    Things I liked:

Looks and feels great! CO2 goes pretty far Got 100 good shots and another 20 fair shots.

    Things I would have changed:

Power and accuracy because they are below average.

    What others should know:

Don't expect this to be great shooting, because it really isn't, its a replica and its really great looking. Buy this for looks and feel and to show off. Not to actually use all the time.

    Things I liked:

The pistol has a very nice feel and look to it.

    Things I would have changed:

The detachable magazine does not lock into place after just two dry removal/reinsertion cycles. Therefore I have not been able to fire any BB's through it. With the CO2 cylinder in the pistol it dry (CO2 discharges through barrel) fires fine. I returned the first pistol and Pyramyd Air sent a replacement, same problem.

    Things I liked:

When you open the box you can't help but think "Wow! This thing is beautiful!" And it is. The feel of the gun in your hand is great and it is just a joy to look at.

    Things I would have changed:

POWER! Maybe I just got a lemon but my gun could barely push a bb across my lawn. Ten for Ten showed that it was way below advertised, ( by the maker ) velocity. 317.786 fps per the 10 for 10 results. Manufacturer claims 410 fps. Trigger pull is very hard. Price of an extra magazine. $30?? Geeez!

    What others should know:

If you want a really good looking Luger, then this is a great buy! If you are looking for a gun for shooting, then this is not a good gun for that. Also I think that if a customer asks for the 10 for 10 (which is a really neat deal!) Pyramid should email the buyer if the gun falls below the manufactures performance claims, by maybe 5%, and give the buyer the opportunity to cancel or change the order. ( But still pay for the 10 for 10 ) I love Pyramid Air and I think they do an outstanding service for all us shooters. I have never been unhappy with their service. I just made a bad choice in this product.

    Things I liked:

The look is amazing! It handles great!

    Things I would have changed:

It needs to be blowback, then it would be perfect!! Then they could make all kind of versions of this one; with a wood case/gun butt, long barrel version, etc.

    Things I liked:

Semblance to the real pistol is remarkable and it's quite and accurate BB gun. My friend and I were hitting the ten ring from 10 feet. I was surprised because my friend usually can't hit the broad side of a barn door.

    Things I would have changed:

    Reduce the required trigger force.

    What others should know:

A fun pistol both in shooting and in looks.

    Things I liked:

Realistic look and feel, safety slots into place easily.

    Things I would have changed:

A hard trigger and you can feel the break when it loads the bb into place so it's not a really smooth trigger. Well over 100 shots and I prob wouldn't mind if it was a blowback since I usually don't fire 100's of shots in one day.

    What others should know:

This gun is great for collectors but it's firing characteristics are not special as you can find a better shooting gun for the same price. If you're into WW2 it's a must have!

This gun has the heft and feel of a real firearm. It's fun to shoot and pretty darn accurate for a smooth bore. I've had no reliability issues, it just works...get one.

    Things I would have changed:

    I'm good!

    Things I liked:

appearance. This thing looks great and when you pick it up for the first time you can't help but think, "Wow!" I used to own the real thing and this gun brings back a lot of memories.

    Things I would have changed:

Power. This thing has NO power. TRIGGER PULL!!!! You will get blisters pulling this trigger! Make this a shooters gun. I ordered 10 for 10 and this thing tested at over 100fps less than advertised.

    What others should know:

This is NOT a shooters gun. I am very disappointed with this gun. I wanted a gun for backyard plinking but this gun doesn't come close. At 25 feet it won't pierce a pop can. Shots go every which direction. Aiming the gun straight out at shoulder height, the BB hits the ground about 75 feet out. This is a collectors gun for hanging on the wall, not for shooting.

    Things I liked:

There isn't much not to like about this gun. Opening the factory package, and beholding what looks like, feels like a genuine Luger cannot be beat. You can stoke the thing up with 20 bb's and go to town!Reducing aluminum cans to shreds never gets old.

    Things I would have changed:

Really nothing. I suspect this bb gun is more reliable than the real thing. You might think it's an accurate piece for a while, till it throws an obnoxious flyer.

    What others should know:

The trigger will test your finger strength. It's stacky. But I'm nitpicking. This is a fine gun, well worth the money.

    Things I liked:

Im a collector of vintage air pistols and replicas of the old military type air pistols. I really appriciate the realistic look of the pistol and the fact it is made of metal. Got a average 2 inch grouping at 40 feet and well over 100 shots from the co2. Love the feel of the pistol in my hand and that it is a real joy to shoot.

    Things I would have changed:

Would like to see a pellet version of it. Add more realistic features like blowback and the ability to field strip like the Airsoft version that is put out by WE. This would definately ad more realism to it. Also the ability to purchase extra magazines. As more time could be spent shooting and less time reloading.

    What others should know:

If your into collecting of the realistic looking guns Dont hesitate to buy it. It is a great value that is well worth the money spent. The detail is great Almost perfect. Trigger pull is a little stiff toward the end of the pull but you will quickly get use to it and not even notice it. Would be a fun shooter for the whole family to target shoot with or just plink around at soda pop cans.

    Things I liked:

The key positive consideration about this air pistol is that it exists at all, as a fine reproduction of a weapon with a somewhat darker history through its association with German wars. It was long coming and Umarex must be praised for their initiative. That it is very reasonably priced and yet has the right look and feel favorably add to the mix.

    Things I would have changed:

Obviously, it would have been difficult - if not impossible - to replicate in a low-cost airgun the mobile loading elements that made the real P08 quite unique; in that sense this is a bit of a compromise, but one that I easily accept in exchange for the ''historical'' value.

    What others should know:

Personally, I purchased this airgun for collection purposes and not for intensive practice. Maybe that will also be the case for many other buyers. Thus, the fact that it does not behave like a top-of-the-line competition airgun in terms of accuracy, should not be a surprise. It is nonethless decent in those terms.

    Things I would have changed:

I wish the toggle would operate, and I would of liked blowback.

    What others should know:

For the price a great buy"You won't go wrong on this one.

    Things I liked:

This replica of the Luger Parabellum P.08 is as uniquely stylish as the original firearm. Because it is mostly metal (the grips are plastic), it has a good weight. The grip feels good in the hand. When the safety is on, the trigger is completely disengaged. The accuracy is really good for a pistol with fixed sights.

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger is double action only, and the trigger pull is long and heavy. Umarex should lighten the trigger in the next generation of this pistol. I would also like to see a blowback version of this pistol. Also Umarex should make additional magazines available.

    What others should know:

The fixed sights are a little hard to focus on especially against a black target disk. The rear sight does not stick-up very much above the back end of the pistol. Despite the heavy double action trigger, I got reasonably good accuracy from the first four magazines. I fired 20 shot groupings each of Umarex, Copperhead, Marksman, and Avanti BBs. With the exception of a few fliers for each, I was able to produce centered groupings of about 2 to 2 1/2 inches with all four brands of BBs from a distance of about 15 feet. On the second four magazines of 20 BBs, the shot scatter increased due to the reduced CO2 power and my tiring hand. I got a total of 160 shots out of a single Umarex 12 gram CO2. Overall this is a very good gun. Although it does not have a working slide, it is a very good replica of a classic historical firearm.

    Things I liked:

Authentic look as compared to the real thing. Fear power, good balance and weight, there are not other steel BB 0.177" (4.5mm) Luger replica gun in the market better than this until today. I order two, one for a friend and he is also satisfied with the performance and all metal construction (only grip are plastic). Is not Made in China so is very well made in Taiwan by Umarex.

    Things I would have changed:

Featuring blowback action would be more realistic.

    What others should know:

The only issue is that sometime the bb rolls out of the mag. This gun needs some magnet or something to keep the bb into the magazine.

    Things I liked:

    Luger-iffic without the price tag!

    Things I would have changed:

One of the worst triggers I've ever experienced. It starts out hard at 8 lbs and gets progressively harder throughout the loooooong pull, stacking to a figure over what my gauge will measure. (12lbs)

    What others should know:

This particular Umarex replica is made in Taiwan and build quality is good. The finish is just black paint and scratches easily. Those with shorter fingers/smaller hands may have some difficulty with accuracy as that thin-appearing grip is actually quite wide. The sites are thin (front) and shallow (rear) and a bit difficult for my old eyes to see, but work fine. Elevation at 7 yards was dead on, windage off by 1/4". Hopefully the trigger will lighten up after some usage. The mag can be filled to max capacity without jamming or double feeds, and I was able to get 80ish full power shots out of a cartridge @ 50 deg with some rapid fire. If spare mags aren't too pricey, this gun is a great value.

    Things I liked:

WOW! What a surprise! Everything the previous reviewers said is spot on! This is really a cool replica,Very well made and solid! For the price it is outstanding! I would have paid double for it if I'd seen and held this in person before purchasing!

    Things I would have changed:

Not much,Maybe blowback would be cool just because of the way Lugers blowback operates,But the trade off would be lower fps and less shots per C02.So I cannot complain.

    What others should know:

I am the lucky owner of the real McCoy that my father traded a carton of Cigs for at the end of WW2,I don't fire it much just for the sake of preservation,So Im glad I bought this,It feels like the real thing and is very well made!

Beautiful gun. Very well made. No rattles or squeeks. Great value for the $. Very authentic feel and markings. Great overall feel to the gun-very well balanced. Don't hesitate- do it , do it. Delivery was 2 days-awesome.

    Things I would have changed:

Authentic action would be nice but it would triple the price but I'm happy with it how it is.

    Things I liked:

I have always loved the Luger, and finally someone has a CO2 .177 cal version. When I saw this for sale, I ordered it within minutes. In comparing this to my real Luger, it is within small fractions of an inch of being identical in size and shape. The weight is just about right as well. Feels good in the hand. The mag release and safety function the same as the real ones, although the toggle doesn't operate and it doesn't disassemble. Magazine holds 21 rounds of standard steel .177 BBs, and it uses standard CO2 cartridges. In my test shooting last night it was consistently putting shots withing a 2 inch group at 10 yards, at the point of aim, which is actually about as good as I can shoot a pistol offhand anyway, so it probably can shoot better than I can. The long trigger pull could affect accuracy until you get used to it. The exterior is all metal except for the plastic grips. The casting detail is very good. I have an airsoft 6mm version of the Luger that uses green gas, and while that one does have blowback, this CO2 BB version is both a lot more reliable and a lot more accurate. This is a LOT of fun to shoot, and you don't have to go to the range to do it!

    Things I would have changed:

It is double action, so the trigger pull is a bit long (ok, actually really long compared to the real thing), and a bit hard. That is my only real complaint. Aesthetically, I prefer wood grips, so I would have liked it to have at least brown plastic rather than black, but I did a brown wood-grain pattern on the black plastic grips, it looks really nice.

    What others should know:

Some may complain that it doesn't have blowback, and that in order to fit around the CO2 cartridge the magazine is not full size inside the grip, but its a BB gun for under $100 that is full metal (except for plastic grips) and very accurate and reliable, so to me those are non-issues. If you really must have a full size mag and toggle action, you can always spend $1000+ for a real Luger. For under $100, this is a Really Great copy of a Luger than you can shoot in the back yard.
