Things I liked: This is a good affordable entry level aperture sight.
Things I would have changed: Making substantial changes to this sight will drive the price up and defeat their purpose. Upscale sights are already available- keep these affordable.
What others should know: The mounting screws are now socket head, an allen wrench is included. This sight can be used on the Daisy 753 and 953 if it's used with the Daisy model 853 front barrel weight/globe sight assembly, p/n 138116-100. Front sight insert set is p/n 163912-000.
Things I liked: I put this sight on a Weihrauch HW50 .22. It fits perfectly, looks great and dialed in at 10 meters with the windage and elevation adjustments well in the middle of their range. I like this sight in this application as well as the Williams FP-AG-TK I have on my HW30 at 1/3 the cost.
Things I would have changed: Nothing
What others should know: If you're one of those shooters that think you can't shoot iron sights anymore, but have never tried a peep sight, this would be a great way to see if maybe, your 'old eyes' got some mileage left.
Things I liked: This is the second sight I have bought, because of the reasons I stated in my first review of this product. (lots of adjustment, well made.)This sight makes for excellent accuracy.
Things I would have changed: Philips screws need to be changed to socket heads.
What others should know: The sight will fit many 3/8 dovetails on guns, but it was necessary to clear out some material on the underside of the sight to fit the crown on my Crosman rifle.

Will this fit/work on my Crosman 1377 with the optional Steel Breach installed? Will it work with the factory front site?
anyone tried one on a 2240 with metal breech?
What is the distance from the bottom of the dovetail to the lowest and highest aperture positions? Thanks.
