Things I liked:The weight and size of the gun are just right. Its a fun rifle and the lever action works flawlessly. The accuracy was impressive with iron sights. Things I would have changed:I removed the hood on the front sight to keep yhe look of the rifle more like the original. The flip out loading port is blued steel and would have looked much nicer in the gold finish. The stagecoach picture is cheesy looking. I would have preffered a plain finish What others should know: When tightening the CO2 cylinders there is no sound when they are pierced, so be carefull not to overtighten

Things I liked:This rifle is a well made replica that definatley fulfills the shooters inner John wayne.
The fit and finish on most all of the parts is great, the wood finish is superb and the gold finish and horse and coach detailing really make this rifle stand out from the rest.
The accuracy was excellent using only the stock iron sites and I was consistantly able to hit targets smaller than soda cans at 30+ yards
The 8 round clips where easy to use and the lever action of the rifle worked just as one would imagine (well).
Things I would have changed:The lever itself felt a little flimsy and had some side to side slop that served as an anoyance when you took the time to enjoy the novelty of the lever action.
Theco2 powerlet assembly was also a bit confusing at first and i couldnthelp but feel like it was an overdesigned feature. A simple one cartridge powersource would have easily sufficed rendering the complicated assembly unnecasary.
I also noticed that many times when I would fire I would feel excess co2 blowing up through the top of the clip chamber into my face. This was merely anoying but did tell me that the pellet chamber did not seal so not all of the potential gas was being used to fire the pellet.
Aside from the above mentioned quirks I really have no complaints and am overall satisfied with this purchase. What others should know:This is a great young gun shooter because of the low velocity and good sites and accuracy. The powerlet assembly is a little complicated until you completley understand how it works but overall the rifle is pleasing and enjoyable to use.

Things I would have changed:The cocking lever is a little flimsy with some side-to-side play in it. Makes me a little careful when I cock it because it cocks so easily. It seems you could rip the lever off if you get carried away trying to look like Mucous McCain. But by far the only real issue I have is with the flimsy sights. I had to move the front sight way over to the right to get it to shoot straight. It's a dopey way to sight in the gun, just put a fixed front sight and a good rear sight with both windage and elevation micrometer wheels on it and call it a day. Yeah that's not authentic but the current design doesn't cut it.
What others should know:I rated the value for money a 4 because I think the base model is probably a better buy. I like the WF edition just don't see the extra $$$ for it adding up, unless it someday has some collector value. Time will tell the gun should last a long time.
