This review is just for the CENTER-POINT 4X32 SCOPE that comes with this rifle combo. My star ratings are for my rifle and scope combined. As for things I like about this scope--NOT MUCH
Things I would have changed:Change out the scope completely for a better one or drop it from the combo. It is a shame to have such a nice rifle with such a poor scope.
What others should know:My scope was so far off when I mounted it to my rifle that it took days to get it centered. I have a gun safe full of rifles and pistols and have been shooting for 55 years. I have a little experience. After I finally got this scope usable with decent groups (one inch at 15yds) I was pleased. 100 shots later I'm hitting 3 inches to the left. 90 clicks to bring it back in! We'll see what happens after the next 100 shots but I am thinking better scope soon.

The look feel and weight of the gun is nice. The action is solid, the cocking effort is reasonable and the sound is acceptable. Once one overcomes the issue with the cheap scope the accuracy is pretty good.
Things I would have changed:I would like to see a little bit better scope on it, or perhaps it is the rail the scope attaches to but the two don't mate up that well. The rail on the gun is tighter than the points on the scope rings. It works but it doesn't look like the two belong together. The instructions for mounting the scope are not good. It makes a difference how the rings are mounted and there is no guide. The rings should not be mounted without Loctite. the sighting of the scope was so far off I am near the limit of the range with the final adjustment. The QA on the scope should be better and it should be sighted to the gun in advance. Overall I would prefer to pay a few dollars more for a better scope.
What others should know:The vibration from the release of the spring will easily and quickly shake the scope loose. A small tube of Loctite should be included with the gun and the instructions for mounting the scope should include the use of 242 blue Loctite. It is a waste of time to site the scope in without first using Loctite on the scope fasteners.

What's the length of the barrel? Its not given in the specs.
It's ~17.3" actual barrel, meaning the rifled section the pellet sees. Overall it's ~18.7" with the last bit being suppressor.
Hello, NP Piston. Is a NP2 Piston the Same? or Different. If so can you install NP2 in Benji Regal? Thanks Gary
No, the NP2 is different, it's piston diameter is 29" where the regular NP like this Regal is 25mm. The NP2 gun is very similar, same basic design, but nothing is really interchangeable. So the piston itself no way, but you can trade the springs since they're close enough but I wouldn't since the NP2 spring is ~35% stronger which is imo too much for the Regal. Really there isn't any reason to mod the Regal other than tuning it.
Chevota mentioned a piston button and that it was something that should be done Anyway. Does Pyramid Air do this IF Requested and if not, Why Not?
It's something you have to do yourself. It's not required at but I always do it. The design of the gun determines how important buttons are, and this gun not so much. chevota at hotmail if you want detailed info on how to make/install buttons, which is basically free.but you have to take the gun apart.

I like the way it looks, feels, and most important, the way it shoots. It likes the Benjamin Discover 14.3 gr. hp pellets. Under half inch groups all day from 25 yards. THUMPS rabbits and squirrels.
Things I would have changed:the two screws on each side in forearm work loose. I'd use loc-tite, but I'm afraid to take them out. I'm afraid something will fall out.
What others should know:I've had this gun over a year now, and it's been a lot of fun. It performs well and cheap to shoot. I'm starting to get the airgun bug, and am buying bigger calibers. I'm 60 and feel like a kid again. Airguns are so much fun. They've came a long way in 50 years.
