Nylon Bore Rifle Brush - .177 cal.

The nylon brush is easy yet effective on all types of barrels. Much better than brass brushes..

I would nylon or teflon coat the screw base to prevent scratching of the airgun barrel. Other than that the product is awesome.

If you want to safley clean any bore of you pellet/bb gun you must own a nylon bore brush. Other types of brushes are too rough in my opinion.

Great hard to find item for the 177. This works great for breaking up some of the led in the barrel of my Nito Piston break barrel.

Sell them in 5 packs or bulk, for a bigger value.

Fits well in the barrel, not as tight and harsh as brass brushes. As recommened, it's mainly for brass barrels. But I like to use them on steel.

I like the fact that I can clean my rifle the way it should be cleaned.I am pulling the trigger on a RWS model 48 in a .177 caliber.

The way I understand it,a bore brush should travel threw the bore in the same direction as the pellet travels. The brush fits into my RWS with an open breech,no problem. The fact of the brush being made of nylon takes care of any issues like causing any damage to a rifled bore. I use the "Micro Kit" made by Otis.Its a flexable cleaning cable. This nylon brush fits this cleaning cable just fine. If your serious about being a spring gunner then get yourself these two items.

Nylon bristles are really easy on the barrel. Easy to use and works pretty well when you need a quick cleaning.

Price is a bit high even though they are well made. should cost 1/2 the asking price.

Never jam a bore brush in & out of your guns. Go slow , and push / pull thru a few times. Over brushing can cause damage to your bore. Buy some bore mops , I think you will be glad you did. They are easy to use, saves money on patches, and can be washed & reused over & over. I suggest 3 or more. 1. to swab your bore with AGE degreaser-- 2nd to swab out the grime after using AGE--3rd to put a few drops of MP5 oil on to swab & protect your bore after using mops & patches to get all the grime & leading out.
