Things I liked: nothing
Things I would have changed: Make it a 4 screw mount, machine the mount side edge neater cleaner and edgier, and make a stop pin that either fits or is fully removable.
What others should know: Not for a serious air gunner! I know the reviews are great on this product and that is why I bought it, yet I can't state strongly enough " If your air gun shoots over 400 fps and you scope is larger than a 8x32 stay clear of this mount
Things I liked: This is a nice mount for the price. I like that it has four bolt mains.
Things I would have changed: I wish the spacing between the rings was greater.
What others should know: I purchased this to mount a Hawke Sidewinder 30 6-24x56 scope on a HW97KT. Unfortunately I didn't do my research, while it is a nice well constructed mount and a excellent value. There is simply barely enough room between the rings for this particular scope to fit. This makes it impossible to get enough eye relief and still use the forward most stop pin recess on the gun. None of this is the manufacturers fault, nor is it Pyramids. It was just something I failed to research prior to a hasty purchase. This particular scope is very large and I believe this mount would work fine for other combos. For the cost I don't really see the need to bother the expense of returning it and will keep it for a future project.
Things I liked: Works well for me on Springers.
Things I would have changed: Nothing.
I think I read this mount would accommodate up to a 56mm objective. My scope is the Accushot 4-16X56 mm. Will this mount work.
Depending on what your mounting it on ? It should clear?
How about a UTG 4-16x44 AO 30mm Tube, on a Sumatra 2500 .25" ??
What is the height from bottom of the mount to the bottom of scope tube?
High mounts are 1 inch to the bottom of the scope tube , mediums are 3/4 of an inch.
