From the all-weather synthetic stock to the bull barrel, these rifles are bound to please any shooter who aims to take game. For more precise shooting and to get the most accuracy from the gun, the Big Cat 1200/1250 comes with a 4x32 scope and mount. The Monte Carlo buttstock has a raised cheekpiece on each side, making this gun ideal for right- or left-handed shooters. Shoot either lead pellets or PBA ammo to attain your hunting goals. Of course, you don't have to hunt with 1200/1250. These are fun plinkers and will give you hours of shooting pleasure. Your Gamo Big Cat 1200 or 1250 may come with a 1-piece mount or a 2-piece mount. Gamo uses them interchangeably. Both types will securely hold your scope in place. The Big Cat 1200 delivers 1200 fps with PBA (lead-free) ammo and 1000 fps with lead pellets. The Big Cat 1250 delivers 1250 fps with PBA ammo and 1000 fps with lead pellets. Things I would have changed:send open sight's with the gun not just the scope. What others should know:watch out this thing has a punch. i'm a gunsmith so i have a crono and it dose do 1200 fps.

Things I would have changed:Trigger. I have the plastic trigger. The second stage is as bad as everyone says. I want to upgrade but I'll wait until the warranty is over be for I do. What others should know:Use the scope stop holes. My scope always moved until i used the stop holes.
