Things I would have changed:A target styled grip in addition to this combat type. What others should know:From the looks of the design, don't over tighten the screw. The grip will crack. I liked it so much I purchased a second set for my Tempest.
Things I would have changed:Nothing What others should know:These grips really improve the look and feel of the Tempest. I mainly bought these grips so I could teach my girlfriend, a lefty, how to shoot. It fits her hand much better now, even though the safety is somewhat cumbersome for her.
Things I would have changed:NOTHING What others should know:These ARE a must have for your Tempest and they WILL improve your shooting skills and yes they do come with the screw. I own many aftermarket grips from RB and RICK's GRIPS and I can honestly say these are the best looking and feeling grips I own so far. Treat yourself to a very nice set of grips before they are all gone and you end up wishing you had.
