This thing is DEADLY accurate. Even with the not so great Gamo 7.65g pellets I had to settle for, (only ones of interest, besides Crosman...) I can easily hit soda cans at 30yds with iron sights. I will update the accuracy when I can get a nice scope. Cocking isn't as hard as I would have thought from a magnum springer, probably about or under 40lbs. The fiber optic sights are beautiful, with the TruGlo feature. I don't have a chrono, so can't say anything about velocity. From the slight cracks I am hearing I can assume it is pushing my light pellets near supersonic. I am very found of the scope stop included, tighten that little bugger down and it will NOT move.
Things I Would Have ChangedOf course this rifle can be a load, being 47" long, 8.6 pounds and all. The dual weaver/dovetail rail isn't that great. There are few weaver notches so just pick up a nice set of dovetail rings for your scope.
What Others Should KnowJust out of the box, the Quattro trigger needs no adjusting. I may be easy to please, but the pull is very nice. The box only contains the rifle, the not so durable bipod, a 11mm dovetail scope stop and allen wrenches for adjusting the trigger and securing the scope stop. As with all airguns, make sure to clean the barrel when you get it just to prevent the factory grease from affecting accuracy.
