The Athlon Optics Helos BTR Gen2 4-20x50 Rifle Scope is a versatile scope with high-quality construction engineered for best results at medium and long ranges. It uses a 30mm aircraft-grade aluminum one piece tube that is heat treated to provide increased durability, and it has a 50mm objective lens.
The scope is shockproof, waterproof, and argon purged, which gives it better fogproofing than scopes which use lesser methods. It uses XPL protective coating on its advanced fully-multicoated lenses for improved protection from oil and dirt, which helps provide clean and well-defined views in the toughest conditions.
The Athlon Optics Helos BRT Gen2 4-20x50 offers exposed locking turrets that prevent accidental movement, in addition to a precision zero stop for the elevation turret. Both turrets have 10 MIL adjustments per revolution with 0.1 MIL increments per click, and the elevation turret adjusts in a range of 32 MIL, and the windage turret adjusts in a range of 25 MIL.
The APRS6 FFP (first focal plane) MIL reticle uses etched glass for visibility and has crosshairs with hash marks that extend in all directions, as well as a Christmas tree with holdover markings on the bottom. Variable brightness illumination can be activated to light up the crosshairs and the holdover portion of the reticle.

This scope is probably the best value for money in its category. It came with flip up scope caps, a sun shade, and a throw lever. The glass is clear and bright, the clicks are precise and audible, the illumination covers all ranges of light I have put it in. To my eyeball, it is better glass than the Vortex Venom, Strike Eagle, and the Arken EP5.

Amazing scope Athlon makes great products. I own several and they never disappoint! 10/10 recommend to anyone. The Glass is clear as day compared to other reputable brands around the same price points(even higher price points).
