Excellent quality rifle. Very impressed. It is solid metal, well put together, the wood stock is gorgeous and it shoots very straight. I would also like to commend Pyramid Air. Their service and fast shipping was excellent and their 30 days guarantee is very rare in the Airsoft industry. I have made several purchases from other Airsoft vendors and have to say that my experience with Pyramid Air was flawless. At least when I received this gun it was obvious it was new, as compared to other vendors where you wonder if the warehouse boys played a little tag with your purchase prior to sending it. A+ gun, A+ company.
Things I Would Have ChangedWould be nice if they sent the black muzzle nut along with the red one. Getting a muzzle nut for an MP44 is extremely difficult and extremely expensive. When doing WW2 sims, you do not want that red tip giving your position away in the brush.
Great! I liked everything, but rifle is heavy. I added a steel black folding bypod to support the front when shooting. The bypod is about 10 inches high. This rifle is accurate and powerful. It looks real!

What Others Should KnowCan't hold and aim too long as this is a heavy gun. Use as a sniper gun with a scope if you want.

I got the wooden stock version for Christmas with a tighter barrel installed. It is a great rifle! Everyone at our big scenrio games thinks it's really cool. Shoots really hard and has a good ROF. I use a 9.6v battery which helps a lot. I also shoot .25s instead of .20s. Cuts down on FPS but hits harder and is more accurate
Things I Would Have ChangedMake the battery compartment longer so you can use a 9.6v battery. Also the stock is a bit wobbly.
What Others Should KnowI modified the battery compartment to hold a 9.6 v battery. I bought a really long hole cutting bit for my drill and cut the hole deeper into the stock. Don't know how the plastic stock would work with this modification. I don't feel it's too heavy for a long game.
