Things I would have changed:will not fit the centerpoint 4-16x40 illuminated scope. Not so much due to the 40mm ocular lense but because the center portion interferes with the buldge in the scope where the turrets and illumination dial are located. Also the mount does not come with the sticky pads as shown in the pictures. The rings themselves are smooth allowing fore scope creep. Not good.

This mount and scope were recommended by a Pyramid Air staff member. I have learned that it is best to do one's own research. This mount is too long and does not fit the Browning 800 Express I bought it for. The base of the mount is about 1/4" too long for the dovetail on the gun. To make things worse the (2) hex wrenches included in the kit are both too small and do not fit the mounting screws. Although it looks like decent quality for the money what good is it if you can't use it.
Things I would have changed:Make sure the hex wrenches work with the screws provided before packing. That is not Pyramid Air's fault but after all the product is made in China. Customer/tech support should be better informed with product compatibility before making recommendations and wasting customer's money and trust.
What others should know:This mount will not work with a Browning 800 Express. It is too long to fit the gun's grooves. You will not be able to use the mounting hex wrenches provided, they are too small. I'm guessing they are also poor quality (why include 2 if you don't expect them to break.)

Good solid mount, does not slip on my springers. Extra screw are nice since you may have to replace one due to poor tapping process.
Things I would have changed:Do a better QC on the drilling and tapping. Ordered 3 sets and had one stripped screw on each set
What others should know:Do not over torque
