This Leapers UTG AccuShot scope is a hunter's dream come true. While the red-green reticle has become commonplace, Leapers' has jumped ahead of the competition with their unique 36-color reticle. That single feature will deliver better results for hunters, who often track their quarry in poor lighting conditions. If the sun doesn't always shine or the moon isn't always full when you're hunting, then you need this scope! Never again will you have to say "I don't know if I'm on target" because you can't see your reticle. This fine scope has a 30mm tube and superior optics, which will surprise you with the amount of light it transmits. Put this on any gun...firearm, air gun or airsoft rifle...and commence to shootin'.

Things I liked:I purchased this scope as a replacement scope for my Umarex Octane. So far, I have been very impressed with this scope. The clarity is great. The scope's low light capabilities is fantastic. The variable parallax works perfectly. I know several of the reviewers indicated that the large parallax adjustment know was needed. I have not found this to be the case. The scope was easy to mount and zero on my Octane. I now have about 500 shots through the Octane with this scope and have not had to readjust the zero. I'm not sure if I like the lighted reticle. I haven't had a chance to use it other than just trying it for a few shots.
    Things I would have changed:Nothing
What others should know:The scope took about four days longer to arrive that it should have. This is NOT Pyramyd Air's fault. PA shipped it the next morning after I ordered it. However, FedEx bounced the package all over the country before it was delivered. At one point is was shipped from just outside of Memphis to just outside of Dallas, then shipped back to just outside of Memphis, and then shipped back to just outside of Dallas. PA, you may want to change your shipping method. As much as I hate to say it, lately the USPS has been more consistent and faster.

Things I liked:Great scope for the price. Clear optics, holds zero, adjusts reliably. Came with some pretty nice rings. I'm impressed with this scope - all the more so at this price!
    Things I would have changed:Not a thing.
What others should know:Like everyone else has said, get the big adjustment wheel it's a significant improvement in usability. The multi-color reticle was an undesired feature for me, but if you leave the batteries out it's just like any other reticle - the unpowered reticle is a crisp, solid black.

    • jonathan from USA asked:

Is this and true mill dot scope and if so at what magnification?

      • William from USA asked:

Will this scope hold up on a Diana 54?

        • Cory from USA:

It should be fine, but I recommend a scope with a glass etched reticle instead of wire reticle for that model air rifle.

        • Richelle from USA:

This scope will hold on a Diana 54. Be sure to get a sturdy mount for it.

      • Rudedawg from USA asked:

is the side adjustable objective knob so hard to turn that it justifies purchasing the optional wheel?

        • Erika from USA:

Not really. Many people purchase the sidewheel for the looks, although it does make it a little easier to use
