M700P - Police Model
One of the most tactical sniper rifles used by SWAT and police forces world-wide, the composite stock M700P is solid and meaty to hold, giving the rifle a very rock solid feel with no shakes or wobbles. Stock front and rear sights with an option to install a scope. Smartly comes with two front sling mounts - one for a sling and one for installation of a bipod. Full metal outer barrel. Zero resistance bolt action. Gas operated and takes Green gas. Velocity: 530fps with 0.2g BBs and 500fps with 0.25g BBs!
Exact design of the more expensive TANAKA M700 rifle. Rough textured body and grip make the gun feel very real. Excellent balance with full metal removable magazine.

Things I liked:The rifle is well built and allows you to mount a scope. Things I would have changed:Add directions for assembling and using the speed loader. Add directions for removing the rear sight to mount a scope with picatinny mounts. Show how to remove the front sight to remove distortion in the scope. Warn about overfilling

Add directions for removing the rear sight to mount a scope with picatinny mounts. Show how to remove the front sight to remove distortion in the scope. Warn about overfilling with gas. The bolt is sloppy. I would like it tighter. At 7 lbs 6 ozs without scope, bipod or sling, the rifle is not my favorite for moving around. What others should know:The magazine will bulge and either not fit in or not release if the rifle gets too hot with too much gas inside. Right out of the box, the hammer is inconsistent resulting in a great variance in velocity. The gun is certainly capable of putting out .20 pellets above 500 fps, but I am waiting for it to work in and become more consistent as previously reported. Consider the UTG M14.
