Colt M1991 A1 HPA Series

This is a robust 1911A1 design. Altough it is all ABS it is a REALLY nice rendition and actually packs a whallop...a friend dented his wood door with a BB at 20'. It is very accurate...LOL...more accurate than one real .45 I've had. John Browning would like it...I do too.

GREAT beginers gun...easy to cycle (required after each shot), Magazine loads easy...I will definately use it as a sidearm in gaming...if you have the cajones it would be OK as an only arm...but be ready to occasionally get pasted LOL

This pistol has a nice overall feel to it. It cocks smoothly and is fairly accurate under the following conditions: The one we received shoots high and to the left with .2g ammo. We loaded .25g rounds and this condition was corrected substantially at shorter ranges making it much more accurate out to 35 feet or so.

it would be nice if the magazine held more than 12, but they're inexpensive so having several preloaded is the answer.

Get the speed loader. This is another inexpensive accessory that makes loading multiple clips far less tedious.

Has a nice weight to it which gives it a substantial feel. Easy to cock even for a 7 year old. Magazine removes and inserts easily. Reloading is easy. Nice safety. Has an authentic look. I recommend it highly.

The Colt Delta Elite is a very reliable gun, and I have had very few problems with it. It also has a beautiful appearance, and looks very authentic. It can also be accurate up to a very long distance for a spring pistol. In addition, the availability of extra magazines is very convenient. Also the gun is heavier than a lot of spring pistols such as the Crossman p9 or the Smith and Wesson m4505.

The gun shoots a good bit high and you have to aim down to compensate. Also, the hop up is too much. Even .2 gram bbs climb a good deal, and it is hard to adjust for at long distances. Furthermore, the magazines frequently fail to lock back the spring causing the bbs to shoot out of the magazine while your trying to load it. This makes magazine loading difficult and slow. Also, if you release the magazine with bbs still left in it, two bbs fall out. Once I tried to put another magazine into the gun without realizing one of the two bbs was still stuck inside, and it jammed badly.

Although this gun is not powerful enough to cause serious injury, you should still be careful. This gun can shoot through full soda cans, and has the potential of breaking windows and damaging other property. You should never shoot at anyone not wearing proper face protection.

Mag design is annoying. a lot of times it will pop up, thus spraying BBs everywhere while reloading. Mag holds a small amount of BBs

i dont have much experience with airguns, but i am satisfied with this one. the bb tends to curve upwards a bit after 20 feet or so. i use .2g BBs which i hear helps with accuracy.

Very realistic feel, nice balance. Very powerful dual spring, .12gram BBs leave some nasty little welts... hehe. It'll put holes in full soda cans, and send an empty one flying off the counter.

The one I picked up is very consistent, however it's always up and to the left. If I aim down and to the right it'll hit the target every time; but it'd be nice if the sight was sighted in properly.

Shooting this gun inside produces some wicked ricochets. I've heard BBs bounce around the room 7 or more times before stopping.

Great Gun!

Ok now this gun is shown to shoot at 300fps well I just got one and the box says 315 fps and its true I have the same one that I bought last year and its much slower than new one. There is nothing wrong with this gun I was impressed with the velocity and accuracy. Awesome gun

The older model I have came with 1 clip as did this one so I orderd two more and if you pull the follower down it stays with now problem, however with the new one I orderd 2 also those have a bad tendency to let go and your ammo goes flying everywhere

This is a very powerful gun use caution some co2 pellet or bb guns are lucky to get to the fps of this gun treat this as a firearm. The colt delta elite will put holes in full soda cans from 50 feet away with 20 grain bbs I have done it
