Things I would have changed:I have an 11mm dovetail on the rifle, and I really had to torque on the screws to get it tight enough to fit. I thought I was going to break it before it engaged the dovetail. I am concerned that over time this will become an issue, since I plan on switching between iron sights and the scope on a regular basis, and torquing and untorquing the unit may cause it to fail. What others should know:Since I am not an airgunner, I can not speak to them, but those individuals who are looking for a dovetail to Weaver adapter for a firearm should take this into consideration, especially if you are using a large aperture objective on your scope. I have a 44mm objective, 30mm tube and am using Burris Signature Zee rings, and it's plenty high for me. Comments
I agree with Gary, feels like you have to nearly strip the screws' threads just to get it to fasten to the rifle
