Shooting from a wheelchair shouldn’t be a problem. You would likely shoot in a modified class or Hunter class. Either way, you can definitely go out and shoot on your local FT course!

can u shoot a marauder pistol in pistol configur for this i know its harder to shoot accurately but i can’t shoulder a rifle.
Yes. Actually, many clubs hold pistol field target matches as well. Depends on where you are in the country and if your local club does this or not. You can run just about any airgun within the power limits on an FT course, so your pistol would fit in fine.
