What others should know:Do not purchase. AKU failed to feed BB's and would not prime bb's in magazine. The other quality air soft I purchased was perfect out of the box. I returned th AKU and asked for a refund.

Can this gun take a different magazine
I just received this product today and took it out of the packaging. After reading the owners manual, I charged the battery for ~2.5 hours and then connected the battery to the gun, loaded it and set it to Full-Auto. It shot well for a few seconds, and as I was satisfied with the result, I switched it to Semi-Auto to test that. What resulted was not fun. A louder, abnormal-sounding grinding noise erupted from the chamber. Any ideas of what happened? I cleared the barrel and out came about a dozen 6mm BB's, performance grade. Is there something I am doing wrong? I knew about the tension on the mag, and retried that, but to no avail. Any help is appreciated!
The gun id defective. Return it.
What are the specifications for the battery? How many mAh when fully charged? About how long does the battery last from a 'fully charged' status? How many volts does it output? Thanks!
The battery is 8.4 volts. 1000-1200 MAH . A charge lasts thru approx 6 hours of use.

The gun looked authentic, and was weighed nicely when held. The workings were smooth, such as the mag release and tension scroll on the mag.
Things I would have changed:The back strap clip was a bit cheap - I slung it over my shoulder and it didn't hold up too well. Otherwise, the gun was defective - go for something a bit more expensive and better made. Also, the packaging was very hard to get open.
What others should know:The gun I received was defective.
