WE Hi Capa 5.2

I like the look of this gun first of all. I took it out of the box and thought...this is a beast! The gun has a real feel to it and has a beautiful sound all around from the cocking to the actual firing. The other players know when I'm getting my gun off because of the distinctive "beastly" sound. It feels good when firing too and intimidates other players.

I have only used .20 gram bb's in the thing so far because I have so many and just want to get rid of them but I think it would shoot straighter with a heavier bb. The 20's just seem to curve a bit too much, but not enough to make a difference when you've got a ton of bb's flying at your opponent. And I forgot to mention that this thing doesn't jam like some of the cheaper gas guns and you can shoot it very fast. So accuracy is the only downside to this gun, but it's not enough to keep you from buying the "beast"

It does use a lot of gas. But then again...a beast has to use a lot of gas to be a beast. Even with that, however, the gun is still worth it. In fact, most of time, I take only this gun into battle with me. I have an extra clip that I keep on me that gives me just over 50 rds and I just like to run and charge and unload on my prey.

I like the real feel of this pistol. It has HEFT. The HI-Capas are one of the few guns that can handle red gas all year around, and also one of the few that can handle gas, and CO2. With the compensator on the front I call mine the meat tenderizer. I own this model,the dragon, and the 45. acp. I carry 7 mags onto the field.

It is a gas hog. Hi-Capas always have been. I've been told that there is a spring upgrade that will help with that. Also polishing the slide rails will help with gas usage. For right handed people, the mag release button could be situated better. I've seen people hit it in the fury of battle. Fortunately I'm left handed.

I've read that you shouldn't use a Hi-Capa for speed shooting competitions. It is the only pistol that I carry into battle. At a speed shoot I drew fired 7 shots and holstered in 2.8 seconds. In the back yard we practice with 2 liter bottles. 11 bottles and a required mag change at 25 feet. My best time has been 15.3 seconds. Not great, but passable.
The rate of fire isn't the greatest, but with practice it will improve.
