The fit and finish was very good. The weight was very close to the original SAA. The way you load it was very nice to the original. Over all I'm extremely happy with this Colt peacemaker pellet revolver and enjoy plinking with it.

with the type of sights on this gun are these gun very accurate at say 30 ft?
There is a front blade and a sighting groove on top of the frame.
Is there any way to juice up a co2 pistol without major modifications?
The most common way to increase the muzzle energy of a CO2 gun is to make the hammer spring stronger. One reviewer of a blow-back pistol said that he increased the muzzle velocity by using tape to immobilize the slide.
How do you remove the right side of the grip? I see that Pyramid Air sells replacement grips.

I bought the Nickel version. The gun looks great. It has a good trigger and it's very accurate. There are a good amount of shots per CO2 cartridge and it has good power. The 8.2 grain pellets that I used hit at point of aim. This could be used as a practice tool for cowboy action shooters. It should last for years with proper care.
Things I would have changed:Nothing on the Nickel version. I would like to see a blued version made with the same markings as the Nickle version.
What others should know:The box is really cool.
