I purchased the M-712 years ago and it has been nothing but trouble. This would have been my third magazine if it wasn,t visibly broken in the package. The other magazines broke after the 90 day refund period was up.

once loaded the product works just fine. as does the pistol.

the magazine is exceedingly tedious to load. i get about as many bb's on the floor as i do into the magazine when loading. it would be well received if there were a speed loader device compatible with this mag. if there is, i would appreciate to be advised so i can order one. sincerely, Keith CHANEY,LCDR,USN,RET.

Required option for Legends M712. I would suggest 4-6 of these to enhance shooting experience!

Spring loading slider could be improved, as it can be hard on the fingernails.

As I researched the M712, it became clear to me that the more magazines you had the more fun you could have because you'd spend less time loading BBs and more time shooting! I figure I'd get an extra magazine and get more later IF I got really lazy.

This is a pricey item. It's like Umarex knew this would be in demand and priced it accordingly! It's not all plastic either. This is like buying a color printer... the money is in the ink cartridges!

The M712 is a kick to shoot. It feels solid and well-made and performed well without jamming.

I only got to shoot a few magazines full and then I couldn’t get the CO2 canister out. A new magazine is almost half the price of the gun.

The CO2 canister is inserted into the magazine and then a metal/Bakelite plug is screwed in with an Allen wrench to tap the canister. I tightened it too tight and the inner metal disc slipped so it wont come out.I would replace the metal/Bakelite plug with an all metal plug.

Good quality- great functionality. Wish it was eqasier to load the magazine, but with a little modification, got it more usable.

Ease of loading. Spring loaded plunger is hard to hold down to load. I drilled a small hole in the side and insert a pin to keep the plunger down. Works great now. Also. I use a brass "ramrod" to pus the plunger down - it's easier than using my big fingers on a small buried loading knob.

All in all a fun item to use - when using in full auto mode - lots of CO2 and BBs get used - but fun.

HOLD THE SPRING AND LET THE BB'S SLDE ON THE RAMP AND PULL BACK MORE ON THE SPRING GUIDE AND LET THEM ROLL INTO THE HOLE.

You NEED this magazine, and possibly one or two more like it, because of how much fun it is to shoot your M712 in full-auto, and how quickly it empties this magazine when you do. Each mag is shipped with its own quarter-inch hex key, so you'll never be without one.

This magazine is extremely heavy, because it is a nearly-solid metal casting. It has no way to lock back the M712's bolt, which is a shame because close examination shows a small tab provided for the purpose. The BB follower locks down at the bottom of the slot, but to load BBs, you have to press it down even further and hold it in place to open a gap the BBs will fit through.

If you load more than seventeen BBs, you risk misfeeds which will keep your Legends M712 "shooting blanks."

The BB Magazine for the Blowback Pistol is substantial and made from steel. It seems rugged and will last a long time.

The "detent" that holds the BB spring loaded push rod does not work at all on one of the magazines. You have to hold it down manually as you load all 18 BB's Inconvenient to say the least.

It seems to be a lot of trouble to return something like this for repair, because Pyramyd does not offer repair. You have to return the product to the original manufacturer.

Great. Heft feels authentic even though loaded only with BBs.

The restrictive opening prevents easy insertion of BBs. I used a 3/16th drill bit, and carefully twisted it about 2 cycles to open up the port. Worked perfectly.

Not much about this piece of crap.. Seriously, this mag. is not well designed.. It is the BB slide that is used to push rds. up the mag to be fired... The slide does not hold in place when you attempt tp load the unit... I have fixed my original mag., and now must fix my spare that I bought in the hopes that the original was just a bad assembly line goof.. Not so... they are both badly designed..!!

BB spring retainer slide on the magazine...Also fix the Mickey Mouse barrel assembly feature... One tiny screw to hold the barrel on is a joke...Gun , as is, is worth about $ 10... really....The magazine and the barrel are the big issues here..!!

All other features are fine.. A very good replica of the original gun....

I had very bad luck with these.

This is a solid metal magazine the will not break under normal use.

Increase the capacity and make it easier to load. The spring indent are too shallow to hold the spring while loading. This is the case on both magazines that I have.
