Things I liked:Great youth gun.I bought one for my 10 year old grandson and it was perfect for him.It is very Accurate, light weight, and easy to cock.
Things I would have changed:nothing
What others should know:This is really a youth gun.Youngsters will out grow this gun.Really too small for an average size adult to shoot.I am 5'10" and really had to hunch up to get a sight picture. So the final word is:Great gun for young ones but don't plan on sharing it.
Things I liked:Easy, simple operation. German made, top quality youth rifle built to adult rifle standards. Worth every penny and then some.
Things I would have changed:ZERO
What others should know:Very accurate, easy to cock and load, should bring any 10-12 year old lots of fun and build skill at the same time. This isn't a cheap Chinese made piece of garbage. This is a quality built air rifle top to bottom. This rifle is better built than many a firearm I have handled let alone the cheesy airguns in circulation these days. Nice to know there are still a few companies that believe in quality.
Things I liked:Weihrauch quality throughout, beautiful bluing, nice trigger, this is a sweet little shooter. It is like a scaled down old-style HW30. A perfect rifle to teach your kid shooting skills & safety. This little rifle is a winner, light, handy, accurate, even adults like myself think it's a fun little shooter.
Things I would have changed:Nothing, except perhaps the addition of a rubber buttpad would be nice. Weihrauch could shorten the stock 1/2" then add a buttpad, and it would retain its original length.
What others should know:Just keep in mind it's not a powerhouse, it is somewhere between a P1 and an R7 in power. It will still penetrate a 15oz soupcan at 100 feet if you hit it dead on. I have not done any real accuracy testing yet, but I have no trouble whacking cans with it at 100 feet using the iron sights. It also appears to be scopeable, as it has dovetails milled into the receiver. But the barrel is thin so it might be difficult to find a muzzle break for it.
