    Things I liked:

The recoil is ok not as strong as tanfoglio 1911 .

    Things I would have changed:

The gun didn't work it leaked co2 after one mag. and if you field strip the gun it is very hard to put back together.

    Things I liked:

I have owned and do currently own quite a few air pistols. The Sig P226 X5 is by FAR and away, one of the best!! The fit and finish is quality, all the way. The action, out of the box, is a bit stiff and sticky, but a field strip and liberal application of Tri-Flow silicon, and she is smooth as silk!! The blow-back does seem to occasionally engage the safety mechanism, not sure why, but thumbing the ambi-dextrous safety downward every third or fourth shot seems to alleviate the problem. I must address a significant pro of this weapon,or, more to the point, it's firing mechanism. I purposely left my Sig for weeks at a time with a charged co2 in the clip. And loaded. From time to time, I would fire off a round or two, then put the weapon away for another week.In all the weeks that I conducted this experiment, the charging system NEVER lost pressure or vented any co2!! In fact, the very first co2 cartridge I inserted into the clip did not release even one gasp of co2 gas !! And every one since then has not, either. Pretty remarkable for a co2 sealing system. Only pistol I have ever owned that didn't leak at least a little gas!! Wow! As for the actual FPS, I have too agree with several other reviewers opinions that the power of this pistol is definately more than stated in the specs!!! Get this gun!! You won't regret it!! :)

    Things I would have changed:

Tack $50.00 on to the price and true-blue the frame!! The finish tends too rub of with wear and tear. Nothing I can't fix with teflon touch-up paint!!

    What others should know:

If you own a powder burning version of this weapon, as I do, make sure you know which one you are grabbing on the way out the door!!! LOL!! :)

    Things I liked:

Weight, overall build quality, strong blowback action. Overall this is a solid piece, and a dead ringer for the real steel.

    Things I would have changed:

Not much... maybe ship with a spare magazine.

    What others should know:

Accuracy for me is solid, although it tails off as CO2 pressure drops, which is to be expected.

    Things I liked:

Feels like the real deal. Love the CO2 in the mag. Safer, "no mag, no fire". Very accurate.

    Things I would have changed:

    Better seal for CO2.

    What others should know:

While this is my favorite gun. I have a concern about the magazine longevity. I bought an extra mag and it and the original are leaky after about 2 months. At $30 a pop to replace, it hurts the value. I don't over tighten and always use pellgun oil. Maybe someone out there can comment on what I may be doing wrong?

    Things I liked:

First of all,i have to say that this is by far the highest quality air gun I have owned, and I have owned quite a few over the years. The fit and finish of this pistol is superb! My roommate couldn't tell it was an air gun until I dropped out the clip!! The blowback is suprisingly strong, and I agree with other reviewers who have stated that the fps is more than stated in the specs!! As far as accuracy goes, I was getting very tight groups at 20 feet right out of the box!! With the first cartridge! I can only imagine that will get even better as the gun breaks in. Love the fact that you can totally disassemble the weapon for cleaning and oiling!!

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing right now. I'll revise my review if I experience any problems worth mentioning.

    What others should know:

UTG makes some very nice tactical holsters that fit this Sig Sauer very well. Also, with slight modifications, a set of Hogue rubber grips for the standard P226 fit quite nicely!! Found mine on ebay for ten bucks w/ free shipping!! Can't beat that!!

    Things I liked:

It feels and for the most part looks like the real deal. I bought this for training when not shooting my firearms. It really is cool and the trigger is quite nice. It is full sized but is still very comfortable in the hand. The balance is right on as well. I appreciate the front white bead sight too(why do so many airguns use black front sights?? most reactive targets and printed bulls are black)Overall it's a pistol that I get a real pleasure picking up and handling. The slide, mag, mag/slide release are all very accurate and functional.

    Things I would have changed:

Now for the cons...(honestly I didn't want to find any)Right off the bat I struggled with loading the magazine. It wasn't until the 5th or 6th fill up did I realize the follower could be locked by pulling your thumbnail up and towards you to facilitate loading one at a time through the top. I struggled with a small screwdrivers to hold it all the way down and loaded bbs through the bottom. Faster but scratched the hell out of it. Oddly the next con was with the action of blowback and the safety. After a few shots it would stop firing. Then I realize the top of my hand somehow was setting the safety just barely up and on. Very odd. I have been continually trying to modify my hold to stop this. Finally my biggest gripe has been it's accuracy. everything has been going right about 3" at just 20'. Let me add I am proficient with anything from .22 to .44mag so I can't imagine it's the recoil. I also find my 1377 hits dead on in the same scenario. I've only put about 150 shots through this gun and hope that improves somehow.

    What others should know:

This action pistol is very fun and useful for training purposes when a real firearm cannot be used. I do not regret buying it at all. (it has fueled future purchases as well)I have bought a huge box of CO2 and plan on really giving it a workout. The accuracy thing is a real bother but I can't say I've ever had an accurate BB gun. I hope this improves. I wish there was a speedloader out there that really worked for this type of magazine as well.

all metal construction, the blowback gives a very realistic feel. the accuracy at 15 ft isn't to bad about a 1 1/2 " dia. its just a fun gun for plinking cans.

    Things I would have changed:

    n/a

    What others should know:

the first gun I got the safety came apart in pieces, but PA sent me a new one pronto. I just don't use the safety , I don't cock it unless im ready to fire it.

all metal construction, the blowback feature is very realistic, and it's alot of fun to plink cans with.

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing

    What others should know:

I can get about 40 rapid shots from 1 co2 cartridge, and when the cartridge is removed its frosty cold. You could get more shots by shooting slower but whats the fun in that, its a semi- auto blowback pistol. My gun keeps about a 2" circle at 25' but hits to the right alittle, I might add a laser to mine or just continue to aim alittle left.

    Things I liked:

This gun is extremely realistic. I really like the blowback action. It kicks hard, and is really fun to shoot! Also, I have found it to be quite accurate.

    Things I would have changed:

Maybe a bit better CO2 economy. I get about 4 magazines (18 rds each), so about 70 shots per CO2 cartridge. It's pretty good, but it could be a bit better. For the last 10-15 shots, you can feel it weakening.

    What others should know:

    Great airgun, buy it!

The fit and finish of this pistol is outstanding. The sights are easy to get a good picture. The blowback action adds so much realism to shooting thi pistol.

    Things I would have changed:

This is a great pistol just the way it is.

    What others should know:

I got an extra magazine. This way I can load 15 rounds in each clip, rotate them, stop for re-loading, and the co2 cartridges warm up to always provide excellent fps for each shot.

    Things I liked:

This gun means business, it's an exact replica of the real deal. If you go to the Sig Sauer web site and find the real fire arm you would agree. The recoil kick from the blowback feature makes this gun a blast to shoot. Nice weight and grip. My favorite gun in my collection, love it.

    Things I would have changed:

Eats co2, but having too much fun to think about it.

    What others should know:

The fps you'll get from this gun is substantially higher than what's written on the box. Buy this gun, you won't regret it. Pyramyd Air offers a great price and they delivery quickly, great customer service too.

    Things I liked:

This gun is almost a perfect replica to the actual firearm, nice heavy weight and full metal construction. The fps is higher than Cybergun advertizes on the box. Blowback has a nice hard kick, nice grip, loud and blast to shoot. Also field strips easily.

    Things I would have changed:

Make inner barrel and guide rod plastic coated.

    What others should know:

From excessive use, inner barrel and guide rod paint will wear off a little in certain areas, as well as on the safety handles. For maintenance keep some Birchwood Casey Bluing and Universal Black touch-up markers handy. Also Note: PA is a pleasure to do business with, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very well built replica. Feels just like a real Sig. It's been fun shooting.

    Things I would have changed:

Adjustable sights would be a plus. Should be standard on a gun with its features. CO2 cartridge plug needs to be all metal. Plastic allen head seems to strip easy- guess thats why they send two with the magazine.

I love this gun, I carry a real p226 all the time and this is so close that have to make sure I pick up the right gun when I leave the house. It has excellent trigger pull.I get 350fps on a hot day and about 80 rounds on a c02.Pyramyd air is excellent to deal with has extra fast shipping.

    Things I would have changed:

remove the warning labels and better c02 efficency

    Things I liked:

This pistol is like the real deal, feels good in hand good weight, pretty accurate & nice blowback. It has a pretty good power level, I thought 300 fps would not be enough, I think it may have a little more power ? I like the way you can field strip to clean it, this makes for a good starter pistol before you get a real one. Also this gun look's very real and operates like a real firearm, with each blowback slide load's the next bb into barrel and is in S/A. This has turned out to be my favorite bb pistol, great trigger pull the best i've seen !!!!!!!!

    Things I would have changed:

I don't think anything should be changed, but a little more power would be nice ! NO down side to this pistol.

    What others should know:

Now when I read the review's on this air pistol I thought it would be a real pain to load bb's. As a matter of fact I was wrong, once you load a mag or two it's really not that bad. Both the Mag's i got have a lock on the bottom to hold down the follower. This means the one that came with the gun and the extra Mag I ordered ! I load 15 bb's per mag and alternate the two, I get 60 good round's per Mag. When I load the Mag's i make sure all 15 round's go down into the Mag, this way when you release follower you don't end up with two bb's on the top. Now when it come's to loading the co2, I start the plug by hand til I can't screw it anymore. Then I put the Mag to my ear with hex key & listen for the co2 to puncture, when this happend's I just give it a little tweek to seal leakage. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN ! Make sure you have Pellgun oil to put on top of every other co2, you only need a little to lube seal's & keep them in good condition. When I first got this air pistol it was very dry, I had to field strip & oil moving part's. This was no big deal for me having all fresh oil on gun. This has to be one of the best air bb pistol's I have, and I have a lot. The trigger on this pistol is a hair trigger, one of the best trigger pulls i've seen. Be very careful and have gun pointed in safe direction with finger off trigger. When ready to shoot turn off safety and shoot target. With P.A. you get everything you will need to have a lot of fun with your air gun's. I hope this is helpful.

    Things I liked:

Accuracy., feel and balance, size, bfow-back and realism, This is a very fine piece of equipment. If feels like the real thing and has great accuracy , shooting a 3 inch group off hand at 25 feet. This is an impressive gun. it is well built and solid, is easy to load the co2 and a lot of fun.

    Things I would have changed:

Make the clip a little easier to load, with a better detent for the spring, improve the efficiency of the co2, as I only get about 2 clips out of a cylinder. Adjustable sights would be a nice feature, too. This would be better as a green gas gun, as far as cost goes.

    What others should know:

This gun is a lot of fun, but is a bit expensive to shoot, because of it's voracious appetite for co2. This is accurate, and a very good replica of the Sig it represents

    Things I liked:

Great look and feel. Seems very realistic in the hand. Blowback is just about perfect.

    Things I would have changed:

But why, why, why did they design the magazine to also hold the co2 cartridge? Why not have it separately in the grip for weight and balance, but have the BB magazine as a stand alone insert? This makes having additional mags rather pointless and expensive!! EVERY MAGAZINE HAS TO HAVE ITS OWN co2 CARTRIDGE!!!!! Crazy.

    Things I liked:

    magazine, blowback action, and accuracy

    Things I would have changed:

    reliability

    What others should know:

initially i really liked this bb gun, it was fun to shoot and very accurate. however, after shooting less than 250 bb's i began having problems with it. the gun will at random completely empty a brand new co2 cartridge within the first 5 shots. prior to that problem i would experience occasional misfires that would result with 2 bb's stuck in the barrel - very annoying to have to find something to ram the barrel with to clear it. i thought this bb gun would have been a good trainer to shoot in the back yard, but in hindsight i should have just bought cb caps for my .22 rimfire.
