The RWS 34 now has the TO6 trigger. A trigger this good isn't usually found in guns of this price range.

The most popular rifle sold by RWS, this German rifle will keep you shooting accurately and powerfully for decades. While it doesn't have some of the frills that more expensive guns have, it goes head-to-head where it really counts! The well-balanced hardwood stock makes it easy to hold and shoot the RWS 34, and the raised cheekpiece gives you that extra edge. Quality is evident in other places, too: a two-stage adjustable trigger, fiber optic sights (fully adj. rear) and a finely rifled barrel. No need to worry about cocking difficulty, as that's where this rifle really shines (just 33 lbs.). Both calibers are ideal for plinking, paper targets and spinners. Like to hunt? The .22 cal. should be your choice for small game and pests. If you're a serious airgunner on a budget, the RWS 34 was made for you!

Things I Liked

Have Winchester 177 1000fps Springer = awful trigger. RWS 34 .177= Quality built.,Awesome trigger,fit and finish perfect. Accuracy in back yard @15yds is a one hole ripper with ESB 10.2gr. heavy. Using leaper 50mm Scope = good for 47yr old eyes. RWS 1 pc droop mount working great for 500 rds so far.=)

Things I Would Have Changed

Could not ask for more out of a back yard target/pest gun.

What Others Should Know

I did a test for power strength of the ESB 10.2gr.heavy shooting a Large2 liter plastic soda bottle full of water. At 15 yards the pellet passed through the front and out the back..tried it 5 more times and the same result..no pellets parts in the bottle.This .177speed , power and accuracy is Awesome = Not a Toy gun.Rifle recoil is small if you have fired firearms..I like it...fun practice staying steady...it's a real nice gun..! Spend 50 to 75$$ more and hand it down in twenty years...But until then... have something you will enjoy as soon as you pick it up. Just my opinion ...It's good to buy products that are made and designed in that country so they can feed their children too. That is worth the extra 50 to 75$$ in its self...=)
