Things I liked:

Everything!!! There isn't much to dislike about this gun. It's Cheap and delivers Big Power. I have yet to target shoot with it yet but I have about 45 shots across the Chrony and have found several pellets delivering over 20FPE!!! It does register 102.3db on the sound meter but it doesn't sound that loud to me. I even comes with a useable Scope. I measured the cocking effort at 33lbs so only weighing 6.6lbs and being 43 inches long this gun is suitable for anyone.

Things I would have changed:

The second stage of the trigger pull is long but smooth. I have not tried to adjust it yet. Put some kind of filler in the stock. The gun does have kind of a hollow twang when you fire. Kind of like a tuning fork ring. Move the Scope Stop back further. It has two settings, too far forward and way too far forward.

What others should know:

This gun is rated at 800fps with lead pellets and I got an average of 839.0fps with the RWS Hobby 11.9 grain lead pellets. Also, PA's Customer Service is just the Best and I love that use Fed Ex. It's like these guns fly across the country to their new owners.

    Things I liked:

I ordered this rifle after days of researching which options were best for the money I was able to spend. All signs pointed to this one. I'm in love with this rifle. Accurate right out of the box, with just a few minutes of sighting in. I only use iron sights on my rifles and these TruGlo sights are phenomenal. I didn't even bother ordering a scope. No need. I waited like a kid on christmas for this rifle and it has lived up to the hype and more. Very strong, sturdy synthetic stock. Machined steel. Beautifully made for such a fair price. I love it.

    Things I would have changed:

It's a bit hard to break the barrel fully at first but you've just gotta wear it in.

    What others should know:

I'm telling you, if you want a quality air rifle at a great price, this is the one. Other companies would charge twice as much for a gun so well made. It's worth it.

Accurate, powerful, well made and cheap, best airgun for this price. I have more expensive air guns but I still Use this one the most, it is able to penetrate 3/4 pine at 50 yards, very comfortably to shoot, lite.

    What others should know:

Under $100, it's a good .25 caliber gun for plinking and small pest control.

    Things I liked:

The ambidextrous stock cuz I'm a left-handed shooter. It's on the light side with the weight out front and has a nice solid feel that screams quality. I also liked the included scope with adjustable magnification. I'm a fan of automatic safeties and this rifle doesn't disappoint. The off switch is a quick flick of the thumb, very natural. The adjustable scope stop is a nice touch. However the thing I like the most about this rifle is the price!

    Things I would have changed:

I didn't care much for the front sight with the globe thing. I have the hatsan air tact and it's considerably quieter than the edge.

    What others should know:

I was getting over 20 foot pounds of energy with the included 24 grain hornet pellets, what a great pair. This rifle is powerful and accurate.Hatsan makes a quality product.

    Things I liked:

It's a very accurate, very lightweight medium power plinker. it's absolutely deadly with the 19 grain Field Target trophies from h&n sport.

    Things I would have changed:

Apparently something has changed and now this has a striker engine in it, mine is several years old and a great gun it doesn't say a word about striker on the stamping it says Hatsan edge. Mine was made in 2017.

    What others should know:

My weapon has a vortex piston, clearly says on it. I have this weapon in an open sample in green 177. That weapon has a spring and it stinks! I have this gun in 22 caliber with a vortex piston also accurate deadly lightweight. If the gun doesn't say vortex don't buy it!

    Things I liked:

Its super accurate, cocking is easy, its powerful. The trigger was easy to fix with a .15 8mm screw. The pellets that came with it kick ass. Good job pyramid!

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger should be lighter out of the box. It was really hard to shoot any kind of group until trigger was lighter. I did manage to sight the included scope in pretty easily. Its not a great scope. I will upgrade it

    What others should know:

I really like it. When looking to fix the trigger The little screw right behind the trigger , not the big one. Take the little screw out. Go to Lowes or Home Depot and get a 8mm long screw. Trigger fixed!

    Things I liked:

I got the .25 cal gun and it's amazing! I only fired a few rounds through it so far and I haven't attached the scope yet, but the sights on the gun were good enough to hit right where I aimed it at. This is my first .25 cal airgun and I'm loving how hard it hits. The gun is easy to cock, the stock is comfortable to hold and I really love everything about this gun.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

Not a toy, this gun should be treated with the same respect as a firearm.

    Things I would have changed:

Scope rings are a little flimsy but considering the price for the whole package its still exceeds expectations.

    What others should know:

Dont hesitate to purchase if your on a budget and cant afford a airgun that exceeds $200 because this one beats anything under that price range.

I was a pretty good shot with `22s years ago. this gun or maybe the pellets performed poorly. bought some grizzlys, some just slipped out, only a few out of about 25 fit kinda snug. the gun seemed to lack power.,didn't apply scope, maybe I will try a different pellet when I have time,it shoots but no power or accuracy.

    Things I would have changed:

some guy online says grizzlys are not good for this gun.

    What others should know:

I don't recommend this pellet gun, might try to returnit.

Great little gun for the price . It is pretty accurate out to about 30 yards so far with the Hawke scope I put on it. Still trying different pellets to find the right match. So far polymath and h&n hunters are best . having tried the JSB's yet. Still have a lot more shooting to do just to get it broke in. It does drop squirrel like a brick tho.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing so far . it is a break barrel air rifle for under $100.00 .

    Things I liked:

I received my Hatsan Edge Vortex .22 Cal. on the 1st of May. I started by breaking in the .22 Cal with the 14.3 hollow point pellets with open sights. After about 50 to 60 shots I started dialing in the sights. After about 10 shots I had it shooting 5 round groups of about 1.5 at 15 yds. The info says this rifle has a cocking pressure of 30 lbs. well I have an Air Force springer that has a 31 lb. cocking pressure and this is above that I would say around 35 – 36 lb. cocking pressure. So I tried shooting a ½” pine boards and it went through that at 15 yds. and again at 30 yds. like a drill bit. This will kill. After another 40 – 50 shots I installed the scope, this was an interesting job, first it shot to the right 5” and 4” high, having had problems with the mounts on other air rifles and turned the back mount around 180 so the tightener was on the left side and it shot 6” to the left and 4” high, though four different changes in the scope mounts nothing would bring it within 4” of t

    Things I would have changed:

Scope mounts, My suggestion would be to go and get a separate set of Picatinny mounts for the scope if the ones that come with it do as mine did.

    What others should know:

This one is the real deal folks for the money I have not had a Air Rifle that has more power than this one. I also shot across a holding pond to see how far the pellets would carry and shoot at a down angle of 15 degrees at a 125 yd spot this rifle pellet carried to 100+ yds now that is very good in my estimation.

    Things I would have changed:

The second stage on a trigger is a little long and a little stiff but I haven't attempted to adjust it yet because it's a brand new rifle

I like the polymer stock it makes it light weight And I don't have to worry about rain & mud. The scope is working good once I got it sighted in, this rifle is a pile driver it will take the critters OUT w/ no problems!

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing you can't beat it for the price!

    What others should know:

Mine likes the light pellets ( H&N field target trophy 19.91gr .25cal).

    Things I liked:

The power behind each shot. That it came with a scope. Balances well in the artillery hold. Buttstock feels comfortable on shoulder.

    Things I would have changed:

A stronger spring in the elevation adjustment on the rear open sight, it moves after each shot. Different rails for the scope mounts, scope moves after few shots even with the stop. Stronger screws in the forestock, lost one already and the other broke. The hollow sound after each shot.

    What others should know:

Check to make sure your screws aren't coming lose. You might have to add Loctite. I prefer to shoot it with the open sights. Might not do too well with 15 grain pellets, probably why all my adjustments are jumping out of place. I cant seem to be able to break the barrel as easily as other air rifles, I have to push the barrel with my palm as if delivering a strike.

    Things I liked:

I really like how easy it is to break barrel to load another pellet. I was able to zero the scope, which was part of the combo package, for 65-70 feet with only 20 shots. I also liked how comfortable the Air Rifle fit on my should and how easy it was to shoot. The trigger tension was just right for me. This is an excellent Air Rifle for pests, especially squirrels, which was the primary reason I bought it. An excellent value for the cost!

    Things I would have changed:

I would like it be a little lighter, however the weight is not a problem. Lighter weight would just make it much better.

    What others should know:

I hit a squirrel the first time I shot at one - this Air Rifle is very accurate and packs a punch at 800 fps. Get one of these ASAP - you will not regret it!
