    Things I liked:

The pellets are very clean and consistency between pellets is superb. This pellet is always in the top 3 for accuracy and consistency in all 3 calibers I shoot - .177, .20, and .22 - in my experience. The other two being Crosman Premier's (boxed) and JSB Exacts. The lead is soft which is both good and bad. The good side is that since the lead is soft, pellet deformation/mushrooming is greater than harder pellets which helps to deliver more shock to the quarry. The bad is that they can be more prone to having the skirts bent if the tin is bumped around too much.

    Things I would have changed:

Quantity of 500 vs 200 would be nice, otherwise the original H&N version - Field Target Trophy can be had for $3.00 more.

    What others should know:

I prefer the Beeman Field Target Specials re-badged packaging because the Beeman labels are color coded - blue for .177; yellow for .20; green for .22; and red for .25 - which makes it easier for me to I.D. the tin quickly when I'm shooting multiple calibers in a session. I just picked up a Weihrauch HW50S in .22 caliber with approximyately 50 shots through it using the Beeman FTS' and Benjamin Discovery Hollowpoints (14.3gr). I've gotten 3/8" CTC, 5 shot groups at 25 yards. I managed to pull of 3/8" groups with the Benji HP's also, but the quality and size consistency is nowhere near that of the Beeman FTS'.

    Things I liked:

there isn't one misshapen pellet in the tin. they're very clean pellets, and when you open the tin, you can't resist a smile. you find a tin filled to the brim with shiny silver pellets that all look exactly the same. this is the consistency that other brands dream of producing. that must be what makes these pellets so accurate in many guns.

    Things I would have changed:

i would love to have some type of screw-on tin, or better yet, to do what JSB does and have a little groove that the top catches onto to hold the top on the tin. it gets really annoying to have to tape the sides of the tin to keep pellets from spilling.

    What others should know:

this was the first pellet i tried for the .22 barrel of my Beeman SS1000-S (A.K.A. RS1 duel-caliber or Grizzly X2) and it gave average accuracy. i bought these instead of Beeman Kodiaks because at the time, Kodiaks were out of stock. i thought these would do the job for now. they did, but for my gun, they weren't the best. it could give a half-inch group on a good day, which is OK, but not what i expected. when i finally got my Kodiak pellets, it turned out the Kodiaks were more accurate.

    Things I liked:

I like this pellet ! Idon't know if it's the weight or shape of the pellet but whatever it is accurate.I have a Marauder and bought four different kinds of pellets to try out. This pellet beats the others by a mile,it's faster and way more accurate.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to see a screw on lid on the container

    What others should know:

Expect to shoot 1/2 inch groups or better at 30 yd.

    Things I liked:

I shoot this pellet out of my Benji 392. I tried several different pellets and found this type to shoot the best. Good groupings at 40 yards. Every once and a while you will get a bad pellet but for the most part they hold tight. I have dropped several crows out to 40 yards with this pellet, it has the stopping power quality i need.

    Things I would have changed:

As others have stated the price could go down a buck or two.

    What others should know:

    These pellets will not disapoint!

    Things I liked:

On impact the short & stout neck of the .22 FTS forces the head of the pellet to flatten out resembling a hollow point. In addition, the FTS was the most accurate pellet for my rifle averaging groups of .468" c-t-c (best group was .2705" c-t-c) at 25 yards. In my pellet comparisons, the FTS tied the Beeman Crow Magnum for the 2nd best overall size consistency (measured the head, skirt & Length of several pellets from each type of pellet tested) which is good for consistent shooting. Even though the entry hole was very small .0792" in diameter (about 36% of the pellets original size with a small sized jagged star edge), it expands by 19% on impact (usually creating an oblong exit hole, about .52"x .2658" in diameter). Out of the 10 types of pellets that I tested, this pellet transferred the 4th most energy to the target (decent stopping power).

    Things I would have changed:

My biggest dislike is the price. The average price for the 10 types of pellets that I tested is $0.035 each, so at $0.046 each, the FTS offers great accuracy and good stopping power at a high price. I would have given this pellet a 5 in value had it been #1 instead of tied for #2 in pellet size consistency, or if it had a price point closer to $0.04 each. By the way, the head of this pellet is a very tight fit, which may be good for engaging the rifling, but problematic if you disfigure it while loading.

    What others should know:

Out of the 10 types of pellets that I tested, the .22 FTS round nose pellet is the 9th longest (0.257) and the 6th heaviest (14.7 gr). The other 9 pellets that I tested included the FTS, Silver Sting, Copper Head (pointed), Kodiak, Supper Dome, Silver Bear, Crow Magnum, Max Speed Flat-Nosed 7562, Silver Ace, and the Ram Jet. My rifle is a .22 Beeman GS1000 that is rated at 765 FPS by the Mfg. It is made in Spain and tends to be very inaccurate if it isn't held just the right way. Thus, I'm searching for a good hunting pellet that will help to improve my consistency and accuracy.

    Things I liked:

I have tried a number of different pellets and this is my favorite. Good shape and loads easily. The most accurate and consistant .22 cal pellet I've used

    Things I would have changed:

Larger tin would be nice, 200 is small. Like everone else, we always like to see prices fall

    What others should know:

    I'm happy with this pellet

    Accurate. Consistent. 'Nuff said.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing. This is all I shoot out my .22 RX2 and .22 R1. I've tried a whole slew of other pellets and found FTS basically the best in my pellet guns.

    What others should know:

    Can't think of anything.

    Things I liked:

Excellent long-range accuracy and trajectory. I shoot them in an RWS 350 and they're my "go-to" pellet when accuracy is required. Consistently high performing and hit hard on the target. 100+yard accuracy on a consistent basis.

    Things I would have changed:

A screw-on lid for the container. Do the Europeans know something we don't in order to keep the contents from easily spilling out? I don't get it; make a screw down lid, please!

    What others should know:

    None.
