Crosman Tac 77 Elite by Crosmanreviews summary
Things I would have changed:Change the scope base with some as Leapers Accushot 1-Pc Mount w/1" Rings, 3/8" Dovetail. What others should know:The design of stock is used in recent products as the Crosman NPSS, Benjamin Legacy 1000 and the list of parts is the same of the classic Remigton Genesis and Benjamin Legacy 1000. The precision problems are solved pressing the screw in the base of the cannon, this was solved by Crosman. Also they include a bolt to hold the scope. Once done the adjustments to the scope it gives very good shots to 50 yds. Comments
Hi, what part are you referring to when you talk about the cannon? Also the Crosman people couldn't even find this rifle in their data base, is it under another name or model number? The precision on mine still sucks after I tightened all the screws again. What part needs to be pressed in for better accuracy, and exactly where is it located? Is there a trouble shooting blog about this problem somewhere, there must be a way to fix this problem. My barrel actually rotates to the left and right a little, which seems very wrong. please email me at thinkgreenrecycling@gmail.com
Things I would have changed:Better with scope of 3-9x40 at minimum What others should know:The shots rested on the bipod tend to disarrange the cannon, damaging the precision, it needs a simple adjustment that the user's manuals do not indicate
Things I would have changed:Redesign the barrel pivot joint. The barrel came loose after just a few shots and continued to get worst. Accuracy is horrible. What others should know:I returned the Crosman Tac 77. Bought a Gamo CFX (fixed barrel). Put 3000 rounds through the CFX so far and I loved it -- Consistently made 0.5 inch (CTC) 5-shot group at 100 ft (with a 6-24x50 scope). Comments
Anyone know how to fix this problem that we are all having, is there a blog or trouble shooting info on this, my accuracy sucks using this thing. email thinkgreenrecycling@gmail.com
My barrel came loose as well. The lazer died after 5 uses, the flashlight wouldnt turn on after a few uses, my silencer didn't work from the start it would just fly off after a few shots and my scope will not calibrate the slightest bit. I'm starting to think the product was just bs.
