Things I liked: Integrated scope cap protector; push/pull turrets; and clarity.
Things I would have changed: Have yet to see how to set scope to "0" once sighted in but looks to be a pain but maybe not; illuminated reticle for different lighting situations.
What others should know: Great value and the clarity of the glass is awesome.
Things I liked: Camera shutter like built in lens protection is brilliant. 9x magnification is a bit fuzzy for 10 to 15 yards, but 3x to 6x is great.
Things I would have changed: just a little too fat in the middle would pay extra for an illuminated reticle
What others should know: A little too fat in the middle to fit the BKL one piece scope mounts. The scope will fit, but when adjusting scope horizontal/vertical to true, it bottoms out (leaving the middle pushed up against the mount and still off kilter). Still love the BKL mounts, but for this scope now I'm using CenterPoint 1-Pc Mount, 1" Rings, High, 3/8" Dovetail, 4 Screws/Cap. Would suggest the CenterPoint one-piece in High (eyeballing the Medium variant, I can see it won't work) or BKL two-piece mounts.
Things I liked: EVERYTHING! The fine reticle; the 1/8" MOA; the AO; the design; especially the iris-type lens covers. If I could afford it I would put one of these on every rifle I own. Not having to deal with flip-up covers, or the sling-shot cups that I always leave somewhere in the woods is great.
Things I would have changed: Not a single thing.
What others should know: You do need to be a bit careful with the lens cover closures. They are somewhat delecate, and you don't ant to be poking them with your finger or sharp sticks, but then, you should always be careful with your optics, shouldn't you?
Is this scope magnum springer rated?
Yes it is.
