| The AirForce Condor on CO2 delivers up to 850 fps (in .177). This air rifle offers extreme flexibility along with continued great accuracy (1" at 50 yards...or better!). The power wheel, although intended for use with the gun on high-pressure air, still has a slight amount of adjustability running on CO2. Since the rifle has NO recoil, you can comfortably shoot all day long without the fatigue and pain associated with spring-piston rifles. And, it's considerably lighter than most spring guns! Built in the USA, the CO2 Condor is for anyone who wants to shoot for hours. From its Lothar Walther barrel (1:16 twist) to its removable tank, the Condor is the standard for state-of-the-art manufacturing of modern airguns. Made of space-age polymers and aircraft-grade aluminum, the rifle is lightweight and equipped with a durable finish. The removable CO2 tank does double-duty as the butt of the gun, contributing to its light weight and convenience. Get 12" and 18" AirForce barrels to suit your needs. Change-outs are quick and easy and don't require any special tools. All items are listed in the ACCESSORIES links. .177 cal delivers 16.85 ft-lbs or 22.84 joules .22 cal delivers 17.11 ft-lbs or 23.20 joules NOTE: The .20 cal. pellets are slightly longer than the .22 cal. pellets of the same weight. Therefore, they drag in the barrel a little more and produce lower velocities. The quoted figures (showing the .20 cal. gun shooting slower than the .22 cal. gun) are actual test figures and are correct. There are lots of ways to configure this gun, including rail-mounted accessories (coin-slot screws for each changeout). You can choose the scope, laser, flashlight, night vision equipment, extra tanks and quick-detach fiber-optic sights. The Condor uses a very wide variety of pellets and round balls. Things I would have changed:Better grips...These are very cheaply made... What others should know:One hole groups at 25 yards using Falcon 13.43 gr. pellets at 760 fps on CO2...Still holding a 3/8" group at 40 yards which is the furthest I can go in my yard...I tested several JSB's and they all admirably held 1/2-5/8" groups at 40 yards...Basically this gun will shoot any pellet real well and some EXTREMELY well... Even with the thinner 12 oz tank and high mount rings I still opted for the AirForce Tri-Rail base for even more height...Using the 20 oz tank it was very difficult to maintain a sight picture through the scope without triple stacking or offset ring mounts...I can still get 500 plus shots with the 12 oz tank so that's enough for me...Plus the lb. less weight is a bonus as well... This gun is finely crafted and other than the grips is of the highest quality, durability and functionality... Comments
Update: The Air Arms Diabolo Field 16 grains will consistently shoot 1/4" groups at 40 yards..Still using the Condor on CO2 and getting 720 fps with 18.42 ft. lbs. via the above pellet...
