Build quality seems excellent. In hindsight, I wish I would have purchased the version with the wood grips. I thought any aftermarket Beretta 92FS grips would fit (they do not). The price and availability of air pistol ammo is a huge plus. Accuracy seems great to me, but this is my first air pistol.
Things I would have changed:The weight is significantly heavier than the military issue 92FS.
What others should know:This is my first air pistol. This was my first time ordering from Pyramyd Air. Service and prices were excellent, and I received my order the very next day (however, I do live only 25 miles from their location). I highly recommend Pyramyd Air.

As I opened the box and removed the gun from the plastic bag I was very impressed. The weight of it said that this is a quality gun and after I immediately shot five mags through it I knew this was a great purchase. Accuracy was better than expected and co2 usage was better than most if my guns. I wish it came in a clear display case that could be put on the fireplace.
Things I would have changed:The only tiny little problem and its picky, is the release button on the grip. When pressed in hand it pops open the grip on the opposite side to access the co2, in other words against or into the hand so it requires an unusual grip to exchange co2. I told you it was picky but that is all I could find.
What others should know:Buy extra rotary mags long before ordering so they arrive before the gun and load them, because you will want to shoot at your target right away and not put the gun down.

It's heavy. Great platform for pushing rounds downrange. Nice trigger pull when in SA, DA is actually good for an air pistol (still not saying much). I consistently get nice patterns when using 7-10gr JSBs. So far it has loved everything I put through it.
Things I would have changed:The CO2 mechanism is horrible, I hate the umarex screw bottoms, you have to get it really tight and you can't get a good grip on the thing. I created a blister on my thumb the size of a dime trying to tighten it up and get it to seat. Maybe my unit needs some adjustment because the CP88 Competition that has the same model CO2 mechanism doesn't seem to have this problem when seating the cartridge.
What others should know:It is expensive but the finish and materials are high quality. Chrono Numbers: JSB KO Slugs (13.43gr) 1st shot: 331 FPS (3.27Ft/lbs) avg: 277 FPS (3.27, 2.88, 2.51, 2.16, 2.03, 1.82, 1.59) one dup Crosman Premiere (7.4gr) (2nd mag on charge) 1st shot: 397 (2.59 ft/lbs) avg: 384 FPS (2.59, 2.52, 2.51, 2.41, 2.35, 2.32, 2.25) I was shooting these rounds at a rapid pace and not giving the charge much time to warm up between shots.
