    Things I liked:

build quality was far above what i might have expected at this price point. accuracy (so far) seems to be above expectations as well.

    What others should know:

you should be aware that if you purchase from pyramyd air that you will be swamped with marketing and sales emails without end. DAILY....even after you attempt to "unsubscribe"...or even if you take the time to contact SALES and have them tell the marketing team to please remove your email from the spam list. If you dont mind having your inbox filled with new messages everyday this could be a great rifle at a very reasonable cost.

    Things I liked:

$125.00 in .177 (on super-sale). Why not? The one word to describe this rifle is HEAVY. Day one...I fought with it. Day two...added a Williams peep sight and made peace with it. Day three...the barrel detent seized up so I contacted PA and boxed it up for a full refund. Day four...off to FEDEX, but wait. The gun DID shoot ragged one hole groups at 25 yards. And the gun DID shoot amazingly flat. I WAS easily ringing my 50 and 75 yard saw blades with open sights and very little hold-over (I placed the red dot ON the target at 75 yards ). Hmm..not so fast. Send me another one please.

    Things I would have changed:

At the $125.00-$150.00 price point, not much.

    What others should know:

The power rating is legit. It might seem counterintuitive to have a 20+ fpe springer in .177. I used 10.5 Crosman Ultra Magnums, and as I mentioned above, the results were quite good. For experienced springer shooters, this is a very interesting gun at a great price. Until I get another one from PA, there is not much else I can say about it. BTW, PA customer service is extraordinary!

    Things I liked:

Well built and fitted for a production rifle. Very sturdy design and components. Super fast (rated for 1300 fps) and accurate. Smooth lines and great ergonomics.

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger is not conducive to accuracy. Heavy pull weight and spongey break. WAAAAAY heavy for a pellet gun. Shooting off hand becomes strenuous after a few seconds.

    What others should know:

NOT A TOY! Heavy for pellet rifle. Trigger is substandard. Accurate and great function. Break barrel requires force to load magnum spring, more force than standard air rifles.

Very well built and powerful and super accurate.

    Things I would have changed:

A better two stage trigger would make this gun the complete package.

    What others should know:

If given a chance, pick one of these up very good value and a great rifle.

    Things I liked:

I like the weight and feel. I shoot from sticks or a rest, so the weight isn't an issue for me. I've put about 300 shots through it, and I'm still learning the exact technique it likes, as far as hold.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing. It's a superb rifle right out of the box!

    What others should know:

Mine likes JSB Jumbo Heavies, 18.13 grain. It shoots other pellets, but just okay. The heavy pellets are real tack drivers though. Quarter inch groups at 10 yards, indoors. The rifle is somewhat hold sensitive, so practice, practice, practice, and patience, will be the key to unlocking the magic of this fine piece of German craftsmanship.

    Things I liked:

I received this rifle three days ago and since the first shot out of the box ,with open sights, I'm convinced that this gun is on the same level of quality as the Diana - RWS 350 mag . The gun is as powerful or more than the 350 . Mine is .22 and it is making groups of 1/2 inch at 20 yards right out of the box with open sights. My gun has a polymer stock very solid and the contour, grip and balance is excellent. As for weight the gun comes in without scope a bit lighter than the 350 with wood stock. The price of this gun compared to the 350 is a buy. I've shot the gun with CPs 14.3 domes and they held thight groups , also tried the Gamo 15.43g wad cutters and they are functioned very well also. The open sights and trigger are plastic but of a very strong grade. Expect the gun to be stiff the first 100 or so shots ,after that you'll feel the break in. The Parrus is a German top of the line spring Powered air rifle- Walther hit the ball out of the park with this one.

    Things I would have changed:

Mine was a bit dry , but that can be expected from new guns. Pyramyd should include the checkup free of cost in this level of quality guns.

    What others should know:

This is a hunting rifle, not an all day plinker. If you want a plinker or for target practice buy a Diana 34 TO6 trigger in .177. The Parrus is a heavy hitter ,but it requires 40 maybe 50 pounds of cocking effort, so don't buy this for a kid or if you have physical problems in your arms. As for scope I installed an old Ruger 4x32 that I had lying around and to my surprise it's functioning excellent with this rifle : 1/2 inch groups at 20 yards and hits 2x2 inch targets at 40 yards- I don't expect the scope to last long on this mag , but it's shooting great now. These type of mag guns eat scopes. I wouldn't advise to buy this gun in .177 it had to much power for that caliber, but that's open to debate depending on the weight of the pellets. For me .22 is the way to go if you have hunting or pest control on your mind. Expect 24fp of power with 14 to 18 grain pellets, JSBs or CPs.

    Things I liked:

Accuracy. This is one accurate gun.I have put 500 JSB 15.89 down the barrel plus FTT,CP,Polymags and Terminaters. It does not appear pellet fussy.Nice and smooth cocking.Breaking open the gun can be difficult at first, but it soon smooths out.I got the synthetic stock over the wood. The balance is excellent. The trigger is great ,nice and wide, with a great two stage that breaks crisply.

    Things I would have changed:

The blueing could be improved. That is why l did not give all five stars

    What others should know:

The breech seal and lock up are first class.well worth the price. You might need a new back stop by the time you have fired a couple of tins of pellets. This air gun really packs a punch.

    Things I liked:

First I need to thank Dan with PA. I am 54 and have always shot powder burners(still do). Dan was very helpful with my purchase. This rifle shoots great. It is topped with a UTG True Hunter scope and is very accurate. Right out of the box with little to no break in time it shot a 5 shot 3/4 inch group off a rest at 20 yards. The trigger is good with a pretty crisp break. Did not use a trigger scale, but I would say around 3 lbs. or so. It has a little take up in the trigger, but nothing to complain about. It liked the Diablo Jumbo pretty good but seems to shoot better with the Crosman Premium 14.13 hollow points. Either one was good, but zero with the 14.13 was high and right with the Jumbo. That could have been adjusted out, but the Crosmans were good and a fair amount less expensive. If you are looking for a good break barrel without breaking the bank this would be the way to go. Thanks Dan for your help and patients.

    Things I would have changed:

Love to see it about a pound lighter. Decrease the swell just a little on the fore arm.

    Things I liked:

Before I give my opinion. I would like to thank Dan at Pyramid Air. I called him twice before I made the purchase. I am 54 and have shot powder burners all my life, but I am kind of green when it comes to air guns. His suggestion was the Walther Parrus in .22 with a UTG 3x9x40 AO W/mil scope and a one piece ACCU mount. The rifle came in well package and shipping was very fast. I have the black synthetic stock and there is nothing cheap feeling about this gun. Be ready because it has some weight to it, however it balances well in your hands. This thing is a shooter. I first shot Diablo Jumbos and they done pretty good at 20 yards, but I had also bought a can of Crosman Premiers in 14.13 hollow points and this rifle loves them. At 20 yards off a rest it shot a 3/4 inch group of 7 and it isn't even broke in yet. The trigger is very good. It has a little slack in the beginning, but when it reaches it's breaking point there is a definite stop and the break is light and clean.

    What others should know:

If you want accurate this is the ticket.
