Things I liked:It feels good to hold, weight is light but not toy like. Comfortable to shoot. Accuracy is good but there are some serious strays sometimes. The shell ejection is really nice but the 25 round mag feeds decently too. I strapped a 9x scope on it makes a big difference. Free 4x scope is ok though.
Things I would have changed:The bipod is good quality BUT it needs a lock on the legs to keep it from folding down unexpectedly. Make the shells brass like the revolver airsoft use. 25 round mag feels flimsy so make em metal too.
What others should know:Use a good amount of silicone oil spray on the bolt system it makes it alot smoother. Buy extra rotary mags at least 2 and buy an extra pellet adapter in case you lose it(cant use the 25 round mags without it). Tighten all screws you see with loctite because the bolt pull creates alot of torque. Careful with the hop up screw its not very strong looking.
Things I liked:everything!
Things I would have changed:The only thing i would change is it is a little hard to cock
What others should know:when i first got it i thought i had to take the clip out every time, but you can keep the clip in and load the shells in the clip as its in the gun like the Kar 98
Things I liked:Everything! This is the first airsoft rifle I've bought with a scope. I adjusted the hop up without the scope at 7 yards just by lining up the barrel with the target. I then added the scope and sighted it in. Once the scope was more or less adjusted, I was getting two inch groups at 15 yards, not all the time, but more often then not. It was still not right on target with the crosshairs, but with 15 yards as my maximum range while shooting .20g BB's outdoors with a light breeze, I consider a two inch group pretty good for only putting about fifty rounds through it. Still I hope to sight it in further when I have more time.
Things I would have changed:Might be nice to have some regular sights on the gun, yea I know it's a sniper rifle, but still...
What others should know:I had some problems with jamming while using the hi-cap magazine on the side of the gun, but using the 5 round magazine with shells yielded no problems, provided you pull the bolt back quickly. This not only cocks the gun, but also ejects the shell. You need to pull it back fast, but smooth, it's an easy thing to master. I liked the bipod since I did a lot of shooting from a table, but while standing it was easier to shoot without it. I bought this gun to have something that I could shoot accurately, with a slow rate of fire compared to my AEG MP-5J, which while fun to shoot, really goes through the BB's and you can't really shoot accurately with it. I also recommend getting a hard gun case to protect it when you're not shooting and also get at least two extra magazines (that come with ten shells each) if you're going to buy this gun. If you had to pick either getting a case or getting the extra magazines, I'd go for the case. I'm not going to use this for sniping during airsoft games, instead, it's for plinking targets around my backyard, and for that, the price can't be beat.
