AirForce EscapeUL Air Rifle, Spin-Loc Tank

It is a good varmint gun when it works.

In 3 years, its air gage blew out just sitting in the closet. The set screw that holds the tank in backed off from 4wd vibration, causing it not to fire. I changed it to a bolt and locknut which is proper design. All the steel rusts from camper condensation. The fill valve blew its seal out. Airforce no longer answers their phone.

To work as a pack hunting rifle, it should be ruggedized for vibration, humidity, and rated for usage temperatures.

Have owned this rifle for over a month in 25 cal and it is very powerful and accurate. Quarter size groups at 100 yards with 25.39 diablo pellets. Had a leak in air tank and pyramid wanted me to send the entire gun back and i had just returned a hatsan bullboss with a faulty cooking lever in exchange for this rifle that took 2 weeks so i didn't want to do that again. Instead i called Airforce Air guns and there customer service was top notch and very friendly. They sent me the parts i needed to fix it for FREE and had parts in just 3 days. Hint Hint pyramid!!

Maybe a larger tank

This rifle is very loud and not neighbor friendly. Loud as a 22 powder burner. If noise is not a problem this is an awsome rifle. Made in the good ole USA and very high quality. I own a lot of different air rifles from springers to pcp and every thing in between and this monster puts them all to shame.

Great air rifle Airforce has done a great job. The rifle is accurate,powerful,light weight,fun to shoot! I keep mine charged using the Air Venturi G-6. I have had great professional assistance from Pyramid Air and Air Force air gun. My next purchase will be a Texan

Buy lots of pellets turn the power adjuster down 3-4 with light pellets 14.3-21 for more shots, also pick up a c02 adapter I have one for 90 gram cylinders havent used it yet but it a good back up plan.

I like that the air is held in a tank, and not by "O" rings in a tube.

I bought the 22 cal.,but I I would like to buy the 25 if it had about 150 more F.P.S.

I ordered a Benjamen Dicovery that leaked air. I sent it back and changed to the Airforce Escape UL. P.A. had it back to me on Dec. 24th. Thanks P.A. This doesn't look like the guns of my youth (I'm 70), but it has a lot of the things that were built into the old guns. It is reliable, safe, and has lots of power. I didn't think I would ever buy one of these, but I did, and I'm not sorry I did it. Hat off to Airforce.

I like the fit and feel of this little rifle. its very light and i like that. mine is very accurate with 25.39 grain JSB Jumbo monsters

It is quite loud. i added a barrel Shroud and it is a dream to shoot now

i've have the airforce escape 25 cal and love it does what the ads say powerful accurate not many air gun manufacturers can prove that

make a S S MODEL THAT FITS THE 24 inch barrel

make sure the top hat is srewed all the way out

Excellent power in a small package. Enough power to bring down our local nutria with a heavy pellet. A compact accurate, light hunting rifle.

Not a "town" air gun, this thing is loud. I think that a "prepper" would need/want stealth. Still a very nice gun from AirForce.

I bought this rifle and returned it immediately. It is very loud! Much like a .22 rimfire. Thanks to Pyramid Air I was able to get the air gun I really wanted.

This rifle is about as loud as a 10/22! Not backyard friendly. I settled on the CondorSS. Although not as quiet as my Syn-rod, I could shoot it a few times in my back yard without drawing to much attention.
