Nice optics for my Texan, mounts are very secure. Easy to dial and seems to be of decent quality.

Does it come with ring mounts.?
no, it does not

Isn't this a rifle scope? The eye relief may present a hiccup with a pistol, or am I missing something?
Yes it is at 13.50 inches long it could be used on say a Talon-p with the right mount? On a smaller pistol it would be kinda large and heavy.
What type of scope base is on your gun? What type of mount do you need? Weaver, Picatinny, 3/8″ or 11mm? Do you need 2-pc mounts or a 1-pc mount? 30mm or 1″? Scope mounts intro (Airgun Academy class)

Sight picture is clear, adjustments are all easy-to-use, came with covers, and a sunshade.
Things I would have changed:Rear cover sits over eye adjustment, which isn't a big deal but means that you have to remove it for making your adjustment. Theoretically you shouldn't have to change much, if at all, once you have it set though.
What others should know:Had this mounted and sighted in by PA. I haven't been able to test myself yet, but at least it should be quicker and close to on point when I do get to. I have used it to watch a bald eagle nest about half-mile from my house and it is a crisp and clear picture.
