Pyramyd Air Exclusive! One of the most desirable air pistols is now available in a limited edition ONLY from Pyramyd Air. Just 300 of these collectible Walther CP99 Limited Edition pistols have been made, and you won't find them anywhere but here. Each gun is individually numbered. When they're gone, there won't be anymore!

James Bond carried the Walther P99, and the CP99 is virtually indistinguishable from it. The limited edition version has a huge detachable compensator and a removable laser.

This 8-shot semi-auto pistol is powered by a 12-gram CO2 cartridge that fits neatly in the grip, which has a selection of interchangeable backstraps to easily accommodate different hand sizes. The pellets slip into the rotary clip (2 are included with the gun), and the gun cocks by either pulling back on the slide or by pulling the trigger, making the gun both double-action and single-action. You'll find the trigger to be smooth, light and crisp! In fact, many shooters consider the gun's trigger to be its best feature. The finely finished frame is a durable, high-quality polymer, just like the firearm, with a pebble-grain grip and finger grooves for increased control.

When you hold this gun, you'll have a hard time believing it's an air pistol. The Walther CP99 is realistic in appearance and heft. Like all the other CP99s, this model comes in its own foam-lined hard case; but the Limited Edition also includes a different-size backstrap, laser, compensator and Special Operations DVD.

Click the AMMO link to stock up on the right pellets. Check the ACCESSORIES link for additional rotary clips, economy packs of CO2 cartridges, fun targets, maintenance gear, red dots, mounts and safety gear.

Things I liked: I love the look & the feel of this air gun. The heft feels just like the real thing. All Metal slide, Tough Polymer grip. The accuracy of this gun is unbelievable. The top sights were right on the money straight out of the box. Without the compensator it is dead on at 15 feet & takes out a soda can at 15 yards on the 1st shot. Once the laser is sighted in right (took me awhile to do), this is just as accurate WITH the compensator. The single action greatly increases the accuracy, & I love the de-cocking button as well. The interior of the case is nice with good foam inserts. Shipping was very fast.

Things I would have changed: To the gun - Loudness. Do not mistake the compensator for an actual silencer, but the gun is quite loud with or without it. To the case - I would have made the hinges on the case a bit better. While the case is nice inside, the hinges are cheap plastic & seem like they will break if opened or closed too many times. I also would have made the case black instead of blue. For the money I'd have thought Pyramid should have thrown in a pair of safety glasses.

What others should know: The back strap holds a plastic piece with a spring which releases the Co2 magazine. Careful changing back straps or you may loose the spring & plastic piece. 8 shot rotary clip practically falls out when slide lever is pushed to release, so be careful of this or you could loose it. This air gun is quite loud. It sounds like the crack of a 22 caliber for the first 4 or 5 rotary clips on a fresh Co2. Not good if you live right near a police station or around irritable neighbors like I do. Looking for better places to shoot. Overall I love this gun! Buy lots of pellets & lots of Co2 because you'll fly through them.

Things I liked: this is just a really cool piece. the metal cp99 base is nice and heavy. the single action makes the trigger much easier to pull and makes the whole experience that much more fun. the look with the compensator is great, and once the laser is adjusted, it can be dead on.

Things I would have changed: the threaded part of the compensator should be shorter to accommodate the shorter exposed thread length of the barrel. the compensator threads in perfectly on the cps nighthawk. the same goes for the metal barrel tip. there is just a bit too much writing on the gun. it needs to be toned down. right now it looks like a bill board. the windage adjustment is difficult to get to. the system on the cps model is much easier to adjust. white dots or tip on the sights would be helpful.

What others should know: i just cant stop shooting this thing. get lots of pellets and co2!

Things I liked: The metal slide looks really nice and the trademarks make it stand out. The build quality is somewhat solid but the gun does rattle a bit if you shake it. The silencer makes it look really cool but it blocks the sights when using it. It is loud and the trigger pull is very crisp. Heavy weight materials used to it feels real weight.

Things I would have changed: Trigger is plastic it should be metal. The gun would be 10x better if it was blowback. The gun rattles when you shake it. The silencer sometimes goes crooked if you bend the gun a bit so you have to push the connector screw back in. The "polymer" used for the frame is very cheap and feels like your going to break it and especially for the expensive price of the gun. Feels like a children's toy.

What others should know: Good looks from far and even up close. Trigger pull is crisp. The power is not 360 fps, more like 300. Is feels heavy but also like a cheap toy at the same time. Fun to use in backyard or use as a movie prop or display piece.
