The CFX has a rotating breech. The owner's manual shown online mistakenly shows a pop-up breech.

Includes a 3-9x40AO scope, 1" rings, shooting glasses, squirrel target, ammoSlang for ammunition: The entire set of materials needed to shoot a given gun. It might be a cartridge (in the case of a firearm) or just a pellet (in the case of an airgun). & manual. Scope is unmounted. The Gamo CFX is the ideal rifle for the shooter that wants power plus the accuracy of a fixed barrel. This underleverA cocking lever of a spring-piston gun located under the barrel or contained within the underside of the stock. delivers 1,200 fpsFeet per second, usually written f.p.s. with PBA pellets and 1,000 fpsFeet per second, usually written f.p.s. with lead pellets.

Features a rifledThe inside of a barrel containing a spiral pattern of high and low areas that grab the projectile and impart a spin to it as it passes through. The most common type of rifling is called lands (the higher areas) and grooves (the lower areas). steel barrel, rotary breech, TruGlo fiber optic sights, a rugged synthetic stock and a two-stage trigger. Very accurate and powerful. The durable, synthetic all-weather stock has a ventilated buttpad, twin cheekpieces and checkeringA method of carving wood that leaves diamond-shaped protrusions to assist in gripping the gun. Things I liked:Highly accurate rifle, good looking, top shelf scope, fun little plinker target - awesome for lazy people!
