Air Force could put a trouble shooting list in the box for new air gun owners for air leaks and no dry firing. Luckily with all the reading ahead of time I knew not to do that..

1. Long barrel 2. suppressor(sounds like powder burner without it) 3. superb accuracy(one hole groups at 50y) 4. excellent power (it will hit 800 FPE with 500+g ammo)

Nothing... It is what it is. Be aware of what you are getting.

1. You cant shoot this in your back yard unless you live in the county. Slugs are lethal as long as they are in the air. Gun will require trips to range to site in unless you live outside the city. 2. It is extremely air hungry. It will overwhelm any HPA infrastructure you have for smaller guns. Assume you will need 2 4500psi tanks (a large one for the range and a small one for hunting). Only 2-3 good shots from cylinder on gun. Small air compressors like Nomad will fill tank on gun with patience but you will likely need a $2000+ 4500 psi compressor to keep this thing in air. I got tired of trips to scuba shop quick when I saw how often it would be. 3. You will want a good scope. Gun has significant recoil and will destroy cheap glass. 4. You will want to feed it good ammo to take advantage of accuracy. I recommend slugs from Mr Hollow Point or Neilson Precision. These are expensive. 5. This gun is like buying a high end sports car ie the cost of the gun is just the beginning.

Dovetail to Weaver or Picatinny rail. This rifle really deserves it. The aluminum tank 'may' balance (for me) rifle better. Since this has carbon I can't say for sure.

I rarely put 5 stars on anything...this is close. Ammo....0.510 is a little hard to come by, but then again what isn't. Sabots. So far she seems to do them fine, just need a little lube to keep the plastic from coating barrel, and wiping out barrel every 5-10 just to keep it happy. The moderator should be removed from end with sabots to prevent damage or at least baffles pulled out. The carbon fiber tank gives more flexibility on projectile types and weights, but not really needed for the lighter weights. They are shooting at about 2400- 2800 anyway.

Quiet, accurate, powerful and fun to hunt with. Dropped a deer where she stood, no tracking necessary.

I would like a quick release/tool less air tank. Its too long to fit in a gun case with the air tank installed and I dont want to take the chance of losing the tool in the woods. Also, a better butt pad setup, one that wont pull my beard out.

Get a couple of the picattanny rail adapters to mount a quality scope on. I couldnt find scope rings for a 30mm scope for the 11mm dove tail.

I like everything about this gun. Big bore fast bullets and accurate

I should get a better job so I can buy all the calibers

A truly fantastic airgun!!! Hunted deer in Texas and took two. It is quiet, accurate, and loads of fun. Also a new type of challenge. Already looking forward to hunting next fall. In the meantime spending time at the range.

Make it quieter

Its an impressive piece of equipment. Have had it only had it a few days.Only about 20 or 30 rounds fired so far. Fed Ex lost my first order to be sent to me in bush Alaska. Pyramyd Air got a replacement to me with no fuss. UPS had it here in about five days.

The rifle seems kind of delicate to me.I don't think it would stand up to any rough handling such as we encounter in snogo travel in this part of the world. Of course it will be up to the owner to avoid damaging this rifle.I think a hard plastic shroud over vulnerable mechanism could be a consideration.

These big bore airguns are an expensive hobby, but if you have the cash,you wont be disappointed. Sends large slugs downrange at high speed. Pay attention of your backstop!

The new air Force Texan with the new CF air tank is a very nice gun has a nice feel and a nice look to it.

If I would to make any changes to my gun I would add more barrel supports and the LSS chamber and I would do my best to reduce the weight on the barrel because as is this is not one of those guns you pop up and take a quick shot with the weight on the barrel is a little excessive it would have been better if they could have completed the carbon fiber model with a carbon fiber barrel shroud for the LSS I also would have made a better shoulder rest to attach to the tank and what I've also included mounts for a sling without having to buy extras to modify your gun I also would have changed out the railing to picatinny railing being almost every accessory come standard with a picatinny rail mount.

This gun is awkward to handle and has an access amounts of weight at the barrel which makes it hard to pop up for quick shots without fatigue or shaking slightly also this gun has a kick comparable to a 22 so I would recommend using a follow through with every shot do not move do not blink until your bullet has hit the target because with a long barrel like this any small movement before that bullet leaves the chamber and you will be off your target.
