Get 2 rifles for the price of one! Includes .177 caliber and .22 caliber barrels. Each RS2 barrel has a ported muzzlebrake, which gives you an extra cocking advantage. A Beeman 3-9x32mm scope will help get the most amount of accuracy possible from the gun. Everything fits neatly inside a soft foam-lined carrying case. Velcro tie-down straps secure the barrels, gun, scope & rings to stop things from shifting during transport.
Max velocity in .177 is 1000 fps, and in .22 it's 830 fps. You could use this rifle for plinking, small game hunting, shooting cans and just plain fun!

Teflon tape(plumbers tape) on barrel set screw and stock screws will prevent them from jarring loose.scope creep is also normal get a 1 piece scope mount. What others should know:in general a great rifle for the money just don't expect miracles!!!!

Things I liked:This is a great hunting gun for a cheap hunting gun price. Beeman has great Customer Service. Things I would have changed:The stock is pretty bad, the adjustable trigger can't go very light, and 2 barrells isn't really necessary when shooting with a scope. It as also a litte too loud for my creekside backyard. Accuracy is really really sensitive to hand placement. What others should know:Well, this gun is a great starting point. I bought it for Spring Turkeys in CA. I had it all dialed in in my back yard at about 25 yards, came up on some gobblers at 25 yards and missed three Turkeys right in a row. I learned that this gun is sooooo affected by hand placement that just being an inch off on the forearm grip would throw the pellet 3-4 inches at 25 yds.
So I took out the action and reshaped the stock for a custom fit. I used a belt sander and now it has finger moldings on the forstock so my hand goes to the same place every time. Now I can get really consistent groups from multiple firing positions. This is really important when hunting because you can't always position yourself the way you'd like to when firing.
If you are using this gun to hunt, then you won't need the 177 barrel. If this gun was for irons I think changing calibers could have it's advantages, but you need to resight every time. Not very practical,
YOu might be better off getting a gun with no scope, and then buying one with a Mil Dot reticle. This would be very useful for shooting at multiple distances.
So with all this said, this gun shooting Extra Heavy Eun Jin pellets has devastating effect on target.

Things I would have changed: What others should know:The recoil is strong for a pellet gun compared to others I have shot. It has more recoil than a .22 rimfire and is as loud as one. Not a Backyard gun.

Things I liked:This gun is a pleasure to look at and a pleasure to shoot. The muzzle break looks cool! Its accuracy is pretty amazing. I've been breaking it in without sights or scope and I can get bulls-eyes from 5-15 yards. I've been breaking it in without sights or scope and I can get bulls-eyes from 5-15 yards. Its hard to tell if the muzzle break really helps with recoil much, but it definitely directs the sound downstream as when firing PBA ammo the supersonic crack is heard more toward the target rather than near the gun. Things I would have changed:The cocking effort is rated at 31 lbs. My son's Storm XT is rated at 28 lbs. If there really is only a 3 lb difference, it sure is significant. This gun is a bit difficult to cock. What others should know:It is an excellent gun. I have not tried the scope yet, so I'm not going to comment on it.

Things I liked:The 2 caliber setup is nice, especially if you only have one rifle. Mine stays .22 cal because I have another accurate rifle in .177.The included scope was adequate. Caliber change is simple and quick.

Wood is attractive. Raised cheekpiece is comfortable. Also like the curved butt. You can't beat the RS2 for this price. Things I would have changed:Balance is good, but overall it's heavy. A scope upgrade option would be nice. I would also like to have checkering or stippling on the grip and forearm. What others should know:While most air rifles tend to prefer certain pellet designs, my RS2 is not finicky and I find the accuracy to be excellent with a wide variety of ammo.
The RWS and Beeman pellets are slightly more accurate in my springer than Crossman or the Korean brands. I did not try non-lead or sabots.

Things I would have changed:Carry case is not a great design. Would like to see more spare parts (seals, etc.). The plastic plugs can fall off (where you tighten the stock) and this is my only real complaint. Not sure why Beeman's don't seem the get the respect they deserve. What others should know:Accurate w/the .177 (and deadly - very effective). One shot, one kill. The .22 does require that you re-sight the rifle, but heck, for what I paid, having both calibers for one rifle is an excellent value! I will buy Beeman again, and again. The trigger on this is adjustable, and out of box it is a real treat to shoot. Recoil isn't bad, and the rifle isn't as loud as I was led to believe. I will warn you though - DO NOT fire cleaning pellets through it when your neighbors are around, it sounds like a rimfire when you put one through the rifle (VERY LOUD).

Things I liked:This is my first "adult" air rifle, and I am very impressed. Accuraccy is on par with my rim fires, as well as some of my center fire rifles. The overall fit and finish is good, but the stock is easily scratched. The scope mounts easily and securely, and does not drift. Things I would have changed:A better trigger and a more durable finish on the stock would be my only complaints. The trigger is smooth and adjustable, but could still be better. What others should know:Plenty of power here, With the .177 cal barrel installed you can shoot completely through three soda cans filled with water, The .22 will go through five. This is a powerful quiet package and will meet the needs of 90% of all air gun shooters. So far all pellets I've tried have been reasonably accurate, the .22 RWS Superdome seem to be my favorites, for the best balance of accuracy and power.

Things I liked:Dual caliber, nice to be able to switch between .177 and .22. Nice looking and finish. Things I would have changed:Not sure if it's me, or the gun, but I'm only able to get groups of 2" at 30yds. I've tried Daisy max, JSB preditors, and Beeman silver ace pellets. Accuracy isn't too bad, but could be improved upon. What

Not that I didn't expect that, but it would be nice it was at least close

Things I liked:The dual caliber is great. The stock is real wood, and nice finish. Very accurate as long as you keep all the hardware tight. Things I would have changed:Work at reducing recoil, seems a bit excess. What others should know:stock mounting screws on mine came loose often, put blue locktite and all is better

Things I would have changed:I would glue in the plastic fittings so that they can't be easily lost. I would ensure that the factory adjusted the plastic trigger better before shipping. I would reinforce the stock in the area around the two set screws which hold the action to the forestock. What others should know:This is an excellent price/performance package. As shipped from China there is a bit of tuning to do and you must be careful when doing that tuning.

Things I liked:I like the ss1000-h rifle for the way it handles on a bench rest I would reccmound this rifle to anybody who wants to shoot 177/22 . Things I would have changed:The scope is hard to focus at 10 meters I think a laser sight would work better for 10 meter match play. What others should know:

Things I liked:Very nice stock, .177 is accurate and hits hard with kodiaks, somewhat heavy but well balanced and handles very well, cocking effort is very reasonable for the power(ex. much harder to cock than my g1 extreme but a fair amount more power). You cannot go wrong with 2 calibers, others have complained about their barrels not fitting right, the one I received both are perfect. Things I would have changed:Though the stock looks beautiful it is a little to delicate, mine got chipped with a light tap from my son not being carefull, .22 only shoots accurate with heavy kodiaks, and not enough power with the crow magnums to pierce 1in. plywood at 100 ft, they just bounce off where the kodiaks push most of the way through, and of course the usual: I want a metal trigger guard and trigger, I would pay a few extra dollars for that, wouldn't you? What others should know:Purchase a better scope it is accurate enough to justify spending 50 bucks on a decent one, use heavy pellets(I only used beemans, but the heavy kodiak was much better than the silver sting) I realize I complained about the plastic trigger, but don't forget this rifle is less expensive than a lot of rifles out there that have less features, the infamous MADE IN CHINA I am not happy about but this one is nice and well worth the money, Also like most others velocities are not as high as claimed, more like 875fps with.177 and 650fps with .22, but once you shoot it you will not really care it still has a lot of power. Bottom line: you cant go wrong with this rifle.
