces back hard into their face. Trigger could be 2-3 pounds lighter. It does not have swivel mounts for a shoulder strap and drilling into a hard plasting stock may get loose later. A rubbery plastic surface feels much better than a slippery hard plastic stock.

    What others should know:

This is the most powerful breakbarrel rifle in America with it's cousin Webley Patriot, both are made by Hatsan of Turkey and imported by Umarex. A pellet in .25cal can go through 800 pages of yellow-pages or though 1/2" wood. It's a very accurate rifle up to 70 yards, similar in accuracy to PCP's. If you weight less than 170 pound (of muscle!) buy another rifle like Gamo whisper because you won't be able to cock this gun or it'll be too difficult to cock it safely. Overall it's a nice hunting rifle if you can cock it but believe me you wouldn't want it for backyard fun, it'll take 3000 calories/day just to cock it 10 times!

Rifle is very solid, excellent mechanics, accurate, . It shoots where it is pointed. Kicks more than others I've shot even with the Air Gas Spring. But it's not broken in yet.

    Things I would have changed:

Plastic trigger is disappointing. Piece of junk scope. The scope should be of higher quality.

    What others should know:

This is a heavy rifle. The scope is a piece of junk. It holds POI nicely but it won't center. It just won't go low enough. So, now I'm looking for another scope.

    Things I would have changed:

Without a doubt, the stock! It feels heavier than 8 pounds.

    What others should know:

The stock on this thing makes me flash back when i was ten years old when i had piece of junk Daisy bb gun most everything on it was plastic and cheap. This stock on this Turkey made springer is all wrong for this gun. I actually feel like i got ripped off a little.

    Things I liked:

VERY ACCURATE, its not hold sensitive like a springer, so you can hit nails at 30 yards every-time with the right ammo. the 22 version hits hard! when shooting squirrels you can hear the smack of hitting it more than the gun itself, the cocking effort is nothing, i weigh 115 and im 5'8, its NOTHING to cock.desent scope, but its not a leapers.;) the trigger breaks at about 3 pounds, very crisp, but it is plastic.

    Things I would have changed:

metal trigger, the stock feels kind of cheap and flimsy, the stock is long!

    What others should know:

hits hard, and its accurate, thats all you need to know.

    Things I liked:

The gas spring version is much easier to shoot than the mechanical spring rifle. I know having owning both. (I returned the sping rifle for credit and bought the conversion) The gas spring version will shoot more consistantly than the mechanical spring. Shot to shot in five shot strings proved this. Average FPS look like this. RWS HOBBIES 11.9 GRAINS.=988.9 FPS B. SILVER BEAR 12.6 G=958.7FPS B. LAZER 13.36G=962.1FPS H-N DIABOLO13.74G=869.7FPS B. TROPHY 14.0G=874.0FPS CHP 14.3G=880.3FPS RWS SUPER DOMES 14.5G=874.1FPS B. SILVER ACE 15.24G=810.3FPS H-N SILHOUETTE 16.36=787.1 PREDATOR POLY TIP 16.5G=806.3FPS B. CROWMAG 18.20G=730.8FPS. I think the gas spring conversion is just like the mechanical spring..they dont like heavy pellets. The scope is of very good quality Plastic trigger does not bother me....most every thing in this world is now plastic. Excellent value for the money. I also own a BENJAMIN SUPER STREAK in 22cal. If PYRAMYDAIR ever comes out with a gas sping conversion put me on the list. I'm so convinced that gas spings are the way to go.

    Things I would have changed:

    NOT A THING

    What others should know:

If you buy the gas sping conversion, you will not be disappointed. Accuracy is much better than the more hold sensitive mechanical spring. I thought so highly of the gas spring conversion, I contacted BORIS at PYRAMYDAIR and asked him if he could do a gas spring conversion on a WALTHER TALON MAGNUM. He said he could, and I now have in my possesion, what I believe is the first WALTHER TALON MAGNUM with an AIR VENTURI CONVERSION. I'll report on this later. Getting back to my FALCON HUNTER, this is the first air rifle I've owned that did not need shimming of the scope. It shoots dead level at ten meters, just needing a little left windage to get in the ten ring. Hold on tight to the barrel when you first cock it. You will be surprised as the effort will fight you from the very first inch of barrel travel. Not like a springer, starts off easy then gets harder as you near the end of the cocking stroke.
