Air Venturi Nomad III 4500 Reviews

This compressor was superbly packaged in foam inside expanded cardboard. This came to me via several flights to the Caribbean, and arrived in perfect condition. I comes with several replacement parts, such as filters, O-rings, fuses, etc. and has a very rugged thick nylon case with equally rugged carry handle and strap. Electrical cord, fill hose, quick connects, and battery connections are included. It has a very detailed description of how to convert the compressor from 110V to 220. It appears very well built, and everything is tight and solid. So far, it works exactly as advertised, and I'm overjoyed at not having to use the hand pump for my PCP.

It would be useful if the hose were two feet longer.

You no longer have to add frequent lubricant, and it has a very useful LED light on the bottom. It is lightweight -- about 20 lbs. -- compact and appears to be excellent value for the money. This is my birthday present, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Quality product

It does the job. But it takes some time. Not like using a bottle to charge gun.

Expensive

Only problem Ive had was a melted fuse holder.

Great little compressor. Quick filling and anticipated low maintenance. Good value.

Light on the gauge would be nice for low light use and the fill hose could be maybe 10 inches longer for added convenience when filling using the 12V car battery power option.

This is my second unit. It’s faster than my previous model. I purchased six years ago. Also, it no longer needs to be bled off the water from time to time. These are the two best improvements I noticed.

I gave five stars across the board because it feels and looks like it is made well, its packed in its own box with padding all the way around great care was taken to to prevent any damage durring shipping the box itself is very stout. I did use it to fill my avenger 4500 psi, simple to attach fill hose to compressor, shut off automatically. I have no complaints. I was debating on this one or the rovair which is cheaper, but didnt have what this one offered.

This is the only. Compressor you will ever need. Take it anywhere

It is quick and quiet. You just set your psi/bar turn it on and automatically stops when it gets there. It filled my FX Dreamline 300cc from empty to full in just over 5 minutes and my Diana pistol in 1 minute. I was injured in the Middle East and with 46 surgeries I can’t use a hand pump. After using this I couldn’t imagine PCP any other way. It is also lightweight and comes with a carrying case that has a zippered pocket to hold device accessories.

Quick connect to use the battery cables.

I haven’t used the battery cables to power this yet, but I am glad I have the option.

Very conpact and quiet as well as fills my Benjamin Maurader quickly. Easy to operate!

Very worthwhile purchacse for your PCP air rifle. Price in my opinion is high. However, having used a hand pump to charge my PCP caused me to make my life easier and save up the money to purchase this compressor. Just bought it a few weeks ago so I can not state how durable this pump is or how long it will last.

It it very cool looking and I think I timed it at less then 18 minutes to fill my hammer completely. I loved the handle and semi compact design and all the fans make feel very at ease when it comes to the cooling

I think it is wayyy too up there in price for just and air compressor for a pcp gun but it looks to be worth it

Make sure to let the fan cool it for a few minutes after you are done filling

Nicely made machine, and well packaged. While I just filled a friends Gauntlet 2 and extra small tank yesterday to 4500 psi quickly, I was disappointed it will not fill to that pressure my 72 cf tank. It stops just above 3200. My Marauder and Storm Rider only fill to 3000, so this is ok. I had jointly owned a bigger compressor with a buddy that did hit the 4500 number, but he moved to Arizona and took it with him. Using the tank, the guns fill in seconds, which I like, and no noise. I must say, I like everything about Pyramid Air, tech support is awesome!
